Awful customer service and lack of knowledge. I took my laptop into sell, the girl didn’t seem to know what to do. She came across like she’d been on all night bender. The laptop apparently wasn’t listed on their website so she gave me an incorrect price for a different model? So I questioned how low the price was and agreed to come back after they checked it. I came back and as I thought I was given the wrong information and price. In the end I was offered £49 for a laptop selling for £200 new. What a joke of a place taking advantage of a persons vulnerabilities. No empathy at all. I only went because I was desperate but who doesn’t?

Great Place to shop for gaming bits, Tech or movies! IMO Cex Bedmo has the best selection around for the size of the shop and it’s hard to say no to a 24 month warranty!! I recommend using the Drop and go feature on the app and website for easy drop offs of mass goods you want to sell so you have more free time and not having to wait around for it to be booked in. They also have a really nice click and collect feature to ensure an item is in stock at the location before travelling to pick it up!! Staff are really knowledgeable and friendly, Can’t recommend Cex Bedminster enough! 10/10

I ordered 2 xbox 360 controllers online and the order was fulfilled by this store. The controllers I recieved were both damaged and one didnt even work. There is an EXTREME LACK of QUALITY CONTROL from this store and the whole transaction was a waste of time for everyone. I ended up having to go to a local store for a refund/exchange. Its ridiculous how they could post me such faulty items and expect me as a customer to be satisfied with them. Abysmal.

Their website lists a good selection of new & used items online but the business model is way outdated, you're unable to call stores that apparently show as having an item so as I found out by the time you get to the store the item has gone, makes me wonder if they even had the item and just want to increase store footfall. Highly annoying so I took my business elsewhere. Not recommended

Friendly staff, good range of games for a small store but would advise against buying consoles or expensive electrical products here as the quality control is awful. If you do buy something inspect it before you leave the store. The PS4 pro I bought here as "boxed quality" came with Poundland cables and accessories and the customer service team told me that was normal practise.

Went in on the Sunday 17/9/23 to sell my ps4. They took it in and it took 4DAYS to contact me! Once I was contacted they told me my disk drive was not accepting discs. I checked the bag before I left to find out I was missing my HDMI CABLE. Took my ps4 home and tested it and there is no problem with it at all. CEX LIES DO NOT EVEN BOTHER, they are scam artists.

Close at 1730 not 1800. Drove 45 min to get some Xmas presents got here at 1740 and was turned away by two staff members stood outside smoking, not a massive issue but please update your times for closing/opening. Wasted hour and a half drive plus fuel and clean air zone charge for nothing, bit annoying.

A tad pricey for 2nd goods , but they are in good condition. But! Could be a lot cheaper. Just a quick update. If you like your films, shows ECT, there are thousands of DVDs on offer at prices from 50-pence to whatever. Its worth the visit to find if anything is there for you.

One of the member of staff (female) was clearly racist. Was very abrupt with my husband (Asian descent) who wanted to buy a DVD set and at the same time very polite with a white male customer. If we were not in a rush, would have raised a complaint with a store manager.

I was promised that a bank transfer in the morning Monday to Thursday would be paid the following day around 12 or 1pm. I was shown a sign on the wall promoting this. The payment was not paid into my account until after the bank closed around 7pm. Not very helpful.

Was very busy when I went in but staff were very efficient so que went down quite fast. Very good selection of games and hardware. Stoped in to buy a monitor I saw in their window. Very pleased with the service. Will be going in again soon for a proper look round

They where friendly but i bought 7 games and 6 of those wouldn't work, no scratches and nothing wrong with my console, according to CEX in the city center they always get problems with the bedminster one so definitely don't buy from there but staff were friendly

I have bought from CEX in the past. My son using them in South Wales and Bristol alot. Yes you can get some bargains if you are lucky and very modern gear. Prices can change from shop to shop. You can order on the Internet and get it sent to your home.

3 weeks ago I poped in to cex bedminster and purchased 8 seasons of game of Thrones and payed £58 for them and they told me that if I take them back with in a month after watching them they would give me what I payed for them lol not the

Very Good Service, however they will ask for I.D for certain films and Games, even tho They know my Age and I've been a member for over 3 years, They should know my age by now. It's kind of pathetic, but I Can see where they are coming

I bought an amazon echo and later that day I changed my mind. Took it back and they were very helpful considering that there was nothing wrong with the item, I had just changed my mind. Gave me a refund so I'm happy to use them again.

Good place to put in your spare games an electrical equipment to exchange for some extra money or best to exchange for other goods as you get more in vouchers than the amount of money you will get

Pretty good place to buy used DVDs and Video Games but prices are usually quite high. I think there were not enough people at the counter serving so waiting times were rather long.

Unfortunately, I had to take back a faulty ps4 under guarantee. I can honestly say it was pain-free and dealt with, and I walked out with a replacement. Happy with the service.

This is a good branch with a good blu ray selection and like the fact you can see what is in stock before arriving. Friendly and helpful staff too!

Brought a few items, had an issue with one as soon as I got Home but they were very helpful and sorted it instantly
