Do not recommend any business with Nardine. Unprofessional at appointments & giving Misinformed information which we found out when at a mediation meeting where a senior firm member (barrister) represented me & goin over my claim found out what she told us was incorrect & screwed me over a substantial amount by signing a waiver form for part of my claim which ultimately affected the final outcome of settlement amount. If she says a queens council opinion would be beneficial don’t listen, it’s exspensive & at your cost & told us nothing to help my claim. Demand a itemised account listing every letter, call, appoint, request etc that the item being charged for & fee is listed individually otherwise it won’t be and you’ll get immensely overcharged. Even after multiple requests I never received one and when queried the final bill and again wanting an itemised account all I got was told by her was that she’ll give me a discount which dropped it to the same amount any other firm would have charged. Those charges being where they have to request to obtain every bit of information towards your case. She was provided with most information required so charges should have been greatly reduced not equivalent or more as originally charged. The ONLY good part of the experience was the first appointment but yet turned out was misleading was the day it was finalised. Overall the Reception was fantastic and helpful otherwise DO NOT RECOMMEND

We discussed what had happened and it was all a miss understanding and mistakes and processes that both sides had made... everything is now fixed up and I'm very impressed with the response time and the outcome... fantastic effort. I couldn't have asked for anymore. Thanks Tony. they told me they would cover my lost pay for my lost day of work to help them and heard nothing got nothing. They had a big win and still nothing... ask for money up front. Not even a thank you. Travelled 100km to get there and they kept me there all day... so disappointing
