Management is good. The security personnel don't like it when it I use my own bag/s to put items in my bags instead of a shopping basket. They politely follow me around and back off when they see me stand in the queue to pay. I guess that's what they are there for instead of just securing the exit and watching to prevent an escape. Not all of us wish to use the baskets and trollies in these uncertain times

I just want to thank Roy for scourcing the gluten free beer for me that I asked him about and true to his word he called a couple of days later to say the beers had arrived. We were away and could only pop in yesterday and there they were all cold and waiting. Very impressed that Roy went to such trouble.

They have some problems with their fresh produce, particularly their veg section. Their management of their meat department has gone down in my opinion. Quite a variety of various products, but a bit stayed in their ability to change, and to revert to better suppliers.

There are lollypops all along the queueing line. Two toddlers we're crying because they couldn't have one. When you get to the till, there are more lollypops. This tactic to sell more is immoral. It makes shopping with a child even more stressful than it needs to be.

This TOPS store is very close to where I live and has a wide selection of alcohols. In particular they have a great selection of Gin both International and Local. I personally prefer the local Craft Gins as they reflect the aromas of the plants and sea of the Cape.

Spar Rosemead has fresh vegetables they last almost two weeks in the fridge i buy my vegetables here and I have never thrown away any of them They are fresh and they test nice This is a place to shop your groceries. Try it

One of those establishment's that retain a vestige of apartheid era thinking including a white, male manager and a mindset that believes that every single person of colour who steps in the store is a potential shoplifter!

Wide range of everything you might need, friendly staff always willing to help and a welcoming atmosphere. Great specials, and a fantastic beer selection kept beautifully chilled in a wonderful walking fridge.

A good variety of chilled beers, white and rose wines kept in their very large walk in fridge. Plus a good variety of spirits and red wines. From bottom end to top end choices. Parking is easy and convenient.

Variety. Fast cashier queue. Only wish the hot food counter could start cooking vegetables in a more palatable manner (with different veggies) and more vegetarian options like wraps and tortillas.

Sufficient parking. Friendly and professional staff. Situated in a safe environment. Good prices on many items too. Has one of the best boerewors stands on the outside, opposite the parking area.

Use to be the place to shop with great service from the staff now after been going there for the last 10 years ..it saddens me to say this but ill rather find another shop to do my shopping

It's spacious & has lots to offer. I know a few people that have gotten pick pocketed by other "customers" in this store. So keep valuables close. But it has easy to find groceries

This a very convenient bottle store with a good selection to satisfy most tastes. There is a reasonable range of craft beers as well as the normal choices of alcoholic beverages.

Only visit for special occasions, it has a wide variety of beverages which is wonderful and its always clean and neat. Helpful and friendly staff makes the shopping easier.

Jorge, the Manager/Owner runs a tight ship at TOPS and his employees are top notch with their service and friendliness. I love the experience of shopping at TOPS.

It's a cool place very clear the only problem is the manager called Joe his not helpful and treats people like everyone is there to still beer not good at all.
