They have a beautiful selection of furniture, at decent prices no doubt, but their customer service is far from acceptable. Their assumption that me & my bf couldn’t understand Spanish was unbelievable & disappointing. They sat there and talked about how they could try to make more money off our purchase right in front of our faces. Ended up finding the same exact bed set elsewhere, at a company who respects and values their customers.

Customer service is not great. Purchased and financed a living room set, and were given the incorrect finance option, even though we were offered something else. They don't keep any record of anything either. Now being charged an extra amount that should not have been charged.
