Regret to buy clothing from this place online. Spent $100 for two tops. It is very bad quality compare to price. Emailed them I would like to refund and they won’t refund for it. So I emailed them the quality is bad and different from the photos. They ignored my email. Looks good on instagram photos but very poor material once you actually received it. I get upset every time I see these cloths that I purchased ****NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE****

The beautiful staff went above and beyond on New Years Day to help me find a dress that was discontinued. The service was AMAZING, they called all the other stores in Queensland and held the last dress in my size until I was free to pick it up. Seriously made the start to this year so positive I can't thank you enough!

Every time I walk into this store there is an abundant amount of beautiful, new styles with affordable price tags. Not only does the quality of clothes exceed my expectations but the staff are always there to provide the finest customer service. I will definitely be back again soon!

The 2 girls working at charcoal chermside Sunday 27th November around 2:30-3pm. They had amazing customer service. As a girl who goes into boutiques often, sometimes it can be quite intimidating for no reason. But they were amazing all around. Give them a raise.

Terrible quality of clothes, I bought a shirt and shorts and the color of it transferred onto my handbag and white crop top which were ruined and not replaced by them, I did receive a refund for the shirt and shorts but the quality is worse then kmart!

quite unhappy, for a $70 dress i would expect it to be lined. It’s very see through and one of the sleeves is broken and the elastic is weak and won’t stay up on one shoulder :( it’s such a pretty dress but badly made and not worth the price

Cheap clothes Both in price and usually quality, staff do sometimes ignore you, but they seem to always have huge piles of stuff to steam when I go in there so fair, music is far too loud can hear it from next door :/

Shopped here a few times passing by and it has always been a good experience. Staff are bubbly and always happy to help in whatever way possible. Clothes are affordable and I have never walked out empty handed.

So affordable and such amazing quality clothes, my whole wardrobe is filled with Charocal clothing. The customer service was outstanding and I felt very welcome and comfortable entering the store.
