Best facial and massage I had so far. Misha was very professional and friendly. She explains a lot of things I do not know before rather than just performing the therapy. So far during this MCO period they're the only outlet in PJ that provide hot stone massage service. The environment itself is very comforting & so is their facial services as well. I do wish that they provide a more detailed / genuine consultation rather than promoting their products constantly.

I had the best experience at Celmonze Paradigm Mall. Everything was in compliance with strict SOP and yet I managed to relax myself after a long day of work. I would highly recommend Misha as she knows her job well. It was definitely worth it and I will be sure to visit again soon !

I went for a 2-hr anti acne facial. The therapist, Misha, is so good. She knows what she's doing and explain the treatment to me very well. The exfoliation and massage was very firm. It was so satisfying. I will definitely continue to go for facials with her.
