Bait and switch, I called about a truck I saw online and was told the “no haggle price”. It seemed reasonable so I drove from new braunfels nearly an hour to get there and I was ready to buy the truck. When the sales person approached me and started giving me his spiel about the dealership and how they “recondition” the vehicles by detailing them, adding paint protection and oil changes etc. I asked if this was all included in the “no haggle” price and he brushed off the question. I asked again and was told it wasn’t included in the online price and that the price would be higher. This rubbed me the wrong way instantly, but I went ahead and how much all the add-ons would be and he said he didn’t know. He asked if I wanted to see the truck and I said not without knowing the real price first, he said he’d get me the break down. I was taken to a computer and was asked to fill out forms with all my personal info just to find out the actual price! What the hell! I was furious by then after driving an hour and looking at another hour just to get home. First of all I feel tricked in to coming in by a price that wasn’t real, then I felt like I was trying to be tricked again by giving all my personal info just to find out what the truck cost. I told him it was a bait and switch and that he wasted my time, he told me other dealers do it too. I replied no they don’t, at least the honest reputable ones don’t. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Before you sign anything make sure you really look at everything and make sure they don’t tell you to come back for anything that needs to be done because it will not get done once you leave there. The first part for us was they added a warranty they they didn’t explain or tell us about so they finally They added some kind of warranty that they didn’t not explain or tell us about they took it off and it should be credited back to our loan account. Then when they were supposedly detailing it they took off the tint on the windshield and of course will not replace they just said bring it back so we can clean up the windshield. We have called twice and gone in person the excuse is the person that details is not there or they don’t return our call.. So then I got a flat tire and guess what the rims have locks and I looked all in the car before calling. I called and asked if they had the locks of course they don’t the reply was if they had one it would be in the glove compartment. It was checked before calling the trunk was also checked. Then he says well we don’t have it. No sorry not even a courtesy of trying to help. We spend a lot of money to buy vehicles from places the least they can do is try and assist. A little honesty and help would be appreciated. I put this on here because I want people to know the truth about this place. I just purchased the vehicle 3 weeks ago. The reviews are all about how good the service was and that is not true in my opinion.

Jesse was an amazing sales rep. Very professional and prompt when it came to answering my questions. UPDATE: So my review was based on the service I was given before I was actually able to take my car home. Don’t be fooled like I was and do a review before the deal is done as you are promised a full tank of gas which I did not get. I was rushed to go in and sign papers on the last day of the month so it would count for his monthly goal so I did him a favor and went in that night and signed everything. The next day I went to pick up my car which was supposed to be detailed which it wasn’t because according to Jesse they ran out of soap. 2. As I drove off the check engine light went off so I took it back along with a buzzing noise under the hood. I then had to get a rental (which I paid out of pocket) and wait 7 days for them to get a part to fix the car. I was unable to speak to a manager as the receptionist transferred messages back and forth from myself to him and my sales man stopped answering my messages and calls. Finally on the 7th day I called and told the receptionist either they pay for my rental going forward or give me a loaner car which she replied he said it’s ready come get it. I will never do service with them again and this is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever dealt with.

DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!!!! (We purchased one after a horrid experience and plan to never buy here again) This is the most unprofessional/unorganized dealership out there. For starters BEN is a very ugly hearted person. We were looking through the numbers for a vehicle and I noticed a “paint protection” type of warranty and asked it to be removed. Victor, our salesman told us he would ask Ben (his manager) ab it and Ben came over to us and had the audacity to not only belittle us by saying he has more knowledge since he’s done this for years but he called me “babe” and I said don’t call me that and said “sorry baby”. VERY unprofessional. We came back to get a free tank of gas after letting Ben know about his attitude, and when we came back about 4 days later, they had the nerve to say we needed more documentation. FOUR DAYS LATER. So we were left waiting for it all to be approved for 48 hours. A very very messy situation. TODAY we are getting an email that we need to pay ab additional almost $300 towards the trade in vehicle we used. There is so much more to the story but to sum it up all I have to say is BUY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!

I was with my daughter in law looking for a used vehicle to replace her old vehicle. The sales people were friendly, but they are extremely slow getting vehicles to test drive. Most dealers have sales people al over you. So I was a little disappointed in the amount if time it took to get things done. The pricing was reasonable but I am not a fan of 1 price ,pricing. My daughter in law bought the vehicle. It was a nice low mileage V W Tiguan. A few days later my son advised me there was a constant rubbing sound coming from the front end. My son decided to take it to a VW dealer since it was under warranty. They found the problem. Who ever put the new tires on the vehicle put to large of wheel weights on the vehicle an they were rubbing an grinding against the calipers. VW put the correct size on all 4 wheels an it been fine. Not sure of the quality of mechanics Carvix has but that is a rookie mistake. Also they put some paint protection pkg on the vehicle an want you yo pay for it. That's a big no no for me an my son. Other than that the vehicle is great.

Bought a car April 1st, the check engine light was on by April 26. It was the code for gas cap. Called them they stated all the sales managers were to busy. They scheduled me for an appointment I could not make. When I called to let them know the person I spoke to was indifferent to the fact that it would have to be after 4pm. They stated that the maintenance team leaves by 6pm. It was a headache trying to schedule to see maintenance. Finally a manager called and basically told me I probably going to need to buy the gas cap.. if its the problem. They don't care once you pay your down-payment look out. Called my auto finance department to let them know the terrible experience. Also the reer license plate bolts were not the right size causing it to get stripped when they mounted the dealer plate. The most shocking was the front bumper became un connected at the passenger side and drivers side corner over time like it was missing fasteners. Be careful with the quality of cars. I am currently at Toyota getting a estimate for repair and proper mounting

Good car but just make sure you don't trust their word, my husband swears the loan amount was correct when he signed, but they added $4300 towards the warranty without telling us. (They told us it was included because of the low mileage!) I asked for a copy, the shady part was they said it takes awhile to print, come back in 2 days to pickup the car and paperwork which was handed to us in an envelope without a review! The finance manager never met with us and when I asked them to check the cameras to see what was communicated with us and what we had agreed to, they said they can't! Just make sure you don't trust anyone there and triple check everything before walking out. Also, the car was filthy and was missing a reflector light, they did fix it but they acted like it was an inconvenience for them! Update: we did call and all we heard was: you signed. I know he signed. But the salesperson should've explained everything in detail and the finance manager should've gone over everything, he/she never even met with us.

After nearly 15 years of not financing cars, we decided to finally buy a new (to us) car. We went with Carvix because they had the make/model car we were interested in. We met with Jesus to test drive the car. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy and low pressure the process was. Jesus was very helpful and never pressured us into buying anything. He was very attentive to us always making sure we didn’t need anything. He explained all our options thoroughly and made sure we were well informed. Jesse the finance manager was very helpful in guiding us through the financing process. We did have a small hiccup regarding the down payment for which Jesse was completely apologetic for the inconvenience and offered to fill our tank again when we needed it even after giving us a full tank when we bought our car. Jesus and Jesse made our car buying experience so easy and pleasant. I highly recommend you shop at Carvix for your next vehicle.

Thai place is a joke honestly they put a Price on car Guru n Car Fax app for great buy then to go waste ur time about a Paint protection that had chips on Doors and hood was rusty like it never had no paint protection Done the salesperson said the chips were done by other salesman but Wouldn’t fix the chips on doors but still selling me a Paint protection with chips on both front doors so if I was to purchase the vehicle based on. The add ons then. The vehicle would be a High price value on car guru and Car fax then the sales person states vehicle has all the safety features n safe to drive but vehicle was missing a jack incase of a flat tire and wheel lock key but said that will be on the customer to worry about and really no customer service or management trying to take care the customer and be nice if they was honest on pricing vehicle to include the real price so other won’t waste there time

Put a downpayment on a new truck. When the team brought the truck up to the front AFTER hours of back and forth they informed us they backed into something and would have to order a replacement bumper. We took the car home and were told we would receive a call first thing in the morning to schedule the repair. No call, no email apology, no thank you for purchasing. I had to call and talk to multiple people to get an answer. Come in the following Tuesday and greeted with a complete lack of care or any apologies AGAIN. Was promised “they would take care of us” and give us a car to use while running errands. After waiting 30 minutes we got a car. After waiting 2 hours we get a message that it will another hour. Drive back and it’s another hour. Again no apologies for the miscommunication, wasting our time, anything. Once they get your money they DO NOT CARE. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst experience ever. We saw an Audi online, called ahead to let them know we were on our way to see it, and showed up about 20 minutes later. We checked in and waited for about 30 minutes for a sales person. The sales person spent about 10 minutes going over the Carfax with us before we could see the car. We got tired of waiting and asked to just see the car because we wanted to compare it to a Mercedes. He asked why we would want to compare two totally different cars and he asked how we would be able to compare it if we hadn't even seen how much the cost would be based on a credit check. We walked out without seeing the car because of the sales persons attitude towards us. When we were leaving, we saw the car parked on the side of the building and the sales person got in and drove it back to the lot. The manager called to apologize, but we don't plan on going back.

Recently had an excellent experience with Anthony from Carvix San Antonio. I arrived without an appointment and saw many others customers in the store, but Anthony was able to help me right away. I told him the type of car I was looking for and he came back with several options and even prepared car faxes for each. We test drove several and ended up buying a different car then the one we came to see. Carvix worked with us on payment options that other dealers would not have accommodated allowing us to complete the purchase quickly. Anthony, a true driving enthusiast, even let me experience his own personal car with mods, which was very impressive. Carvix is a dealership with a passion for their trade. If looking for a car in San Antonio I recommend going to Carvix and asking for Anthony.

Beware. They list car at a posted price and when you get there they immediately come with "added" items like "ID theft protection" and "paint protection treatment" which they claim cant be removed because they've "already been done". Why list the car at a lower price then? It's deceitful and dishonest at the least. Worst part is... As a dealership employee I KNOW 100% that there was absolutely NO paint treatment on the car. It's a literal scam. Don't come on here Carvix and claim otherwise. Don't insult my intelligence. I've been doing paint care for 20+ years. The most paint care this car had was a run through an auto carwash. Then they wanna play this back and forth pricing game adding and removing options etc... . Took all day. Remembered why I prefer to online shop.

I bought a BMW X7 from this dealer out of state and the experience has been all around awesome. They are fast, reliable and the hats off with an extra special round of applause to Vanessa. She's been managing the entire deal from start to finish and I couldn't be happier. She kept me updated periodically, made me feel reassured with the status of purchase and transport. This is a place I'd come back to without hesitation. If I could give more stars I would do it. Let me just add that this was all topped off with a gift card for gas out of the kindness of her heart. I was extremely nervous to come in and buy just because It was first time unassisted and was really worried about getting the right payments due to crazy times. Joel C got me in for a test drive, we got a fix on a good set of numbers, and I walked out of there with a voodoo blue tacoma! I was very uneasy at first because I’ve had really hard times at the dealers before but the guys at Carvix (Joel and Clint) really put their all in and finding me good numbers and getting the deal done. I feel way better about car buying and trading now, these guys at the San Antonio location are really great people! Do give them a shout, you won’t regret it!! Extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to get to know and work with!

Update: After speaking to the General Manager over the over all experience an agreement was made to fill the truck and even help with the purchase of a second key. This is great service and a commitment to customer relations. When looking at vehicle prices always add $2,000 for a paint protection and anti theft that they will not remove. Along with the single price policy leaves no room to negotiate a price down and only go up. But prices are in a fair range. Truck I purchased was not filled, cleaning was poor, and a windshield wiper was left obviously torn. Salesman Anthony was very nice and helpful. Quick to pull up vehicles requested to look at. If choosing to use Carvix I would recommend him.

Just purchased a Hyundai and Adrian was great. Before I speak of the good let me get the bad first, after finally knowing I wanted this car and getting a trade in value and getting a price im fine with we discussed numbers I was shocked to see I was paying almost 1800 on a warranty for paint and theft that I honestly do not need at all. Adrian was great and extremely helpful the whole time tho and was able to help me out to get it where I needed it to be. The dealership is very clean and is extremely professional compared to most other used dealerships. I do recommend coming here but I must emphasize to expect to see an unexpected warranty you probably don’t want.

What a car buying experience this was. Ben “from finance” was a bit aggressive with his pitch. He tried getting double the down payment we were willing to give or put us in a “smaller vehicle”. I had to leave only to receive a phone call from a different person from finance telling me we were approved for the vehicle we wanted with the down payment I was willing to put down originally. Sales rep, Jesse S ( Lil Chuey), was the most friendly, knowledgeable and attentive salesman I’ve had the pleasure in doing business with. Jesse made the whole experience amicable. I will definitely be bringing my future business back but only if Jesse or like minded reps are here.

#1 Jesus Parra went above and beyond as a salesman to care for our needs and I'd have to say it's nice to see some of the younger generation was taught respect there's not a single thing I could think of negative to say about his service towards us. #2 it's a dealership so work of advice don't walk out the door thinking you won't make a deal that fits you. Jesse had to try multiple times but got the numbers I was looking for and I was happy as I walked out of the door. #3 now we'll see what after the purchase will be like and I'll update either way but hopefully the great service continues and if so I'll be back in 2 years for our next vehicle

We were ready to buy a car. They had GREAT service and follow ups, but just their online inventory system, was NOT accurate. We tried looking at a couple cars there that claimed they had some features that when we will see them in person they didn’t. Very frustrating. We gave them a couple chances. They just didn’t have the car we were looking for. But they were patient, friendly and on point. Extra points for the coffee machine. I recommend they pay more attention to what they upload and make sure it’s accurate, before having customers drive all the way (far for us). Overall a nice place and decent car selection.

Great service, friendly staff and fair prices. Anthony helped me out and made the process easy and fast. The dealership is very clean and orderly, the management is very kind and professional. They were willing to stay late to help us and were very accommodating and with all of our concerns and situation. Will buy from them again here in a a year or two to replace my other car. Would recommend 10/10. Just be careful to ask for the out the door price and avoid “ceramic protection coatings”. Other than that this was the best place out of the 15 dealerships I visited. I would not go to Ancira Nissan at all costs.

The moment we walked in, we were greeted right away. The salesperson asked what we were looking for and offered us something to drink. We were interested in one vehicle, and test drove it. We decided to go and compare the vehicle we wanted with other car lots. When we came back to Carvix, the vehicle we were interested in was already under contract. So, we missed out on our deal. There are many other vehicles on the lot, but we were only interested in one certain vehicle. Our sales person was very helpful and pleasant. We definitely recommend this company for your next car purchase.

I would like to give credit where credit is due & say the sales agent Domingo went above and beyond expectations. I was dealing with a system issue with the first car I had purchased and although it was frustrating for all, Domingo kept it very professional and communicated every step of the way. He worked with me on budget, credit, down payments and made sure the new car I was leaving the lot with was 100% but most importantly made sure I was 1000% happy and comfortable with my new car!! I would definitely recommend him at any given point. You want honesty work with him.

Buyers beware! Purchased a vehicle from carvix and before I even made the first payment (26 days) the check engine light came on. After speaking to the disrespectful manager, I was basically told that's the risk you take when buying a used car and they sell cars as is. This is not a fluke, my son's girlfriend bought a car shortly after and the same thing happened, check engine light came on. Luckily it was the next day so they had to address it according to their own policy. Stay away, most used car dealers at least give you a 30 day warranty......

Great dealership, the customer service was outstanding, made the process absolutely stress free and easy. They have great inventory from to choose from and they had prices that none of the major name brands could even match, specially victor, he was on point on everything great customers service, knowledgeable and didn’t try to pressure into buying something that was not a good fit for me he took the time to work with my budget and to find me a truck that cover all the needs I was looking for. Went to Carvix and the process of approval seemed to be pretty fast. Vesago was very attentive and answered every question I had without hesitation. He was thorough throughout the whole process. I wasn’t initially content when it came to the end of finalizing the loan but vesago made things happen and changed my mind. If it wasn’t for him and his other peers I wouldn’t have drove off the lot with my beautiful car today so thank you guys for making it happen !!!

The first time I went, there were clearly sales staff to help yet they just sat on their computer, waiting for the lower level to pass them off to them to finish the sale. The Lexus I looked at back hatch didn’t even open. We came back but this time i called ahead 2 hours in advance to schedule an appointment and to have the vehicle we wanted to see ready. Well the Lexus still was broken and the infinite wouldn’t start. Do not go to Carvix. Unreal.

Staff was very professional and kind. Specifically Jessie, the sales associate we worked with was wonderful. I recommend him if you're looking at purchasesing a car from them. A few things to be aware of. Look up the price online first. They will try their hardest to add different warranties among other things. So as a customer my tip would be to negotiate negotiate negotiate. Thank you to the sales manager as well for working with us.

My car buying process took a couple days but Jesse made it very smooth and easy! He provided outstanding service and the best options possible for my purchase. They sold me a complete lemon. The car only has 30,000 miles but has broken down three times since I got it 9 days ago. I’ve tried calling multiple times and am either placed on an indefinite hold, sent to a voicemail which they never return, or if I withhold why I’m calling and get through to someone they promise to email over the information I need. It’s been five days with no email in sight.

I would 100% recommend Carvix to anyone and everyone who is looking for a car. I'll have to say when you do go, ask for Jesse. The most courteous, friendly and patient salesman I've ever encountered. Never once felt pressured into buying something. My purchase was completely on line using my smartphone. So, Jesse. I may just have to take a road trip just to shake your hand! Thank you so much!!

The salesman, Adrian has patience of a saint. He showed me at least 3 vehicles and had to deal with a female changing her Mind several times. Having to get the insurance policy after hours proved difficult but Adrian made it work. He was determined to complete the sales transaction that late night hour. Recommend highly the dealership’s policy on providing additional to original warranty.

Guys, you have to be careful with them and don't trust them. I bought the car and they showed me that there was no accident. But actually there was damage with paint and other issues. And they forced me to buy it and I can't take back my deposit. I took the car and use it about 3 months and try to re sell it again I and they said that they will give me around 5000$ less than price.

Joel was very good at his job. He informed us of all car details and also was able to get us the payment we wanted. It was a very easy process and i recommend him to all my friends to come buy from him. He was very professional and never pushed us to buy something she different than what we came for. 10/10 the best, great guy Vesago Garcia is the guy you want helping you out he hustles and doesn’t slack around he will get to you as fast as he can saw him handle 5 other customers when helping me out! I asked if he could meet me at a better price range to pull the Benz off the lot and he met me way more then what I asked amazing salesman and great guy!

Jason the manager of the service department is great was able to diagnose a very minor issue but didn’t just ignore the issue came to me and asked what the problem was and I described it and he heard it and was able to fix the issue in a matter of seconds I definitely recommend carvix they have great people who do truly care about the customers

Buyer Beware*** Carvix does not honor their return or exchange policy. As soon as the bank funds the loan, they are unwilling to allow you to return or exchange the car. Carvix should remove this policy from their website and sales team, because it is a lie.
