Ordered milkshake. Sorry no stock. Ordered iced coffee. Sorry no stock. Asked the very friendly barman who was working behind the bar and apparently had to waiter as well if all food is available, which he confirmed. So we just ordered orange juices and checked the menu. Burgers looked nice so after a while another person came and ask what we want to eat. While im speaking to him he bluntly turns around and walks away. Im sitting there dumbstruck. He comes back with a piece of till slip and says I must write what i want. So we ordered cheese burgers. Guess what? Out of stock. No patties. We stood up payed for the orange juice and just left. Wont see me again.

This is a great place to have some fresh wood-prepared food. Decent variety of beverages but 3 stars is to the bar section where it lakes a professional barman. There is room for improvement but for now, I would advise you to visit only if you have the patience. the place will be less than 50% full but it will take you at least 30 to 40mins to order your next drink and I know you agree that after a few shots of tequila you might lose your cool

My honest opinion. Good, but slow pizza. Nice specials. Nice little back yard to sit with the kids while waiting. Restaurant area was very dark and dingy looking (and smelly) the past 3 times I have been there. Pizza chef should be wearing a hair net and gloves!! Can definitely step it up at little to no cost to the owners. The John and Robert are my fav pizzas made at Chellos if you are looking for suggestions

Nice pizza, just bad that although we've requested them several times to turn down the music at the table we were seated at, which were quite remote from the bar area as we were a family trying to have a cinversation, our requests fell in deaf ears.

They don't offer any specific activities for kids, neither any designated play area, but the kids didn't feel unwelcome.

We ordered online and we got there expecting our pizzas to be done, but then they said there was the wrong menu on the website and we had to change our order and wait for an HOUR for our pizzzas to be done. We came back and got our pizzas and when we got back home it turns out they messed up our vegetarian order and put bacon on it!!! Also, they were not wearing masks inside as if covid has disappeared. I'm very disappointed

The staff are very friendly, and if they make a mistake, they quickly remedy it. Again, however, you only see "black" and "white" staff, and they seem to be divided into historically apartheid roles! Where are the KhoiSan, so-called "coloured" STAFF? The music is good, but needs a bit of variety. The pizza are good. Pricing is fair, but could be better .

Friday night 08.04.2022 between 7pm and 8pm my drink was spiked with a roofie. If it had not been for my boyfriend being there then i dont want to think about what could have happened. I had one drink, just one drink.... Ladies please be careful. Nice bar, good vibe, good food... but ill never be going back. Ladies ill say it again....please be careful.

In all fairness, the pizzas here are divine. Truly a order-in via Mr Delivery delight. I then decided to visit the establishment. And I'm afraid to say it felt like a run down bar, mostly empty with a few patrons hanging on the bar itself. Don't think I'd go there again, but definitely order pizza, it's my go to pizza place for Mr delivery

We had to stop for a quick lunch and the pizza and nachos were great. Well priced and very friendly waiter. I don't know what evenings or busy hours are like as we visited at 13.00 on a Friday and had awesome food and drinks. Thank you much

Great atmosphere. The only thing is that if you don't smoke this is not the place for you. The pizza is good. Nice taste. Value for money. There's always people there. The bar lady knows what she is doing. I feel that more air conditioning must be put in the place.

What a joke! Order the Nacho's and i was not impressed! One tea spoon of mince and the rest is burned to a crisp. Check the food orders that is going out for delivery, otherwise get off Mr Delivery and any other Delivery services you might be on!

Generous toppings on pizzas with a good selection. Nachos look amazing coming out of the pizza oven.

The owner including some staff members do have an attitude and are very arrogant. Dont work in the intrest of regular guests. I rate the hospitality a minus 10. Wont recommended the place to anyone.

I personally think Chello's is a 8/10. Given the experience of hospitality and the current situation of covid right now. I honestly think Chello's is the best bar/social and food gathering place ❤️

I like the vibe, awesome bar staff, pity they change so often, but a vibey place to enjoy yourself, meet new people and just chill, my girlfriends and I go there quite often, just to enjoy a drink.

Noisy and dirty. If you enjoy a grubby pub then this is the place for you. Understaffed and loud. You wait far too long to get served. No ice and no clean glasses.... won't be going back here.

Good spot for cheap drinks late night. JUST DONT ORDER THE PIZZAS. WORST I HAVE EVER HAD. DRY TASTELESS, HARDLY ANY TOPPINGS. Management has a bad attitude when you lodge a valid complaint.

Music was great. Food was not up to standard as there wasn't incredient to prepare what was orders. Manager did a great job to try and solve issues. Would visit again. More
