For one the lot that they are renting out is an absolute mess I don’t know how they let people turn a not into a junk yard like that it’s disgusting secondly they make you get a police record check without even being able to garantee that we would get the lot so spent 120$ on that when we could have used that to buy important stuff for our infant all for them to dossapove us cause of a low credit score… All though most of the people in that trailer park probably have worse credit and aren’t even remotely put together people waste of my time waste of my money I’m not happy

I live in a cute brand new home in this park. I can’t say enough about the park manager and the gentleman who does repairs. My pipes froze due to negligence of the people who insulated the underbelly of my home, and they were there in record time to help me. This little park is such a tight knit community and I love it …

Great place cheap rent keep very clean great place to make friends and have fun either bbqing or playing street hockey plus the older people that live there are awesome people they don't wine they bring us out drinks and cut rite is just up the street and the other way you can get to all other emdintis

I don't live here, but, I've visited a few times. Every visit, I lost count of how many drivers going by that smiled and waved to the people I was with. Then let's talk about the people who stopped and talked. This place feels like its own little town and is a great community.

Real sick of the noise, BS and park politics. If you aren't favorited around here. Don't expect to stay long. Too many derelict trailers. And especially the one in our green area under construction. That one is constant noise during most hours of the day for months now

A little on the trailer trash theme to me. Looks like a strong wind would blow everything down. Sit so close together a fire might ignite the whole place. But looks can be deceiving.

I can't really say that I don't really like it when I live here lol there's few things about this place that isn't the greatest so I put a four star rating

It's a trailer park. Many retired or low income people live here. For the most part they are welcoming and friendly folks.

Went there to assist in lost/stolen dog recovery. Would make Trailer Park Boys look like Beverly Hills.

If you want to buy a home here becareful bc alot of the homes here have issues
