I wish I can rate them individually instead of the over all I made an appointment for my mom and I to go for hairdos and makeup for my wedding I got an older lady to do my hair I wanted something simple because I have super long hair and thick hair at that And I was planning on changing in the middle of my wedding so I didn't want anything getting stuck to my hair. I told her I wanted my hair in curls down and she said, no that isn't wedding like I need to have it up Well I dont want my head to hurt all night because of my heavy hair so I said no, my mom said compromise and do half Fine I did. I have never had bangs and she decided to cut bangs for me and made a remark about how I'm not a normal bride that's why I need bangs. I had to push them out of my face all night, it was really annoying My makeup artist was another girl. A young one and she did a wonderful job. I told her I dont wear makeup often so I gave her free range and she did a great job. Wasn't to much and it looked great! She deserves 5/5 she had also done my eyebrows a few days before and she did a great job then as well. My mom on the other hand sat down to get her hair done and the lady just started without asking what she wanted when she finished my mom said, I dont like it and she had to start over and ask how she wanted it. But her makeup artist did a horrible job. She rushed it and used a base way to dark for my mom's skin color. She looked 2 tone with big pink circles on her cheeks she looked like a drag queen Out of the whole experience I would only go back to get my eyebrows done and makeup by the young girl 5th chair in other than that no way would I go back and give them my money

Diciembre 16- decidí que mis hijos necesitaban un corte de pelo, vine a este salón porque me queda cerca y anteriormente ya había venido y mis hijos recibían un servício aceptable, nunca necesité cita. Llegamos y Caro no estaba presente, había dos personas antes de nosotros, así q esperamos, llegó más gente “con cita” y las atendieron antes de nosotros, llegaron más personas sin cita y tmb fueron atendidas antes, esperamos alrededor de una hora o más , miré como terminaron 7 cortes (adultos y niños) y escuché como a todos les cobraron $20, llegó nuestro turno pedí cortes normales para mis niños, nada especial ni complicado, al final me cobraron $50!!! $25 c/u, no se porque fue la discriminación, no es que $5 signifiquen mucho, pero la actitud y la diferencia con que nos trataron es lo que me molestó, no volveré a este lugar y se que dirán: no vuelvas!!! Solo quiero que quede esta reseña para que la dueña sepa que tipo de personas atienden cuando ella no está. Trabajen un poco más en el servicio al cliente, porque parece que estas personas olvidan que los negocios necesitan de clientes para sobrevivir. 0 estrellas ⭐️

I walked in for just a haircut with my hair being down to my waist. Told her what I wanted, my length to the middle of my back and long layers. specifically stating I want it to remain long, just not this long. MULTIPLE TIMES. First thing she did is chop off where I said I wanted it. I said perfect just dont cut anymore length and add the long layers. I walked out of the salon in tears. My hair up to my shoulders. She went crazy with it and kept having to cut a little more off each time she made things uneven, I assume. It's just hair but for a lot of women, our hair is precious to us. I for one, have always taken pride in my long, dark hair. Now it's the shortest I've ever had it in my life. I'm so sad.

While washing my hair the lady asked me what I wanted so I told her I wanted my hair layerd. she told me they can only cut one layer into my hair "because two looks bad" confused by this I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do it..I get in her chair and she starts cutting off the bottom. then she tells me again that she can only do one layer because I "dont have enough hair." My hair is down to my butt, and I've had others give me this style before. . I said that's fine I'll go somewhere else, then she charged me $15 for for a trim I could have done at home. I wasn't even in her chair for 15 minutes.

Walked in the salon , lady was very unwelcoming!!!!! I asked her for long layers. She started complaining that my hair was so tangled. She didn’t even wash and condition it as they usually do the times I’ve gone there . She Pulled on my hair a lot and would just spray water on it. Stated my hair was a mess! If I do treatments on it, start complaining that her hands were hurting from cutting my hair. She made me feel very uncomfortable, I really wanted to get up from the chair and walk out! Sadly she had already started cutting my hair. Worst experience! 0/5

Worst place ever !! had a whole conversation with the lady before cutting my hair about how I wanted an a line long in front. She agreed and told me it would be shoulder lenght in the front. I left with my hair at CHIN LENGHT!!! Do not go there. Stupid Lady was talking on the phone while cutting my hair too. Then she tried to say that's what I wanted. Talked to another Lady there of course they demanded payment and said that when my hair grows I can go back and get it cut free. wow never going back. Do not trust them.

I've been coming here for years Alma the lady all the way in the back on the left side is by far the best stylest there she takes care of you and knows what you want. I also like that she makes sure that everything is to your liking and she will ask throughout the whole haircut how you want it to make sure it's perfect plus affordable and they cut hair very quickly!!!!

Called the a day before and made an appt for my husband for a 1pm appt for next day. Husband got there and was told for his 1pm appt he would have to wait 15-20mins. Well to me appt is an appt and is unprofessional to make a client wait. You guys have a schedule for a reason and should no how to time manage each client. Wish people went to school for customer service.

I took my son to get a haircut and the lady didn’t do a good job, and also cut him on his neck with the clippers and I ask her what happened and she lied and said I don’t know, then my son came out and said in front her that she did it. Then she comes out and says oh I must of cut him with the clippers. That wasn’t professional at all and a bad experience for my son

Work on professionalism. Have gone in twice with same staff member since only they were available and wanted to give them a second chance since bad first experience. Lady complained the whole time I was there and made me want to leave will not be returning.

This place one starve because of bad service a month ago I went there to get my haircut it was in a Saturday the 3 of November the 2018 there were two people there but she was too busy on the phone the only person working can do one person

explained how I wanted lady agreed to it she did not follow my directions and left my hair uneven. she did not take her time made me feel like she rushed it and did not care. do not go here unless you want inches cut off

Good service, this is the only place I like to come and get my kid hair cut. These lady's have patience with the little kids. And they do they're job well. Not like other salon's
