So I personally live here and since management went to Olivia it’s been nothing but a nightmare. She doesn’t know how to do her job been asking receipts for stuff and she decided to block me off her phone which is unprofessional because she is suppose to be management and been asking her why I m getting a notice of me owing 600 when the month of November hasn’t ended and if she wouldn’t of blocked me she would know my payments happen on the 1st and 15 Th of each month ‍♀️ Poor job done I d say

Clean and quiet. If you're visiting, be sure to use Google Maps because otherwise you're guaranteed to get lost. Next to the railroad, I can't say that the noise won't drive you crazy but it was quiet during my visit and I'm pretty sure that rail companies go through the city as seldom as possible during the night. As I'm not moving in there, I was only stopping in, I couldn't say but would love someone to confirm or deny

Rates are great. Park is clean and most lots are very well kept. Been here for 10 years. The park is super quiet and safe. I only give the park 4 stars though because the previous Park Manager and the current Park Manager were both usually rude and disrespectful. There isn’t a community association and there are hardly any community events. The ones that do happen are always poorly advertised.

Considering that the park fees are kept low and they have a public pool and community centre this is a park that many of my clients have enjoyed thoroughly. The park keeps the rules simple and consistently enforces the rules evenly and fairly. The homes are generally new and kept in good repair. Being located to a lot of shopping and the Ring Road makes for a convenient location.

Had a home there for 5 years. Definitely not a trailer trash type of place. Everything you need is close. From food to clothes to things for your pets its all there. Restaurant hair cutting banking movie theaters soon. Bottle depot soon i believe. Walmart and costco are the mains.

We bought our home in 2013 and we love living here in Chateau. It’s a quiet and peaceful community that is well-kept and the pad fees are very reasonable! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend living here to anyone.

Beautiful place, except when we were driving in, going less then 20, and a kid on a bike just shot off the path between two homes and onto the road. Kids need to be taught proper safety in these places.

Nice clean mobile home park, great community hall, pool table, hot tub, neighbors are the best! Only downside is access by transit/bus is a 2/5 only comes a few times a day. …

Lots of mobile homes. A little trashy in places. Being living quarters are close there should be some sort of bylaw for what can be visible in your yard.

Quaint little community on the outskirts of Calgary. Wonderful little church with incredibly powerful preachers and close family feel.

Right size for dinner and a dance. Noteworthy is how clean the facility was. Very well maintained.

Great community. Good layout. Safe. Clean. Handy to highways. No neighbouring communities. Quiet.

My friend lives here everytime I drive in it looks clean kids may be on the road so drive slow

I did the 2018 house-to-house census in this community. The people are warm and friendly.

Everything is great except for all the broken down vehicles taking up visitor parking
