Lengthy - worth reading I am SO thankful I reached out to carmaxx - from start to finish I had positive and genuine interactions, starting with Abe who initially contacted me about my inquiry. Emad, is the gentleman that I had my appointment with, and leaving after my first visit I can honestly say I felt comfortable and confident in giving them my business. Emad told me the background of the car to a degree I coulnt have expected. I have worked in the automotive industry since I was 18. It was a special circumstance to a degree, but I know to a large degree what is considered normal. Without exaggeration, in every aspect of my deal I was given above and beyond, unheard of, quality service. Right as I was about to take delivery and drive off the lot, Emad surprised me with a free set of factory rims for the car I was buying. The car had very nice aftermarket wheels on it, but I am quite picky and did ask if the vehicle had it's factory wheels as well. The previous owner had decided to keep them when trading in, but HIS experience was also so good, when Emad called him asking if he possibly still had the wheels to his old car - he GAVE THEM TO HIM FOR FREE. Like I said I worked in the industry- and I used to sell these exact wheels for the OEM. Retail price on those wheels is north of $2600 - so I think that just goes to show as a perfect example of treating your client's correct for the long term, mutual benefit, and good karma. Clearly demonstrates how genuine and trustworthy this business is for its clients. The value for my money was there 10 different ways. You are doing yourself a disservice by not stopping by here if they have a vehicle you are interested in. Seriously. No bad feelings, no big pressure, no bs, I have no bad things to say whatsoever. Love my car, and hope my next one is sold to me by Emad.

Abe was awesome and very easy to deal with! The whole buying process was quick and painless, and the service was like VIP! The 2013 Explorer I purchased was in excellent condition, it feels like a brand new vehicle if not for the 175 K that was on it! But it was very well taken care of and I'm sure I will still get many Km's out of this vehicle. I researched this model for 2 months and looked at every dealership in the city, Carmaxx had all the options I was looking for (and more!) and the price could not be beat! He gave a fair trade in price for my old vehicle which was in dire need of an upgrade! Also the windshield was damaged when I picked up the vehicle, but Abe arranged to have it replaced and I was very impressed with the shop that he sent me to and the service that I received there (GlassMasters Autoglass West) Thanks for everything Abe/Carmaxx Auto - I would absolutely recommend and will return myself when this vehicle no longer functions :) :)

I’ve dealt with Abe in two separate vehicle transactions, both sales to him, and it has been the smoothest vehicle transactions I’ve ever encountered. The first sale to him was my 2014 GMC Sierra All Terrain. He gave me thousands of dollars over dealer offers. Showed up to Carmaxx, he took my truck for a spin, came back to his office and he cut me a cheque on the spot. Second transaction happened today. I brought my 2020 Nissan Armada to him, that had a lien on it. Yesterday, I gave him the lien payment form, and he is paying it today. I showed up with the Armada today, he had the paperwork all ready, cut me a cheque for the amount he owed me, and boom, it was done. Took all of 20 mins. Super friendly guy, that I trust implicitly, and I know will give me fair value for my vehicle. Oh, he also has a tonne of sick vehicles on his lot. Lots of luxury brands sitting there. Bought a van there less than a year ago. Came with a inspiration which a week later found to be less the accuracy. 2 days off the lot alternator dies. Ok its @ 200k that seems like a reasonable thing to go. But two days after purchase? Fix that move on with this im 10000k in the car. Need to replace who ac system power steering and battery. Ok fine! But a completely blown motor? If you want to spend 7000$ on someone else's problem go for it but buyers be wear wouldn't recommend to my enemies I haven't even known this vehicle a year. I have never had this kind of issue with a vehicle in my life Edit: this is the kinda response you can expect from someone pulling a fast in on you. As this is clearly a bill of sale from them. ( Limited view as it has private information on it)

We first discovered Carmaxx because they had the perfect vehicle for us, the exact one we had been scouting for… but we will return to vehicle shop here again because of the excellent service we received this week. ☺️ We have spent years purchasing old vehicles privately, but decided it was time to invest in a more long-term fit for our family. Abe made our first dealership experience a great one! He was very down-to-earth, honest, friendly, productive and did not ever pressure us to move beyond our budget or comfort level. He listened to our needs, offered us a fair trade for our past vehicle, and worked hard to make sure we drove away with both a van and agreement we were very happy with! I bought a BMW 335xi from Abe and Emad, with the car I purchased the best extended warranty they would sell me. After 2 months the check engine light came on and I took it to a BMW specialist, turns out the turbos and fuel injectors are bad and it will be $14,000 to replace. The warranty they sold me only covered $2,500 of that. When I contacted Emad to see what our options were he was very unempathetic and said I was out of luck. The moral of the story is don't buy from these guys, they will sell you a lemon and wash their hands of it leaving you with thousands of dollars in repairs even after you bought their warranty.

We drove from Fort McMurray to test drive and possibly buy a car we seen in their website. We gave an estimated time of arrival, the car was ready and started for us to go. I think it's the first ever dealership I've been to where the salesmen dont push, lie and try to get you into something you dont want. We test drove the car, paid cash and was out the door in a little over an hour, the only down side was the gas light was on when we test drove and took it home, I found this a little strange I've bought 5 used vehicles this being the 5th and neve ever was a given a vehicle that was paid by cash with a gas light on.

Can't say enough good things about Abe and Carmaxx Auto. As most of my family knows, I typically despise dealerships, but as they had the vehicle I was looking for, I thought I would try once more. Due to a busy schedule, Abe was more than willing to come in on a holiday Monday for us, and had me back out the door (including looking over the vehicle, paperwork, going through a few things with the vehicle) in an hour and a half. Excellent service - I didn't just leave satisfied, but rather with the though that I would come back there again. Thanks for helping us out, Abe and Carmaxx!

Brought my son Dylan in to look at SUV's. He had been saving for a newer used vehicle for sometime. This was his first experience purchasing from a car dealership. Carmaxx had very good quality vehicles in stock. Emad worked with my son who was very happy to purchase a Jeep Cherokee with no sales pressure that fit his needs and budget. Abe is Awesome! I would give him 10 stars if I could. Abe was the first person to talk to me and not my dad. I never felt he was pressuring me or trying to cheat me. The first time in my life I went into a car dealership and didn't feel annoyed or bother by the staff. All the staff here were polite, and helpful. When we need to upgrade again we will definitely be back, and I recommend anyone looking for a used car to check them out.

Writing this review a month after buying my new (used) SUV from Emad and Abe @ Carmaxx. They were great to deal with, were sincere in their advice and were even able to arrange a 3 month warranty on the used vehicle for my peace of mind. No issues with the car, already put 500 km on it.
