Worst experience by far ever purchasing a car. The 1st car I got seemed okay for about 3 days then the computer started acted up in it. The 2nd car I had did the same, had a bad wheel bearing,shot turbo, bad water pump.I fixed the turbo and water pump and the car was still acting funny. Called them because I was tired of dealing with it. They acted concerned but I don’t know how so because I’m sure they knew what was wrong with the car initially. They ended up saying I needed a new block. It took about 5 months and they still obviously wanted the payment but no type of deal. I didn’t have to pay for the labor(which was a debate in the 1st place because I bought it with these problems. I didn’t cause them). I got the car back and the ac didn’t work. Quick fix & they returned the car the following day. Then they literally fixed only the block that they sold bad in the 1st place. No new components.. just a new internal block. So I’m still dealing with the car now(mass air flow sensors, coil packs, stuff that should’ve been updated with the new block. Horrible experience. Great guy named MOSES there but doesn’t get the shine with all the headaches associated with the Buisness.

Highly recommend this company. I drove on S I-35 m today, one of my tires blew out. I managed to get my car out of highway and parked in front of OSO Grande’s office. I wanna thanks all the employees and Mike and Moses for all there help. I have been to dealerships who say NO, but they really helped me out with my first car a 2013 Dodge Dart can really say it was fast and easy, they even stayed after closing for me to add insurance on the car which most places don’t i’ve been to them.
