The service attitude of this facial spa is too unfriendly. I came with my friend to try their facial treatment, ok lo we are students and saw that there is a student price so we took the student price package, it's normal, right? I went to text them if this student price is still available and they said there is still, so I was ok. Because it was so worth it, I wanted to see if the first trial of the facial spa included underarm shaving, and they said yes, but when I got there, they said that the first trial of the student price did not include underarm shaving. I was so bummed that I said on Whatsapp that underarm hair removal was included, but on site they didn't include underarm hair removal. when I told the staff that I was cold and she asked me back, "Why don't you cover yourself with a blanket? I was shocked, I told her my eyes were covered by a mask, my mind was thinking this is my first time here , how do I know which one is the blanket. After the facial I felt that the staff had not cleaned my face properly and there are some mask was still on my chin. My friend told me that she fall asleep while the staff put her mask on, after that the staff kept chatting outside and banging on the walls which made her uncomfortable. After our facial we were expecting a consultation but there was none, I told myself it didn't matter and it was fine but the most irritating thing was that she told us to leave but we haven't finish our tea yet . This is the worst salon I have ever been to. I don't know if it was because we were paying student prices that we got such a bad experience with such an attitude.

The services provided by the beautician called Win Yee, were unfriendly. I thought that after the facial, she would consult with me based on my face condition today but she didn't do that. So, I asked her if I needed to use face moisturizer because she had mentioned it during the facial, and I wanted to double-confirm the statement. Her response was, “This is common basic knowledge for how to maintain the face.” While it may be common basic knowledge for those in the beauty industry, I am not part of your industry. If not, then why did I come to your facial shop to get a facial and expect consultations from you? Since your facial shop sells the product I wanted, why didn't she promote it to me? Instead, she just asked me to pay for today's facial services and leave, waiting for the next customer to serve. And I inquired if I needed to come back for another facial in two or three weeks, she replied, “You can go to other facial shops as well.” I was quite shocked about her reply. I believe she is unhappy because my face is full of blackheads, as she mentioned during the facial, and it required spending more time to clean up by her. If you don't want me be your customer, you can directly let me know so I won't visit again! There's no need to serve me like this.

All good reviews on google are true! They are not hardsell at all. That’s why I love them at my first trial. They won’t ask you sign any packages! The beautician is professional enough to tell you about your skin condition. Will definitely go again. The place is very welcoming. The beautician Ms. Win Yee was patient and provided a comforting facial service. They have ala-carte facial services which is good for customers who do not like to be tied up with packages. Most importantly, they do not hard-sell any products! It was truly a comforting experience and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

First tried when they had the promo for the oxygenating and hydrating treatment. Beauticians were very precise and polite from before right up to after facial consultation. Effectiveness of the 808 hair removal laser treatment is very obvious after one try. Very satisfied with the overall service.

There facial is good and i can feel light different after the treatment. The consultation and beautician is professional and friendly. I like it doesn't need a signed package and can choose whichever treatment I feel during appointment with the recommendation from the consultant.
