Update: Since my original review, the team at Cashyn have conducted a substantial team overhaul. This change resulted in the company to reach out with the hope of rectifying my previous negative experience. I am happy to say that my second experience with this company was much better than the first. I would potentially recommend this company for those who wish to sell their home quickly and with reduced complications or hidden costs than what may be expected with going 'to market'. I would also encourage those who wish to sell their house through this type of business ensure they have a general understanding of the worth of their house through an unbiased appraisal prior to accepting any offer. Ensure that you advocate for yourself, as selling a house is not a miniscule endeavor.
