Somehow we have had 6 parcels go missing from this post office in the last month using drop & go. The parcels have not registered on the backend system either. This has cost our business over £450 in customer refunds and also damaging reviews on our socials.

Very poor customer service. The lady behind the counter was very rude every time ive been there. Even though this is my local post office i rather travel further to avoid unpleasant experience i had there.

Most helpful and nice to do business with place. Always gives good advice o things Postal and always has a cheery manner. Would prefer to go there to any other Post Office.

Not open on time as said on the website. Been waiting for more then half an hour and no one came to open the shutters.
