MediRite Pharmacy staff super unfriendly. The assistant to the pharmacist has the most rotten attitude I’ve ever seen. I tried returning an item, it seemed the minute I mentioned “return” she got super annoyed. She then went to the pharmacist to tell her it was my fault and not hers for buying the wrong item and the two of them continued to talk smack about me while serving another customer loud enough for me to hear their conversation. She was so inconsiderate, her attitude was just super bad. If people don’t want to be of service to a customer why are they placed in a customer serving environment?

Unfortunately I've only ever had bad experiences with this Checkers. Their kiosks at the back are hardly ever staffed and when someone is there they are rude and uninformed. It shouldn't take 30+ minutes to get a simple drink & donut special when the shop isn't even busy. When the special was rung up they also charged me for each item instead and I was told it will take too long for someone to come and fix her mistake. Well okay then! Would rather go to a clean Checkers that gives a hoot about their customers as this is only ONE of the many upsets I've experienced there.

To be perfectly honest, our main reason for using Checkers Liquor Store, is because it is conveniently close to home. However our one has recently been revamped. It has a pretty good variety of stock and the prices are quite competitive. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is ample parking and easy access. Best time to visit this store would be before 5pm as I am sure this applies to most liquor stores these days.

Running over broken glass is less painful than going here. Nothing changed with the poor level of service here. Giving up complaining to their head office a decade ago as nothing has changed. Only go in when last option which is usually the chemist, the only good thing about this s store. At least they have good service staff. The Pick n Pay across the road is an example of good service that this store can learn from.

What useless service I orded 60 min and they charged me for product but never received it spoke to store manager and she clearly does not know what she is doing she just transferred me to even a more useless person I got told it was out of stoke but got charged for it the most useless people I have come across it like the store is runned by children

I brought in some empties today (quarts). Can someone please explain to me why I need to fill in a form in a book where I need to complete my name, address, telephone number and then sign it? This is a total waste of time and major inconvenience for a client and everyone who was waiting in the long queue. I have never heard of this before.

Like others, I experienced their staff as quite unfriendly / incompetent. One member tried but couldn't operate the scale. Another frustration is that many items don't have prices below them. That being said, the store is clean, priced on par and open till 9pm, which is the reason I'll continue going.

Once again the worst ecperience ever! The problem with this store is not the product, the stock, the cleanliness...but the staff!!! No professionalism, outright rude...that you cant help wonder if its a racist thing. So over this store!!! The attitude to work is a joje! Where is floor management???

Nice selection and the staff are usually very good. I have had a few negative experiences with nonresponsive staff but maybe they were just having a bad day. The aisles are a bit tight though. So be careful not to knock anything off the shelves.

I don't consume alcohol, but I can say that the staff is friendly, they do sell airtime and the shop is neat and tidy. Bottles of problems, all aligned with military precision. Cheers to the staff member in charge of stock presentation.

Decent enough selection and stocked reasonably well. Staff should be more mindful of customer service. Management should be more mindful of long queues at tills, and vagrants in the parking lot. Ive started to avoid shopping here

Staff knowledge poor, prices tags are always missing, manager is always in a panic, the shop is always in a mess, you have to watch for boxes and crates in the isles, there are always queues at the tills and the staff don't care.

Please change your opening times on the internet! Have been standing in front of your store for 30min with other customers too as your opening time clearly says 8:00 on the internet! It is now 8:30 but still closed!

Money Market staff, need more training on how to speak and deal with thier clients and potential clients. I was treated unfairly and non-present. When being spoken to by staff as well as manager.

Absolute goldmine and generally well managed. I just wish they would have more stock seeing as they are always busy and run out of stock regularly. Good fresh food aswell, not bad …

Location is key in Business. The Checker Centre is at the bottom of Somerset West Main Road almost out of town, so the convenience it creates to total shopper experience is amazing

Revamped, love our checkers. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Shop is super clean and neat. The revamp was done was care and attention to detail. Products always fresh

Terrible service, waited 20 mins in kiosk que & another 10 minutes for they didnt have the item I wanted on the shelf, plus the manager was too busy for me to go & see.

I was here with my friend and he forgot his phone at the till-point. The cashiers kept it for us and we found it the following day.

Been here many time. And always buy what I needed here. Especially Pizza delicious and tasty
