Extremely disappointed! I have eaten at this restaurant before and was happy with the food and service. However I made an order online and was given substandard food and service. Firstly the food was cold, which was something I was not going to complain about. But they made a mistake with the order and then refused to acknowledge it, continuing to insist to me I had made a mistake. I double checked me order before I sent it and I know what I ordered. The mobile site for placing an order requires you to do three mouse clicks to input an order, you have to choose a drop down to confirm which meat you would like to pick for that specific dish and then add it to the cart. I chose beef pad Kee Mao. They gave me vegetarian fried rice. These items do not sit near each other on the form and I would have had to have clicked 6 times incorrectly to have made that mistake with the order. I have never ordered a vegetarian fried rice so this is not as a result of an old order remaining. I also double checked that my order had been correctly added to the cart before I ordered it. They would not accept what I was saying unless I had a screenshot of the order when I submit it. Then when I reported that the steamed rice was gluggy, they assumed I was just being difficult because I had made the other complaint about the other dish. They told me that there is no problem with the rice and will not do anything about it. They said it was me who had the issue. Photo of the gluggy rice to highlight this. Very frustrating as we have spent over $50 on an order that we cannot eat. I would have not left a bad review had they been polite and handled this better. But unfortunately I have walked away from this experience with an empty stomach, $50 down and a bad taste in my mouth.

Small (but very busy) Thai restaurant near Wahroonga station. Went with family on Friday evening around 6:30pm and tables quickly started filling up so best to make a reservation. The food is nice with the pork belly noodles and soft shell crab being the stand outs (would highly recommend trying these dishes). Unfortunately the service can be hit and miss... a majority of the servers are very polite and courteous but then the occasional server is curt and will disturb your meal and request your group to move so they can fit more people into the restaurant (this happened to us and mind you we had booked a table for our group).. Great addition to the restaurant scene if you're a local in the area.

Ordered a take away from this place. Vegan pad thai and chicken pad se ew. Pad se ew was good however the pad thai was just plain bad. To make it vegan they did not add anything. There was no flavor what so ever. It was veggies sauted with noodles and that was it. When called to inform, I was told since it's vegan, that's how it tastes (as if I am having vegan first time) or I can add on some chillies etc to add in some taste. Would not recommend at any cost. This tells alot about the food and the service.

Ordered 4 dishes - Tom Kha, crab roll, duck curry and som something beef. Duck curry was definitely the best dish 5/5. The rest were pretty so so. Unfortunately the beef was rather expensive but wasn't memorable at all. Hubs found tom kha rather tasteless too. And crab roll was nice, but didn't have much crab taste. Nonetheless, service was good and restaurant was quite pretty. Unfortunately, we prolly won't wait 20 mins again (restaurant was full) to eat here.

We ordered Thai fried rice and Pad se ew. We waited nearly one hour and delivered food smelt burnt and taste burnt. Especially Thai fried rice was only burnt taste NO OTHER TASTE AT ALL EVEN SALT. Actually this happened few times before. Taste was disgusting to eat. We called them and they sent new one but we needed to wait another an hour so totally lost appetite. Extremely disappointed and never order again from this restaurant anymore.

My partner has already posted photos of the chicken skewers we received. Never in my life have I ever been served a chicken skewer that small. It was literally 1 bite & done. I understand the cost of living & food cost increases, but the portion size was just plain rude. Green curry with tofu had a total of 3 pieces of tofu cut in half, making it 6. The pad thai with crispy pork was really good. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Delicious food,serve size is good and prompt service. Me and my husband ordered curry puff, Pad keemao and rice with creamy chilli basil. Everything was good. Suggest for thai food in Hornsby shire. My rating for this restaurant is 4* bcz at the end i ask him for takeaway container bcz i left my food and don't want to throw or waste it. But when my husband go for pay the bill the lady who's give him total she deduct the price for takeaway box that was not fair nobody did this, that was very such a bad thing she did it.

The food was good. The staff were friendly. I think is an ok place for a quick meal with the family. I think whoever is running the place needs to pay more attention to simple things like not having chipped plates given to patrons. We had out of 6 plates 4 were chipped! The food came quick enough which is great when you have little kids hungry. The noodles were a little over cooked but the bbq chicken and the stir fried beef were nice.

What a little gem of a find this was. We drove 45 mins to this restaurant because we were going out with someone local to it and will do the drive again without hesitation. The staff are friendly and accommodating and the food was 10/10. I cannot fault this place.

Food is good, but delivery times are dreadful. Ordering through Menulog provides estimated delivery times of 45 mins and when you post it updates for almost 2 hours. This is disceptive and lacks integrity when this happens (it happens regularly). Either fix delivery estimates or don’t offer home delivery. More

Easy Thai dining in a quaint setting with very generous portions. I thought the massaman duck was really delicious. The service was friendly and quick. Fairly busy on a Saturday evening.
