I’m a car detailing enthusiast & I love this place. Been going there on average once a week for 6 months after moving to the area. Better facilities than anywhere else I’ve ever been. Only thing that ruins it is when certain inconsiderate tradies don’t clean up their mud for the next person but during business hours the car wash staff will come & clean it up anyway. Friendly staff too, unlike other places. The drying bays are great for towel drying, applying any exterior sealants & cleaning your interior. I recently adopted a dog so I’ll definitely be using their dog wash facilities too which look cleaner than any other place.

Spent $17 for a premium carwash and presoak and my car is still dirty... I've been here before and was so happy with the premium wash that I boasted to my partner who was worried about the bird droppings on the windshield. I told her don't worry it'll go but that's when the wash cycle ended and my car looked the same as before the wash. I was shocked beyond belief! This place used to be so good but now it's just disappointing... Never coming back again. Word of advice: do not use the auto wash here.

Only had my car a year or so, mint car. Wednesday 30th June 2021. Went to automatic carwash. Paid $15 for a DELUXE carwash. Got home to discover my car is a covered in a greasy dirt i cant get off, all along sides of my lovely white car and windows looked scratched!! It was like putting my car through a jex pad carwash with grease! Worst ever! Hope i can get it off and find out your phone number, as your carwash is horrible! You guys have a very upset customer here and ill be following this up.

Hi I had payed for a premium car wash and there where Marks and dirt still on the car rang the person that was on today 30/7/21 and he asked me to come back wasting my petrol to have no result and all he wanted to do is give my car a hose off how pathetic the sevice was and is these day will never go back and I’m a support worker in the area and will be recommending to the company and other supports workers to not get there car washed else where

Now $5 + 20c card use surcharge for 10 mins when customer taps cards. I think it used to be $5 for 12 mins. I miss the extra 2 mins. I would have been happier if the tap card fee could be $6 for 12 minutes, so I then don't have to insert coins ( which I often don't have), but I suppose it means other customers are not waiting as long and greater throughput and profit for the business.

Warning - it has changed! The old auto machine was great value and did a pretty good job... Now there is a new machine, with add ons like “extra presoak” and “carnauba wax” - avoid!! The premium wash was so fast and did absolutely nothing. There is still dirt all over my car and windshield, dirt that the old machine would have cleaned. Don’t waste your money.

Dog wash has been maintained well every time lve taken my dog for a wash, it's been 2.5yrs & still visiting, occasionly I may have to wait but cycles are 10minutes, attendant is a lovely man. Who ensures area is cleaned before use. Car wash/vacuum bays & auto carwash often in use. Exiting maybe tricky if all bays taken. I use the auto carwash to exit.

Gentleman that serves there making sure everything is going well, he were lovely & friendly aswell as knowledgable (x4 stars* for him) The car wash I selected didn't do a good I felt. It were faster but not as good as the previous wash cycles The vacumn areas are lovely & clean but the cost of using the vacs are expensive!!

Love this car wash ! $5 for 15 minutes you don't get this anywhere. Tried another car wash in Darebin Road which only left my Car Rims all scratched and damaged. Would never go back there again ! There High Tech machines and fancy Car wash actually left my black car dirty. Would never use them again.

Have to agree with the last comment. Paid for the Premium car wash, with 'bug removal' and extra rinse extras. Washed it for literally under a minute and it was over! Car practically just as dirty as I drove it in as! Also didn't even remove the cobwebs! Bug removal - sure. Never going back.

Have been using the automatic car wash here for several years but the new laser wash is very poor. I paid $25 dollars to only come home and rewash my car again. I slid my finger over the bonnet to pull up dirt and grime. This never happened with the old automatic wash. Wont be coming again.

Best robotic car wash I have ever used. Visit weekly to get a perfect touchless touch up of my pride and joy a 2020 Toyota Supra GRS. Doesn't matter where you are in the city, if you want a fast, efficient, affordable wash that doesn't destroy your paint, make your way here immediately!

Vacs work ok… but if you only need a vac it’s annoying to have to wait till a wash bay is empty to drive through to the vacs And today the vacs behind the wash bays were all not working - first few time I’ve come here I didn’t even notice they existed… seems like an awkward spot to vac

Only cleaned interior because of the rain. One vacuum was so weak! But then I switched to another that was super strong. Got rained on alot because there was only sails not a carport roof. Hard to get in and out of, very tight but the other customers were friendly and quiet so 4 stars.

Not coming back here anymore since the machine is different now. Went here last night and apparently the $15 premium doesn’t clean anything and literally we just finished for 2 minutes unlike before. We are so surprised that’s all we got. Rains from past few days cleaned my car better.

Just finish the car wash. I make the payment twice, cause the first time the machine didn’t active. And I go around make the payment second time then finish the washing. very disappointed with tonight service and there is no one and no phone number that I can call for assistance!!!

I have used this carwash in the past and have been happy. However, this morning I selected a premium wash at $19 and the car is still dirty. The wash was very short and seemed to go straight to waxing. Suggest that there is something wrong that needs investigation by the owner.

Prices have gone up several times lately. Previously $5 got you 15 minutes then it became 12 minutes now it’s 10. Which is really poor and hardly a deal worth advertising. Vacuum is hit and miss on quality. Still a decent car wash for a work vehicle or unloved car.

Paid $15 and it literally took 2 minutes to finish the wash. The car looks as dirty as before, even the bird poo is still on the car. I’m very disappointed. Terrible wash and this is the 3rd time I’ve been there and have had the same issue.

Extremely disappointed. Went with laser wash + bug off, cost $17 Whole session finished in 3mins, front and back of the car still dirty AF. This is either the programming issue or it’s simply not good enough. Do not recommend.

Wow. Went through the laser wash and it took all of 30 seconds! Not clean at all and extremely angry. No wonder they don't have a contact number anywhere!! $15 for 30 seconds....I may need to invest in a car wash business!

$5 for 15 minutes! Great value, machines are always working and in good condition. A bit awkward to get in and out of given the block shape, but worth it. I would say probably best self serve car wash in the north.

I have been looking for a good auto wash for long time around Melbourne, this water wizard 2.0 is superior to other auto wash . The wheel scrub function (with the $15 option) really work. Will come back regularly.

Our 5 year old had his first expeirence of sitting in car going though and auto car wash. The look of concern when it started! Very soon gave way to laughter and joy. We will be back tomorrow for the deluxe wash

New laser wash pulled the factory stickers off my car that's 1 year old. Went back and was very polite to the owner to see what we can do about it and didn't want a bar of it. Won't be going back

Just went through the automatic car wash, been very happy the first couple of trips, this time seems one of the brushes or sprayers weren’t quite going. Maybe they will get it going again soon.

Good place, everything you need. And I feel it’s good value for money, make sure you add an extra dollar or two when you tap, $5 is not enough if you like to take some time on washing the car.

Don’t use this car wash. I went through the automatic wash. The sensors weren’t working and the , device hit the side of my car continuously. My car is now scratched. DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH

Access to the vacuum area could be a little better. Just feels like such a tight spot. Over all a good car wash. Always see a staff member during work hours there attending to people in need.

The auto wash always leaves oil stains on the driver's side of the car for some reason.. my car was cleaner before using this car wash, now I have to go somewhere else to wash my car again

Waste of money unfortunately, the touchless car wash was too quick, extra options are useless, paid 21 for polish and bug wash but my windscreen is still dirty, bugs are definitely not off

Waste of money. Bought premium car wash but after wash, windscreen , tyres and car body was as it is. Seems like someone chucked a bucket of soap water on my car. Dryer option was a joke.

The auto wash used to work well and was great value, the new auto wash is a waste of money.. just wash the car yourself or go to magic car wash for 20 bucks. It does not clean your car.

I have been to a car wash for the first time! Here, I had great experience as there was a team member available to assist us in explaning the way the machine operates in every phase.

heaps of settings and cheap, five bucks for 12 minutes in the self wash is great value! the engine cleaner setting is gonna clean 60 years of dirt away in seconds. can only recommend

One way only, so if you enter the facility and all bays are full, you’re stuck. Great to have access 24/7. Tight turns in and out, so make sure there is a spot if you are in a hurry.

So put $20 in the machine, no change, no token, ring the phone number, no answer, ring again, have rang on and off for 3 weeks , and still no answer and no reply, poor service.

Good car wash, always in good order and clean. Staff are helpful during the days and $5 for 15 minutes is fantastic value for money. Soups and other products are good quality.

I went here and it was really pretty and it made all my seats really foamy and then i realised i forgot to shut my windows so i started yelling "at the carwash, oh yeah yeah"

The drive through car wash here is useless, but the manager is great. He washed my car for me when the drive though left the car dirty. The self-serve areas are good.

$5 for 15 min on the DIY brush & hose is good value for money. Having said that, I only washed my cheaper car there. I'll always bucket wash my more exe car myself.

I regularly wash my prestige car here as well as my dog and find the service and easy access into the place fantastic. Its not a fancy Car wash but suits me fine.

It took me $5 to realise a bucket and hose at home, would be better. Dirt and rocks in the brush. I could have scratched my new car if I didn't check. Rude owner!

Paid for all the extras,(extra prewash, bug remover and whaterever the 3rs option was). Was the quickest wash I've been through and terrible job. Not worth $23.

Overpriced and very ordinary auto car wash. Paid extra for tyres to be done, but they weren’t touched. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else.

This car wash used to be very good, it has slowly dropped in quality. Please bring back the $5 for 12min. 10 min is not long enough to do a full wash…

We used the dog wash. It was quite busy and loud when we arrived but the facilities were quite good and the attendant very helpful.
