This is a newly opened Chatters location inside the fairview mall closer to the subway station in the ground floor. Such a great store to shop Hair care stuff. So many choices. They have organic, vegan and paraben free products etc. The store manager Aurora is very helpful. The back part is the salon area. Very cozy and modern.

I went there for a haircut and balayage treatment. Hosna did an excellent job. She is super nice. Her service quality is impeccable. The receptionist offered me a drink while I was waiting. The ambiance is nice. They are respectful of my hijab and put a divider around me to make me comfortable. I highly recommend this salon.

Hosna was awesome, very professional and I felt confident in her abilities to freshen up my style. I’m super happy with my cut and colour. I love getting my hair done at chatters because high quality products are used and product recommendations are made for my hair type. Will be happy to return to this location.

Went to get a bang trim done, I was a walk-in but was seen immediately which was convenient. The salon is clean and bright. The staff are very friendly and polite. The person who cut my hair was very professional and asked excalty what I wanted. I would highly recommend this salon, I will be back again!

Worst service providers. They charged triple the actual amount just to get eyebrows, and upper lip done. Ashamed and they do not even know how to do things correctly. Market price is 20-22$ for eyebrow wax
