Two stars just for the benefit of the doubt that one day this place might be worth a stop. Today 11/16/23 they have nothing in the store to purchase, and only outdoor restrooms due to remodeling. Why be open? History lesson if you don’t know the place: it was a pilot. for some, that should be enough info. The Pilot was a real piece of work for many years, having sketchy workers, customers, and generally anything one could find in this part of town. The plus side to that, is that everyone knew what they were walking into, and some of us enjoyed the crazy things that happened. Benefit of the doubt: no amount of training by an Iowa company that thinks they are better than everyone else is going to change the people who are willing to work here. It’s going to be filthy, run down, and probably see its fair share of robberies over time. I do hope that it becomes a decent store, and eventually can expand the parking area not only in size, but by telling Western Express to go park in their own parking lot at the end of the property. Personal feelings about Caseys: i don’t think this area is going to fair well with the Iowa prices they will try to get out of their merchandise. It’s always seemed so simple to me that if you lower prices, you sell more stuff and get more customers… not so with Caseys. price it high so you can hire idiots that don’t upsell, and who cares how many customers they lose… they made bank on one item. Business isn’t business anymore, it’s thievery by crooked business practices that make you as a customer, just a number, which may or may not repeat itself. Good luck Caseys.

The absolute worst Casey's. Was told by a manager that were I parked was a parking spot. Was awoken and told to move at 0034 by a rude, angry heavy set employee who wore no name tag. Asked repeatedly for her name and she just told me I don't have to give you my name. Totally unexectable. Oil stains on the asphalt where I was parked. No no parking signs displayed. She woke 5 other drivers up. I had zero time left on clock. As far as pretrip planning, I did that. Ran into an issue with receiver. If this is a no parking area why wait until 0034 to inform us? Will not be visiting Casey's again. And if the owner is really reading this, buy some signs and some name tags...... rude lady said she didn't care what the manager told us, the owner said no one could park there. And I have already sent complaint through the Casey's website so save your auto response.....

Probably the worst customer service I’ve dealt with in a long time I understand they’re in the middle of remodeling the place so that the stores cut in half. I asked the lady after paying for my food if there was anywhere to use a microwave and said they don’t have a microwave then I looked right across from them behind her and said, can I heat this up in the microwave? We do not have a microwave set OK sounds good. Can I get any silverware, plastic forks or spoons or anything? She told me I can go to Walmart

The rear diesel pumps are always clicking when you have to stand out there half the time and hold it you can't just set it, three out of four of the DEF pumps are never working. It's pretty ridiculous at this point, food choices are slim I heard there was going to be Pizza added eventually, and half the time they're not even open in the lobby all night. It's the closest thing to our work, but at this point I'm going out of my way to go somewhere else or at least the basics are always working.

Worse truck stop ever. Thought it was bad when pilot was here but since they took over it has gone down hill. Store is always dirty bathrooms are disgusting they never have toilet paper. The door that allows truck driver to come in stays locked 24/7 so we have to walk around to the front if we want in. The food on the grill is over cooked they don’t change them out properly. Drinks are always very low barely anything to choose from. The company really needs to step it up at this location.

Not happy at all after being waking up at midnight and told you can't park here you can park across the street I'm sprinter van driver and why at midnight when I being there from 6 pm there is not signs for no overnight parking or anything asked the employee can I park back where is trucks she says no you can't park here you have to go sound to me very personally like she knows me first time there and never again

We have to fuel up here because of the company fuel card. This place is closed early in the morning around 5am almost once a week even though the sign on the interstate says open 24/7... total false advertising. Also been here for about 1 hour this morning because the pumps are not working. This is the worst fuel stop in middle Tennessee. Save yourself some time and headache by not stopping here!!!

Personally, I had a great experience here. Food was good and staffs nice and courteous. Washroom was clean. Cannot talk about shower, I didn't use it. Truck parking are free (no longer reserve section). Negative point, not much truck parking available and Western Express use over 50% anytime for bobtail or drop trailer.

Annoyed. $8 shower great price. They have over 6 people working can’t even get showers cleaned. Wasted 2 hours of my time. I would rather pay $16+ anywhere else. Bring your own soap.

This place is always missing things. Good luck getting in and out in less than 5 minutes. Every time I walk in to get anything, theres always a commotion.
