Hi I attended the auction at 73 Hillcrest Avenue, Greenacre 2190 on the 16th of Dec 2023 and had a disheartening experience with one of the members of this realestate. Despite expressing my disinterest in bidding, I was met with condescension and rudeness throughout the auction. When I inquired about the property's status, the real estate agent replied in a demeaning manner, saying, "What do you care, you're not even bidding." Not only was the campaign a failure ( only 2 registered bidders, noone else there not even onlookers) the sales agents had the nerve to disrespect and belittle me when I refused to open the auction bidding or get into a bidder war with the other bidder. As they took the sole bidder inside for negotiation, he said "she will get it, she bid , now she has it." Implying that I have no chance anymore, but surely I knew they need to come out and continue the Auction with the final hitting of the hammer. As the auction concluded at $1,000,060, he, again displaying arrogance, approached me to demand the return of a contract I didn't need to surrender. "Give me back the contract" he demanded. This experience left me feeling belittled and taken advantage of—never have I encountered such unprofessionalism in my life. This real estates actions embarrassed me and further underscored the lack of integrity in the conduct of Century 21 Homezone Real Estate Bankstown. I must highlight that I had originally intended to bid considerably higher than the winning bid, but due to this members dismissive attitude, I opted against it. Moreover, the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming, making the entire experience at Century 21 Homezone Real Estate Bankstown far from what one would expect in a professional setting. It's disheartening to face such behavior from a proffesional team. The vendor definitely deserves better than the atrocious campaign and behavior of the agents on the day that seemed like they just wanted the auction to be over, so they could get out of the sun and go home.

I would like to send my thanks and appreciation to Century 21 Bankstown, especially Marsha! I previously managed my rental property privately and was in the market for a property manager. I enquired with almost 10 local agents and Marsha was the first to get back to me so promptly and professionally. Marsha was actually the only agent in the area to organise to inspect my property and meet my tenant without any obligations. I had most agents send me an appraisal and fee structure via email without building any rapport or a relationship. Although some agents were cheaper in fees, I instantly knew I had to go forward with Marsha and Century 21 for the genuine quality of service. Not only was Marsha professional but she also made our tenant feel comfortable as well which is the relationship we want with them. Gestures that she might consider small such as asking for our permission to enter the house to inspect and ensuring we're okay with her to look around certain areas of the property was something that makes a big difference to us as landlords searching for a good property manager. Marsha is so kind and I am certain that I've chosen the right property manager and agent to go with and look forward to this ongoing relationship!

I had my property managed by Maria for nearly 5 years. Only when the tenants decided to leave my unit did I realise that the property was not taken care of, and inspections were not conducted as they should have. The property was definitely not left in the condition that it was given out in and Maria and her team didn’t do anything about it or even address it until I had to fight for it. Regular inspections were not conducted as they should have. Communication was very poor and delayed. And on top of all of this she had left the water bill unpaid for the whole duration of the tenancy which meant a massive bill for me at the end. Would not recommend. Very poor management, she didn’t do what the basics of what her job entails. I would not trust her to take care of any property.

I was paying the rent upfront on time. I helped them to read the water meter and sent them the photo. I cleaned the house very clean and I fixed parts of the house with my own money. When I gave them the notice to go out they refused to communicate with me and then I damaged some things in the house, some was already damage before renting the house. I was happy to fix it but they refused to give me access to fixed it. Then they threatened me to take the complainant to a Tribunal. They took me to Tribunal and lost some of the bond and they showed up invoices of the cost which charges me triple the cost, they make the money from overcharging us.

I've been renting with many agencies, I have to say this is the worst agents I've dealt with. You report things around the property during tenancy and they don't respond. You advise them of problems during their annual inspection they take picture but don't act upon it and at the end of it they impose liability upon tenant. I don't recommend leasing through them. The property was left in a clean state ( receipts of end of lease clean up available. ) thats how they try to lie and accuse tenants. Also they conduct their inspections alone with out the tenant being present so they can accuse u. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Tom Maruschko has been the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. Our family were selling my Uncle's house, he was elderly, and the place needed to be re-vamped. Nothing was ever too much effort for Tom, he either answered phone calls immediately or promptly returned my calls. Of the many things that had to be done, all were finalised on time and dealt with in a very professional manner, nothing was ever too hard. On auction day, Tom took care of everything, making the sale proceed seamlessly. Tom turned a messy situation into a positive outcome. Very much appreciated Tom, from all of us here.
