Hello all, Update 2nd July 2021 : I took my cat for treatment of mouth ulcer. The team of doctors were very supportive, but failed to treat the issue. They did multiple test every few days and suggested that there was a kidney issue, diabetes, genetic disorder etc for my pet cat, but all these claims proved incorrect later on during their own diagnosis. During the treatment his body started to rot , about which I notified the doctor during my daily visit. The doctor did not pay any heed to the rating and said that it's normal and everything will be normal. The treatment went on for more than 2 weeks at Cessna during which his condition went from bad to worse, but the doctors did not take it seriously. Now I have started visiting other vet clinics and they have said that most probably my cat would not survive. My cat is extreme pain and I am in complete misery looking at him like that everyday. No doctor or clinic is ready to take responsibility of my cat's health now. I don't want to defame the institution, but they could have atleast been sympathetic and referred me outside if this issue was out of their control. I would suggest the people reading this review to kindly visit the clinic only for vaccination and not for pet illnesses or issue. Kindly find the attached before and recent pics after treatment. Update 2nd August 2021 : on 1st August Dr. Ajitesh contacted me and asked me to bring Perci back to cessna after my review got highlighted. During the discussion he said that my cat had FIV. When asked how this might have happened he was unable to explain. Later he said that Cessna would be taking full responsibility of the pet and they would be only charging for the test which are needed to be done outside. He asked us to take my cat to Domlur main branch. We reached Domlur around 8pm in the night and they admitted my cat immediately. Later on 2nd August around 4pm when I visited the domlur hospital I met Dr. Pawan who explained me that my pet had FIV or FLeV and in his current condition they would not be able to help and they asked me to approve them to put my pet to sleep. As I was very vulnerable I decided to go ahead with what the doctor suggested. Finally at the billing counter I was handed over a bill of over 9000 for just keeping my pet in their care for less than a day. From this I understood that they just wanted to make money out of my dying pet and backed away from all their promises. They may say that it is not due to doctor Dr Ajitesh negligence, but in over 12-14 visits also he was not able to diagnose the issue. Update 3rd August 2021 : After further investigation I have found out that my cat did not have FIV or FeLV. The issue started because the IV fluids,medicines, antibiotics and vitamins were given into the muscle instead of the vein which caused muscle and skin infection , eventually leading to toxicity and poisoning. Even after politely reporting the issue to Cessna they have blindly defended their staff and doctors.

I am writing this based on my personal experience of 1 year of taking my dog here- Pros: Clean and well kept hospital with enough space to accommodate pets comfortably in the waiting area/ reception. Vets and other support staff are patient and respond with a positive attitude overall. Pet store with food, meds and accessories option along with a grooming salon. Testing facility. Cons ( cons outweigh the pros for me): Support staff were rough handling my pet while testing. My poor dog has ended up with blood clots and swollen leg twice so far. If you check with the vet on this , they will lie on your face or laugh it off with a suggestion to use cold compress on the swelling. Incompetence to the next level! Inaccurate test results ,due to delay in testing samples. Not worth doing any tests here because results are always dangling towards “ if’s or buts” and vets have no clue on “why” and they don’t seem interested as well to find the root cause of the issue. Only interested to do more testing and more medicines or whatever can make sure you end up paying a hefty bill. Poor expertise to perform and understand ultrasound scans. I was absolutely shocked how two expert vets from two branches of the same entity have two strikingly different scan results. Both are well recommended by others as knowledgeable professionals to decipher scans but absolutely hogwash in reality. Due to these inaccuracies and lack of expertise and experience in understanding test results , the vets are unable to correlate test reports to make a correct diagnosis or suggest accurate treatment plan. It is mostly a “ If you can’t fix it, then don’t break it” attitude with the vets here and you will end up buying supplements, prescription foods, unnecessary antibiotics etc for your pet as a worried pet parent. Vets keep recommending simparica, bravecto etc for flea/tick prevention but seem absolutely “unaware” about law suits filed in USA after pets died of toxicity , organ failure or seizures. They also recommend prescription hills food which again is a company with multiple recalls over the year, multiple law suits on them for vitamin D ,organ failure and salmonella poisoning in dogs. I have tried many times to bring this awareness to the vet who treated my dog here but they have a sales pitch to make and targets to meet. Don’t care a dime about actual facts, leave alone caring for the pets actual well being. The higher management does a good job to cover up goof ups and incompetencies of their qualified staff. My suggestion to concerned pet parents: Go to any of these branches for minor issues only. Don’t trust the test results done here without doing your research and take a second opinion from a different veterinary hospital and redo the tests. Vets aren’t Gods to animals anymore. They don’t care. These cons don’t change if you go from one of their branch to another with hope. I wouldn’t be taking my poor dog here again. Thank you!

I had rescued a young pigeon who was attacked by my pet and visited Cessna a few times. The first few times were when he had a leg injury and the most recent visit was a few weeks later when he had respiratory problems and it was critical enough that it necessitated an overnight stay. Both the times, the main consulting doctor was Dr. Swati from the EC Branch. Dr. Swati's exceptional care and compassion were truly noteworthy. She's incredibly patient in addressing all of my concerns, very friendly and loving towards the pigeon and took care of him well. She provided detailed explanation of the procedure and ensured that I felt reassured before she moved on with other patients. I'm extremely grateful for her professionalism and kindness. One aspect that particularly stood out was Dr. Swati's commitment to keeping me updated on my pigeon's condition. During the overnight stay, she arranged for a real-time update, even in the middle of the night. This thoughtful gesture went a long way in easing my anxiety and demonstrating the team's commitment to transparency and client satisfaction. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Swati's assistant, Dr. Roja, assistants - Praveen, Rohit, and the other team members involved in the pigeon's treatment. Their collective effort and support, from admission to follow-up treatments, have been invaluable. As I write this, I am still in the midst of the follow-up period, with three more days to go. Your unwavering support and dedication to providing animals with the love and care they deserve have made a significant impact to me and my pets. Thank you for ensuring the well-being of our furry friends. :)

I had to rush my 10 year old boy Bonkers for an emergency. He was undergoing treatment elsewhere and was improving but slowly. As his condition deteriorated within few hours - I rushed at cessna, E-City for a second opinion. Plus Points - 1. My dog was in pain and at no point was he moved from his position. All the doctors sat on the floor to do his examination. His comfort was the priority. 2. I have never seen such extensive check up for an animal, it was to rule out any other underlining condition and not just the one I came in for . 3. I was updated at every step of the way - both the procedure and the costs. 4. While my baby remained at the hospital post his surgery - I was sent video updates and a call to explain what was happeneing and his recovery process. 5. I was also allowed visits to pet him and see how his progress was. 6. The vet buddy system that they use is so detailed with every information you need for your dog while he remained in the hospital for the post operative care. 7. My baby is home now after 3 days and recovering well. Big thank you to Dr Pawan, Dr Sachin, Dr Swati, Dr Gincy and also the staff members who took such good care of my furry baby

I have no words to express the gratefulness I feel for the loving care and attention rendered to each of my 5 pets for 6 days at Electronic city. Dr.Pawan and the doctors and care team at the hospital have been true Angels and I could see from my pets who have never been away from home with strangers before this, how settled they were in an unfamiliar environment. A special mention for my darling doctor Roja and her loving ways around my pets . I could read from my pets that she’s truly an Angel! Thankyou also Akhil for understanding our needs for boarding and our easy transfer to the retreat without having to worry about anything. Dr. Pawan , what an amazingly carefully selected tribe of healers you have with you. May God always bless you and your vision and move you from strength to strength. Cessna!!a name that changed our lives. Used to fostering strays, a kitty of 45 days with head injury entered our doors. We lost no time in contacting Cessna, traveled 4 hours. Diagnosed as Forebrain Injury, blindness and lost reflexes. With Hope, religiously followed the treatment. Three weeks, kitty is active, playing-eye sight returned. We truly appreciate the services of the Doctors and the staff. We are grateful to Dr. Arjun for the expert opinion and treatment. Not an easy clinical presentation with brain injury, arriving at a diagnosis was tricky which had to decide the choice of drugs. Handled with understanding and trust, reassuring as we sailed through anxious moments!..Expenses are No Expenses when Love and Care is the Priority!! Many Thanks for Everything!!! I usually take my pet cat here for emergency purposes. Pros 1. Clean atmosphere and friendly doctors. 2. Lots of pet supply options. 3. There is a grooming center for which you need to take an appointment. Cons 1. Even if you take an appointment, still there is a waiting period. So basically, if you have taken appointment for 6 PM, you will see the doctor at 7 or 8 PM. 2. Doctors and assistants tend to leave the consultation room door wide open which may result in your furry friend to run out. In case of my cat, he gets spooked easily and when these guys leave the door unattended, he finds a chance to sneak out. So the team needs to be mindful of closing the doors behind the every time they enter and leave a room.

Cessena is the best possible place to take your pets. The doctor’s, nursing staff and housekeeping staff are extremely gentle and caring towards all pets. My cat was admitted here for 23 days because of tetanus. There is no guaranteed recovery from tetanus, but they took a lot of pro-active steps and ensured that it did not spread and helped him recover completely. My cat did not suffer from any complications because the doctors that’s the best possible medications and care and it made a big difference. He was always healthy because he was fully vaccinated and that helped prevent any complications from this. Please vaccinate your pets and ensure they get the best medical care you can provide.

I am giving feedback for the hair cut appointment my shihtzu had with the groomer of the EC branch . It was my first time taking my dog to this place for his hair cut and it was terrible.uneven cuts throughout the body, in some places it is longer or shorter. I could have given this hair cut to my dog at home . Also since it was first time, I was allowed to talk to the groomer before the session started and I saw a metal comb with missing teeth, nail clippers broken handle was stuck with a tape, the hair clipper itself didn’t look clean and sanitized.Poor experience and horrible result. I sent in a shihtzu and got something that looked like a rat- before and after pic added

Amateur Helpers and inexperienced Vets. Bad experience with Persian cat. They don’t know how to handle a cat. Jojo - Persian cat is very very well behaved and softy. They couldn’t handle this milder cat and she got bruises on her legs. Also they were not able to identify the cause of her illness. They just went on to do the treatment which were not at all necessary. Now she is more upset and not eating anything due to the bruises. They charged Bomb amount for it. We as parents would do anything to save our pets, atleast show some love toward the pets handle them with utmost care. Domlur unit is better than this. Never ever going to Hosur Cessna.

Unnecessary they make very high charges of medicine. For injection like pain killer of 0.2 Ml they charge 125 Rs total 4 I jection of 1 ml total doze 500 ml. People live pets and these people withdrawing people's love in form of money.. a 3 month old kitten we admitted for 20 minit . X ray 2200 and list of multiple test... it's Prognosis depend of Pathological test.. on on experience of Dr. People do not speak because of climate of Corporate... but if you heal your pet with love then Cesena not need anymore. If you have fear then invest in Cessna after spending money and manipulated talk of Staff, you might be hopefull.

We have been visiting Cessna, Hosur Branch for a year. The place is well maintained. Staff out there regularly clean the litters. Doctors are friendly and give clear information. My pet does not go through pain anymore while vaccinating. Cessna sends regular reminders on pending vaccinations helps us to remember. The price is a bit on the higher side but it's your call whether or not to choose this veterinary hospital. Highly recommend the place for your pets. This review is only for the Hosur Branch since I haven't visited any of the other branches.

I was completely dissatisfied with this hospital. I went their with my dog. My dog has got bit by something I told them that it is emergency saying she is shivering. But they made me to wait more than 1hour. And regarding doctor fees i was billed for 600 which is very high. Near my home it is free for check up. And also I bought some goods for my dog there. They billed with MRP not even reduced single penny while in other hospitals they giving 20 to 30% in products. So please don't prefer this hospital.

While the medical aid is nice, there is no clarity about what is going on at the Electronic City branch. They haven't sent me any of the test reports they have run on my cat, and neither have they given me a cost breakup or bill of the procedures followed. Despite following them up for 3 days I am yet to receive any documents or test reports from them via email. I have absolutely no idea what is going on and why it's being so hard to provide test results after taking money for everything.

Horrible experience, amature helpers inexperienced Vets and charging us premium. Very bad experience as a pet parent. My cat went for stomach issue and came back with a very bad bruised leg. She can't even walk now. Very sad to see that. Probably worst decision to go the Hosur Road branch. If you are going for any feline treatment, please avoid, there are tons of compassionate vets, who treat your babies like thier babies. Premium Price for utter disappointment. Thanks Cessna Hosur.

I admitted our pet cat on 13/12. It was in a critical stage by then, however it became active and walking on its own on 14/12. We felt very happy that it will survive . It’s only 1 year old and long way to go . Later on 14th evening and 15th Dec , it went to critical condition again . Don’t know what happened in a day. It was passed away on 16th Dec . We would have been very grateful to you if you had saved my cat . We did not get the refund as well till now not you saved our cat

I've been going to Cessna for a while now for my pets, and I want to say a big thank you to Edwin. Edwin has always been there to help when I needed medicines for my pets in a hurry. He goes out of his way to make sure I get what I need quickly. Once again, thank you so much, Edwin. Your dedication and kindness have really made a big difference for my furry family members. A big thank you to Dr Pawan, Dr Arjun and Rohit Rajput for treating and nursing one of my most aggressive dogs ( abused by his previous owners ) who was suffering from severe Gastrointestinal issues. The way the entire team stepped up and took charge was very reassuring. A special thank you to Dr Arjun and Rohit Rajput who tend to all our dogs with utmost care and passion and never fail to give the right treatment for my dogs.

Of late I had become increasingly sceptical about any vet hospitals after losing 2 of my girls in a row this year. But thanks to Dr Roja for making me regain the confidence. My minty boy is being taken care of very well. I am happy about the way he has been evaluated… even minutest details… Being a senior dog he requires utmost care and compassion and it’s being provided by Cessna.A big thanks to the whole team

Been Visiting Cessna for past 4yrs now, for all kind of pet care requirement, but Met Mr Edwin recently, he goes that extra mile to ensure your needs are taken care and he manages the store really well..pls ask for Edwin for any kind of assistance reqd for your pet. Facility is good, treatment are excellent, but representative’s responsibility must be increased, few occasions suggested medical examination report never been validated during treatment, then what for those were recommended, please rectify this asap. Again I am writing and all with my own experience, I do understand this is business but while you are treating animal at be more empathetic as they are voiceless

We found Cessna after moving to electronic city and we started taking our retriever Loki for all his medical checkups. They have good doctors, we'll mannered staff members and they keep the place clean and maintained. Even we did a surgery for Loki from Cessna and it was successful. They even have options to buy toys and treats. Overall it's rally good and I would recommend this to all my fellow pet parents.

Worst hospital..Docs are worst…Their assistant dont know how to handle a dog…giving injections twice… Again people of their in house pet shop are cheater…to give u a refund they will ask u passbook pic in today’s era..They just dont want to return the money…They will redirect you to their accounts team…This hospital is very incapable…Dont waste ur pet’s life and ur life their…Its mentally harassing….fraud

I have been visiting Cessna for almost two years. I have taken appointments with their Doctors - Dr Vimala Gracy and Dr Arjun for my pet. They are really good and explain clearly about our pets and give us answers to all our questions. I also like the Grooming team here. Mr Vinod, Mr Lakshman are really good and they take care of our Pets as how we look after our pets at home when they groom.

I took my kitten for her limping problem as my maiden visit here. I went without a proper appointment, but the staff were generous to accommodate me. The staff on the registration counter, after getting the first hand information registered for proper consultation. The veterinaries are qualified and very supportive. I am impressed and happy as my kitten is improving and relieved of the pain.

Great place to pick up all kinds of supplies for your fur babies. The store is well stocked on all major brands and items. Reception Staff are super friendly and helpful. They have a vets on premises so you can get your pets for all basic check-ups and treatments (including neutering and spaying) here. They offer delivery services as well for pet supplies. Cessna is Highly recommended!

It's located on Hosur road near electronic city flyover. There's no parking available. The surrounding area is very bad. About the treatment, Dr Ajitesh and his staff has done a commendable job. My dog suffered from renal failure and he recovered. The clinic has boarding facility also but not much cabins are available. This hospital is not open 24x7, unlike the Domlur branch.

Cessna is obvious place if you own a shih-tzu and need regular grooming !! I've tried to consult so many groomers before but only groomer of Cessana could handle him , and staff is very professional & supportive, They have all specialist onboard and knowledgeable vets, Also they got inhouse pet shops where you get all your pet needs from bed to food & toys !!

We have taken our feline to some vet hospitals and in no place did our cat get the attention like in Cessna Lifeline. Dr Arjun is very thorough in examination . He is very informative and has deep concerns for the animals . We feel much content that our cat has finally got the best medical advice and treatment plan. Thank you Cessna Lifeline and Dr Arjun.

I don't know if my opinion is unbiased as I lost my child. The hospital is well equipped and the doctors are experienced and qualified but I felt that in the race to grow we have lost the compassion and love for the most loving creatures. Please treat them the way we have treated our human children. Thanks for the noble service. God bless you

I went here on a weekday in the afternoon and the first thing that caught my attention was the cleanliness. There was not a hint of dirt or any sort of smell in this branch of Cessna. They also have a good collection of toys and supplies for dogs, cats and other pets. The staff was friendly and helpful in deciding what to pick up for my pet.

Great place for taking your pets for a health checkup. The clinic also sells medicines, foods & toys for all common household pets. Doctors are really great, they are really patient and would help your pet to recover quickly. Every visit to the clinic also gets recorded digitally and made available online.

Not a good place to treat your dogs. I took my dog here twice but everytime a heavy bill and no solution. Infact, the second time I took my dog here, the hospital treated him with an injection, but he wasn’t cured and moreover my dog suffered from loose motions due to that injection. Worst experience.

Place is good and doctors are good too but i felt it is too expensive and usually all pet shops tied with clinic or hospital gives some discounts when you buy treat but you dont get it here. So you can get treat from place where you know you get discount and remaining medicines you can buy from them.

Great pet hospital. I come here for regular check ups and nail clipping for my dog and the staff is really calm,patient and friendly. The doctors are professional and friendly too. They even do free home delivery if you need to buy dog food or medicines etc from them which is very convenient.

A great place for pet essentials. Pretty good prices compared to some others in the city. They also have home delivery facilities available.The store has good stocks of new and contemporary accessories. Spl thanks to Mr. Edwin, was very kind and helpful to us. Definitely recommend place.

Excellent hospital for pets. Very knowledgeable doctors and staff. Extremely helpful. They explain all the nuances involved in a complex treatment and help relieve all your stress about it. Your pet will be in very safe hands here. Highly recommended for all your pet treatments and ailments.

Cessna Lifeline Hospital is one of the best veterinary hospitals .. having 3 branches in bangalore and very good medical care infrastructure. They provide all kinds of medical care to animals . Have other services a related to pet care like grooming and also houses a pharmacy and pet store.

This vet hospital (Domlur branch) is a safe haven for your furry companion. Reception, Doctors have all been supportive and polite and respectful of the needs of my hamster. Especially, Dr. Suma has been amazingly helpful in providing the best health care for my hamster. Thank you so much!

Doctors are very good and informative. They explain what the problem is what they're going to do for the treatment. Its very reassuring for a pet parents to know what's going to happen. Dr. Ajitesh is an amazing doc i get my dog consulted with everytime. He's a very compassionate person.

I admitted my dog for few days in the hospital for treatment.Doctors explained about his health conditions in detail.Dr.Arjun was taking care of my dog and he was updating the status of my dog each day.It was quite expensive yet worth spending as my dog got recovered well

Cessna lifeline is one of the best place in Bangalore, it has all the facilities i visited the petstore first time I can get all the products there are very helpful i wanted to buy a food for my dog, they have suggested a very good brand my pet is eating nicely thank you.

Our pet cat was treated as in patient at Cesna hospital. They took good care of our pet. The environment mentioned is good and clean. Our pet was very comfy there. Now she is recovering. Cesna is really a good place to take your pet for competent care and treatment.

The Cessna pet store you get all pet products with clinic attached. The store is clean and the products are well arranged. Wide range of collections on toys, different kinds of foods beds cages medicines for pets. You get good discounts too and Edwin is too helpful

Dr. Pawan explained to us the diagnosis and treatment. Our doghouse has been suffering from an autoimmune condition for a few years, and we needed this explanation and confidence from a Dr to start her treatment.

It's ideal place for taking your let's for treatment.. having good enough space to park your vehicle. This clinic is very well maintained...it's in a good hygiene condition....doctors are very cooperative.

The hospital is quite spacious and well maintained. They even have an in-store pet toy/food/accessories section. Just checked out the price of toys, puppy food and found it to be quite expensive.

1) Been consulting Dr. Gracie for the last 1 year for my cat. Always hospitable and takes meticulous care. 2) Did a full grooming for my cat today. They did an excellent job. Highly recommended.

Doctor scared us saying my dog has cancer and prescribed unnecessary medicine and scans which were both expensive. And scheduled another CT scan for 18500 before confirming the cancer.

They will suggest for expensive tests but will never call back with the results. Once they got the money they will forget. Reception will never convey messages to doctors.

My Shihtzu was suffering from eye rapture…he got ultimate relief after getting treatment from Cessna…I would recommend Cessna for all surgery related issues for pets…

Good hospital, caring staff. Had my beagle spayed here and they took really good care of her. Dr Gracie is one of the best. A godsend! They also operate 24X7

I had a guinea pig in 2020. They took the money but it took them some hours to connect me with a vet. On phone. I lost my pet due to this negligence.
