These guys are awesome. Cathedral has been my go-to for more than 15 years, and I have always been pleased with their service and their prices. I had visited another shop for a quick oil change awhile back, and they had presented me with a laundry list of "urgently needed repairs"...took the vehicle in to Shane and the crew at Cathedral and they told me that half of the stuff on the list was a lie. They then prioritized the other repairs for me, telling me which ones were actually urgent, and which could wait... then they provided me pricing for each, so I could budget accordingly. This is the type of honest, no nonsense approach I have become accustomed to from Cathedral Automotive. I reccomend them to all of my friends, and highly reccomend them to you, as well!

I had a metal plate hanging off the bottom of my car from hitting debris in the road on a car I had just bought. I wasn’t able to drive it over curbs without pulling it farther off the car. Shane from Cathedral got my car in quickly and was able to take care of it and get it fixed with no major damage. He even helped out more by giving my car an oil change that was most likely overdue with it being a used car that I just bought. Their pricing helped me out so much as I had just spent a significant amount buying the car then driving it from another state. Thank you very much Cathedral, I’ll definitely be back for everything.

I thought they were a good shop i was extremely wrong ...i paid them to fix my rear main seal paid over 500 dollars and never got fixed right and in the process they broke my shifter cable and tried to blame it on someone else anyway i have warranty on the rear main seal from them . so i told them about the rear main seal still leaking they had me bring it back several times and acted like they didn't no were it was leaking from finally i brought to another shop and with in two minutes they found the leak .still from the rear main seal that i had paid them to do.worst shop i know i highly recommend not going to them .

Highly recommend! This place is honest, knowledgeable, and has great service. When I was on the phone with Shawn he was very kind and patient. My car has been running great since he fixed it. I had previously been getting my car serviced by a family friend but since we moved over an hour away from him, I have not taken my car anywhere else in fear of being taken advantage of and being charged too much for repairs that might not even fix the problem. But this place was very honest, it was a fair price, and great quality. Will definitely be coming back!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service we have received from Cathedral. We moved to the Phoenix area in 2009 and after using them one time have never went anywhere else. We have always had older autos and as such are a challenge sometimes to keep them going. John and Shane and their technicians were always able to keep them going. The prices have always been fair and I was never charged any "diagnostic" fees like the other shops do. We recently moved back to Ohio and sure do miss the honest work we received there.

Cathedral Automotive is the best. My husband has an 85 pontiac fiero GT. John, and Shane have worked with my husband through thick and thin since day 1. What makes them different is how they treat you, welcoming you into there shop, showing you what is wrong with your car, and explaining how they will fix it. Thank you to the guys at Cathedral Automotive for everything you have done for us, and are still doing for us.

What can I say about Cathedral automotive?..John, Shane and the rest of the team are the absolute best at what they do!...hands down..extremely skilled,timely and fair(which in that business is NOT easy to find)...I will never go to another shop!! I have a sad old 93 Honda Accord. It has seen better days and is usually in need of a little or this or a little of that. I take it to no one else but Cathedral. They have ALWAYS been fair and helpful, and don't try to "sell up" which is rare for any automotive service center. I highly recommend this shop.

They broke my right steering wheel knuckle and they charged me an extra $75 Now I'm paying a total of $325.06 for my right bearing repair. Not coming here again, I feel like my car will have problems later on when it's fixed. I spoke with John and Shane
