Took a sick stray cat there. Highly dehydrated. Doc was friendly, but busy chatting with his coworkers instead of assessing the animal ( which is very unhelpful, no point in being friendly, and not doing your job!). Maruthi clinic has multiple doctors, and more nurses than needed. Three different doctors took a look at the SAME blood report, on three different days, and gave me three different results and medication. How is that possible!?! I don't know!! They got the cat started on antibiotics on day one, and abruptly stopped it next day. Animal or human, you are NEVER EVER supposed to abruptly stop an Antibiotic course! But they did! First two doctors said she had an infection that was contracted from a flea bite, and the last doctor very confidential diagnosed her with Parvo ( which is quite a serious diagnosis to scare a pet owner with) I was asked to come there for three days morning AND evening for drips. No improvement at all! Finally i took her to Dr. Manjunath Shinde at R R Pet Shop and Clinic in R R Nagar. He read the report realised how badly her body had been ABUSED with unnecessary medication, and the lack of consistency in medication. He diagnosed her within 5 mins, gave her 2 injection, and she's back to normal overnight. I am SO INCREDIBLY SHOCKED as to how MONEY MINDED, CARLESS AND IRRESPONSIBLE the staff at Maruthi clinic are. Friendliness doesn't mean anything when you can't succeed in diagnosing an animal properly and giving the right treatment and resolving the issue. The fact that the doctor kept changing every visit, and had no clue what the previous doctor gave the animal is MIND-BLOWING as to how clueless someone can be. I'm sorry but i don't know what qualifications anyone there has. I am so glad i caught into what was going on and took her to Dr. Manjunath Shinde. I have no problem paying any amount of money for an animals treatment, provided the clinic's goal is to help the animal and not just make money to supported their excessive staff and God know what else! The stress she went through was absolutely unnecessary!!!

Such a funny bunch of jokers Heard from a lot of people that he is like the costliest vet in the surrounding areas of Vijaynagar, Nagarbhavi, Chandralayout, Magadi road etc . They all said not to go there or else you will end up paying hefty charges. But I trusted google reviews and visited them due to a partial deafness our lab was facing. Through the reviews came across Dr Nishanth and Dr Lohitha were the best ones at the clinic. I should have met Dr Lohitha but he was on his day off so met Nishanth. I explained about the scenario that my pet was not able to hear us or our commands and he is nt reacting. Listening to the case, Nishanths question was " how do you know he is not able to listen to you?" And after explaining couple of scenarios we faced with our pet on his lack of reaction due to deafness.. his response was " this case is very difficult to take for me, it doesnt give me enough proof about his deafness" He asked us to come back next morning to meet Dr Lohitha. The worst part of he did not even touch my pet nor looked inside his ears to know or understand the case better. Before visting him we always used to get our check done with a Compounder who used to come home and treat "Cooper". This time he did the same and on his first visit he said its an ear infection and he treated him with couple of injections and an ear drop. He clearly said it will take 1-2 weeks to recover. But I was impatient to listen to him as Cooper made only 50% recovery in one week and could here from shorter distance and not from far. So had to rush this clinic and meet these bunch of clowns. With help of regular compunder friend our Cooper is able to hear 100% and recovered completely. Theres a saying " An old compounder is better than a new doctor" It turns out to be true

Hello friends, I suggest you don't go to this hospital. Please please i request you to not to vist this hospital. Bcoz they are very careless. Mainly DR. NISHANTH and DR. LOHITHA. They are money minded. DR. NISHANTH is very careless to give the treatment for my dog who s old for 22months. Who's condition was critical. He told to arrange the donor for my dog due to his HGBwas low.due to tick fever. He told to arrange the donor. I arranged within a hour but he refused to treat the dog which I arranged to give blood donor even in the critical condition. He ignore my dog and looking up to other dogs.I cald him more than 6-7tyms to take the donor which I arranged and He refuse to come he is very careless even in this critical situation he came after 2hrs . He only told each n every min s imp please do arrange the donor but he only didn't give attention to my even though am calling to treat my dog. Later I lost my dog. I asked what was the reason for his death after given donor also why he was not alive. He told (Dr.NISHANTH) it was due to cardiac arrest.See how the people are they are very careless about dogs life. And i lost my dog they didn't know pain of loosing the loved ones. Please dont go to this MPCC hospital. You will loose your dog for surely. They are money minded. I spent more than 80k in 30days. But still I loose my due to his (DR.NISHANTH and DR.LOHITHA) carelessness. We thought you people are God for dog's life. We trust you blindly. So you are taking advantage of dog's life. For sure GOD will soon repay you for loosing other lifes. Mind it. You will pay for each n every thing u did to the patients.

Never ever trust this clinic henceforth. Recently i bought my Pet to their clinic. Their Came a person whose name Is Chandru he asked me what happened. I told him tat my dog is sick nd unable to breath then he took a X-ray and he said tat it’s because of Gastric and he treated for tat . And after d X-ray they gave some oxygen to my pet later again they said to scan it . After everything they gave a bill for 4250 rs . We do agreed and payed . And they said us @ 7:30 pm after everything. And asked to come by 9:30 . We thought they are just told us to come by 9:30 fr drips . Again the Dr has been changed here he told us wait for sometime. And he told i need to have complete study on ur pet till then i can’t give any treatment. He took some blood samples nd gave the result tat i dog have some bacterial infections in his lungs. They gave the same drips second tym also . And he said i can’t give assurance for ur pet now his intestines r abnormal but he didn’t said wt the Actual problem after the drips completels they said to pay agian 2500 .we refused to pay so they wer so rude tat telling us to live her pet in hospital after paying take ur pet . It was around 12 am tat to . And asked us to come agin in the nxt day mrng . This people wants to take a money tat reason they are playing this kinds of scams with Pets . Never ever blindly trust this Maruthi pet care agian be careful

Im Writing this review about Maruti pet care center by My own experiences .. Here I had very bad experiences and i would like to write up about a Doctor called "Nishant".. If you are adequate visitor of the clinic you definitely know this person. In one word I can say that He is "unfit" for his Doctor profesion as He always Manupulate things, whether its about treatment of pet or Mentaining relationship with coworkers. He always bitray people and He been reason for Many employees I mean particularly Doctors to leave this Pet care center.. He doesn’t Know How to behave in well mannered with Female Coworkers or with any Pet owners who visits. I was working in this firm since last 10 years and never got any bad reviews from any of client and because of this person Nishant, just withing few months I lost all my reputation earned in last 10 years. I have been taking my Golden retriever for 5.5 years now. All the doctors and staff are really good with pets, as we all know animals can't speak but Vets are gems because they understand these animals body language. They follow a certain protocol to help the furry babies. Dr Lohitha has been an absolute gem , his diagonosis skills are top notch. Its all about trust , i have trusted Maruthi pet clinic and they have kept up that trust. Fees: Consultation is nominal, but other treatment does cost. If it was human baby normally people wouldnt complain , so treating pets as family is important here. Honestly, yes one needs to be financially a bit strong to give a good quality life to the pet. Nonetheless, I have personally seen the care they provide and fix the animals is justified with the fee they take.

My pet dog suffered from mild fever after getting vaccinated we all know this is a common thing to happen so we took him to the vet just to have a normal checkup and we consulted Dr. Rohit without even hearing us out he suggested taking a blood report, and it showed my pet was low on platelets around 5K, the vet said he is suffering from tick infection. but my pet didn't show any kind of symptoms based on tick infection rather than a common fever and no low platelet symptom either. My son, who is a doctor reviewed the report and told me it was fake,5K platelets are impossible and it's an emergency. Finally, as we suspected it was just a common fever he had it for a day and now he's fit and fine like before. Being a doctor is it fair to panic the dog owners like this??

There is no proper pricing procedure in this hospital. They are very clever in looting. The final price is at the whim of the doctor. I visited this place twice within a span of 1 week as I had gotten my Kitten spayed here. The first time, for vaccination, they charged 1000. One week later the charge became 1400 for my other kitten. On asking further, the sub doctor said that the price has increased. Before getting my cat spayed, I called up and asked the price for same. They said including blood test the price will be 5 to 6k max. They ended up charging 8.5. When I confronted, they immediately reduced the price by 1k. Also, they very cleverly do away with not giving you a proper bill. Better avoid if you have other options nearby.

My puppy had suffered from Parvo, when we arrived at Maruthi clinic , her condition was so worse we lost our hope about Her survival.. Dr Srujan started treatment and asked me to stay calm for a week, he never lose his cool when we shouted at him because of the deteriorating condition of my pet. He just told us , stay calm and allow us to treat the pet and explain about the disease process.. Now our pet has cured , having food, healthy and active.Thanks to Dr Srujan and Dr Lohith for timely intervention and gifted my family an Deepavali gift.we have three more pets ,we’ll forever thankful and we get our other pets too in the future.Thanks a lot ,Dr Srujan and Dr Lohith

I so wish there was a zero star rating... I'm so disgusted after my recent visit here... My pet had an infection in the ear, when i reached there, my pet was diagnosed my Dr.Nishanth.. when i told about his temporary deafness.. he asked me a dumb question, "how do you kno he has lost his hearing", i was dumbstruck when i heard this.. he also said it'll be difficult for him to diagnose when i said he has lost his(my pet) hearing... This is just awful.. this is not the way you treat a pet and even the owner of the pet... I don't recommend anyone to go to this clinic... And on top of this he charges crazy money to treat the pet

Myself is an doctor,about an month ago My pet Leo was suffering from breathing difficulty and got treated for kennel cough in the same clinic by some vet and no improvement noticed, when the condition got worsened we came to Maruthi at midnight 1:30, attended by Dr Srujan he did thorough examination and told he can notice cardiac murmurs upon auscultation and did necessary tests and when echo was done he was diagnosed with dilated cardiomyopathy and he stabilised him. Right now he’s on cardiac medication and he’s stable. My s 5 stars is only for Dr Srujan. Thanks to him.

This is by far the best pet clinic. The doctors here are the best and take the utmost care and are very passionate about treating and caring the pets. Irrespective of cats or dog u get the best treatment for your pet. As i myself was a pet owner i have always gone to this clinic for my Dachshund. They are not cheap and a bit expensive but better than other pet clinic or hospitals. But as this clinic is very popular around the locality taking an appointment or going early to get a token would be recommended else would have to wait for long time due to the rush.

This pet clinic is good for your pets unless it is an EMERGENCY. The staffs here are friendly and also the doctors are friendly. Hygiene vise I'll give it a 4 out of 5 The place has a token system meaning first come first serve.(NOT SURE IF YOU CAN TAKE APPOINTMENTS) There's no dedicated place for waiting inside, there are just some seats/chairs outside the clinic so there's possibility for you to stand for a long time. Waiting is the only problem, otherwise this place is good for your pets. Last thing (I don't know if this is bad) they look more for money.

Dr. Lohith is one of the best vets I have come across in Bangalore. Your pets are in good hands if it's him. He's patient enough to hear you out, and also explain back to you calmly what has to be done. His staff are also cooperative. Best part is all medication or supplements prescribed, are always available at the pet shop adjacent to the clinic. Which saves you from running pillar to post for it. I have faced this problem with the previous vet, never found the prescribed stuff in his own clinic, leave alone elsewhere.

Dr.Lohit has delivered excellent results with my pets on multiple occassions. All my dogs have responded very well to his treatment. His diagnosis is perfect. Unlike chief doctors in other clinics he is a surgeon in addition to being a physician and hence it's easier to trust his judgement about whether a surgery is required or not. He is very experienced and I highly recommend him. The clinic is well equipped with lab, xray, ultrasound, pharma facilities. The infrastructure for waiting and parking needs to be improved.

Thank you Dr. Srujan, you saved my baby's life. My 11 month old shih tzu was in a very bad state, had difficulties to poop and was vomiting continuously ! He was able to diagnose it right, it was pancreatitis and helped me stay calm and explained clearly how to take care of her. This happened last week and due to the medications and capsules he had suggested, I was able to get her back to normal. The doctor knows his job and anytime you call him, he is there to respond to it! Thank you doc, for saving her.

Dr Lohitha and his team have been our go-to vets for over 15 years now and I swear by them. They make very quick and accurate diagnoses and are always upfront about the treatment plan. The team have very gentle hands and our pets have never shown any sort of discomfort during treatment. There is ample waiting space and a well organized token system. All necessary medicines are available right there and you need not run around too much. Highly recommended for the best care for your pets.

I used to get my pet treated regularly in CUPA,but, this time he never got recovered there from fits and he’s been on medications from many days. One of my friend suggested me to contact Dr Srujan,He diagnosed that my pet had issues with heart by keeping stethoscope on his chest and told me that he’s having syncope, but not fits and asked me to get the echo done by Dr Lohith . now he’s on heart medicines and he’s doing good. I thank Dr Srujan and Dr Lohith for saving my pet.

Dr Loith is the best doctor here and even Dr.swathi rao too. Nowdays we see more apprenticeship doctors which is little carless going and The facilities here is, have x-ray and blood test which gives immediate result so that doctor can suggest proper medication. i lost my pet coz of them.. no proper treatment.. treat the pets as your child.. if anyone treats your child as u treat the pets how will u feel.. no early diagnoses n treatment.. they wil postpone to make disease worst so that they can keep on getting money won't care if your pet stay or die.. no courtesy no caring.. especially chandru doctor worst.. after everything they flip there tongue making excuses.. i haven't saw this kind of doctors.. very disappointed

Very worsted hospital I hav ever seen in my life they r fully money minded. Dr.Nishant is the worst and careless doctor I've ever seen. Doesn't know how to treat a dog. There's no quick response even if there's emergency Very rude to dog owners I don't even know why he's a doctor when he can't do his job properly Very much money minded What ever may be the problem with the dog , firstly he will suggest to do blood test and give drips for which it will cost around 2.5k to 3k Not recommended

Our kitten was attacked by stray dogs when she was 5 months old. We immediately brought her here at 11:30 pm and the doctor took very good care of her. There were 3 fractures in her hind leg & we had very little hope that she'd survive. After 5 visits and a healthy diet she didn't just survive but she was also able to regain her mobility. You don't have all the money in the world? Then don't even think of going to this hospital. They make you take multiple tests and mint money. No proper treatment will be given to your pet. They prescribe all expensive tablets, and they will keep changing the medicine everytime you go. Even if a single tablet is opened from the sheet they will not take it back even though they prescribed it just a day before.

A place where rest assured for every pet parent to feel that their pet is getting treated in a safe, good n genuine environment, with the best of veterinary Doctors. My 2 kitties recovered very well under the veterinary Doctor's treatment at Maruti pet care center. My sincere suggestion to all pet lovers, don't go running around searching for Veterinary Hospital, u can blindly go to this pet care center

I'm whole heartedly love to praise this pet center for there skill in analysing pet condition the intensity of disease and treating accordingly with best of medications.Explaing the treatment procedure in detail was exceptional. Hello friends plz don't go this clinic too high treatment price. my Dog body x ray scanning 750rs and blood testing 1500rs. totally one day treatment amount almost 10k totally not use full. my dog not good after treatment. am visiting veterinary hospital hebbal is so good and cheep price for treatment (only 50rs). is good condition now day by day.

After hopping multiple vet hospitals in bangalore we finally found Dr.Srujan Gowda at Maruti pet care .The amount of knowledge and expertise he carries is incredible. He explains the problem and solution both in detail which makes the pet owner understand and treat appropriately . He is our go to doctor for everything!! Our pet got lucky

My dog was suffering from tick fever n her condition was not good. Spoke to Dr Lohit who immediately called her to this clinic where Dr Srujan attended her. They really treated her properly that i cant be thankful enough. They were thorough in their examination and treatment. I would recommend all pet parents to consult Dr Lohitn his team

Don't consider these clinic -- they don't care about your dog's health, only care about your money. They failed to diagnose the disease at an earlier stage and did not provide proper treatment, and I lost my dog as a result.

The pet care centre has efficient doctors, good pet care is provided with a systematic approach... The care centre is located on the service road on the ring road near Malagala....which makes it easy to locate.. They have a pharmacy where we can get the medicines along with the vets care...making it easy and good for the pet owners

Recommend Dr Srujan , he’s exceptional and knowledgeable. Explains the condition of the pet in a very simple manner. He’s too passionate and never gets irritated even during midnight even though we through multiple questions., responds very quickly., management is not utilising his talent by not placing him at day hours.

This cunning lohith will definitely money minded. He just makes you to take blood test and other test for your pet and end the result is zero. 6-8k i have spent for my pet finally he was unable to resolve my pets diahorea issue. Went to other clinic with in 2 days it got sorted out. He charges depending on breed.

Been a regular visitor here since 9 years. Dr. Lohit is a best here who is an excellent vet. He makes sure your pets are greatly taken care of and treats them extraordinary! A big thank you for Dr. Lohit! In emergency situations too they make sure they are available! Maruthi pet clinic has all the facilities!

Money minded hospital, no proper treatment given to my pet even after visiting 3times. They always say to get pet everyday and charge 2k per day. Although when I visited other doc, he found out the issue and gave treatment and my pet is good now. Thank god I didn’t visit Maruthi pet clinic again!!!

Some of the worst bunch of people I've seen here. Spent 3 hours of our time and mishandled our doggo, but failed to diagnose any problem by the end. The bill came up to 7800 without even diagnosing the actual problem. :) PS: The issue was just a mouth ulcer which they did not realise.

Our PUG underwent surgery for uterine pyometritis. Dr. Shashwant Kumar diagnosed her ailment and surgery was performed by Dr. Lohitha . Dr. Patil assisted in the post surgery recovery. I thank the team for their assistance as my nine year old pug has recovered well and is cheerful!

Very good service and dedicated staff who work round the clock , they have good facility for doing scanning , X Ray , blood test and dialysis in house and you can get the result immediately.... I thank the entire team of doctors, staff who have helped us for treatment of my Pet ..

This is a pet friendly vet hospital. Staff is polite. Doctors listen and do thorough checkup. My furry kid also like the vibes. So 5 star rating. Don't see any reason for cons, but would suggest you folks to please look for rectifying any sort of negative feedback in the review.

Best care fir your loved pets they give very good treatment and the diagnosis is done very correctly. Dr. Nishanth is very very expert in treating pets. But you have to wait maybe even for 2 to 3 hours sometimes since people bring their pets from many parts of Bangalore

Good, but way too expensive, i inquired about castration procedure for my dog and they charged massive 25k excluding other blood tests required, got the procedure done for 3k at another pet clinic. I would recommend this place if money is not a constraint for you

ನಿಮಗೆ ಸಮಾಲೋಚನೆಯ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಬೇಗನೆ ಹೋಗಬೇಕು, ಸಂಜೆ 6 ಗಂಟೆಯ ನಂತರ ತುಂಬಾ ಕಾರ್ಯನಿರತ ಮತ್ತು ಉದ್ವಿಗ್ನವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಮತ್ತು ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಾಕುಪ್ರಾಣಿಗಳ ಸರದಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಸಮಯ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಬೆಳಿಗ್ಗೆ 8 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ತೆರೆಯುತ್ತದೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಾತ್ರಿ 11 ಗಂಟೆಗೆ ಮುಚ್ಚುತ್ತದೆ.

The only challenging part here is the crowd. The place will be always be crowded. You gotta wait minimum for an hour or two for the consultation. But it comes with the quality of the treatment. Since it's good we have to go through this, haha.

Most genuine vets and do their work selflessly.. I visited at 3am in the night with a kitten and they tried and put their maximum efforts to save her.. one of the best clinic I have ever visited.. pets are lucky if they visit this clinic..

Amazing doctors here and I was taking my dog for hip displacement surgery and it was an amazing success. Everybody here is experienced and does their service so well and well. They all love dogs alot. 10/10 with the experience.

Dr Lohith is experienced and well mannered doctor. Gives ample time to check the pets. They have inhouse x ray and scan facility which is good. They also have boarding facility. Waiting time sometimes is a bit more

Very poorly managed staff.I waited for 2 hours and returned without any treatment to my pet, this happened inspite of informing the staff and the doctor that my pet is choking. They need better management.

The place is amazing . My 2 year old beagle pup had been infected with redness around the nozzle . The doctors diagnosed it quickly and with early and effective treatment provided ,he quickly recovered .

Good team... everyone knows what they doing.. I've been going here for 4 years for all my dog's medical needs... One negative i can say which can be changed is cleanliness. Other than that I'd recommend.

Unfortunately, I have to give a single star if not I would have given negative stars. This clinic name should be changed to money pet care. They want money and nothing more. No proper billing system.

Very good pet hospital they have 24 hrs emergency services. The doctors and staff very helpful and kind . Can't thank them enough for diagnosing in time and starting treatment on time .

Dr srujan was amazing and treated my pet with what was necessary and didn't overly give medication. He was also very patient in conveying the process and post care after the treatment.

Even though it was an emergency case they asked us to wait for 2 hours the puppy was bleeding but they didn’t care about it and handed us some cotton and told to us to wait

The equipments here are good and I was able to get my pet diagnosed well. The Doctor was very courteous and very informative. Overall a good place to get the pets checked.
