"Very convenient but the car park is a joke"
"I am sorry but can some idiot please fix your electronic signage? I mean it this morning (4/3/20) the sign outside indicating the number of free spots said 26"
"Metro line itself is great but there are some fundamental supporting infrastructure structures issues that should have been foreseen"
"Stylish new Metro Station at Cherrybrook has good carpark and bus connections"
"Loses 1 star because clearly needs more parking"
Very convenient but the car park is a joke. Always full. Time to run mini buses as a shuttle service from Cherrybrook Shopping village and nearby points. Avoid running large buses and keep the shuttle buses frequent and on constant loops. you will find that those needing car park slots will diminish. Will keep cars off the road too.
I am sorry but can some idiot please fix your electronic signage? I mean it this morning (4/3/20) the sign outside indicating the number of free spots said 26. Went inside and the first floor: full (excluding disabled and reserved spots).
Metro line itself is great but there are some fundamental supporting infrastructure structures issues that should have been foreseen. 1. Car parking at all stations is laughably tiny, the Hills area is enormous and most people do not have
Stylish new Metro Station at Cherrybrook has good carpark and bus connections. Platform doesn't have an escalator but it has two lifts so may cause a wait in peak hours. Driverless Metro trains come every few minutes but air con is a bit
Loses 1 star because clearly needs more parking. However I am always there in time to get one and would prefer to go early to leave early from work. If my situation was different i'd be annoyed. Outside of that a 2nd star lost because of
Sorry to say as a local I drove to the station yesterday to get the Metro to the city and couldn’t get parking. The parking indicator said there were 12 spaces available which wasn’t the case. Very frustrated so I drove to Cheltenham and
Finding parking here is atrocious! A great example of the poor planning by our government. Cherrybrook is the closest metro station for a lot of suburbs extending to Kenthurst, yet there's provision for about 400 parking spaces. How
Great station. Clean toilets, very quiet (cannot hear any traffic) not too busy, easy to navigate and there is plenty of signage and directions. The whole place is clean and new and is easy to access by bus and car. The metro comes
There are no bus stand numbers/letters (stand A, B, C, etc.) So it's quite confusing if you've never been there before and don't know which side to stand for your bus. Everywhere else has stand numbers, why not here?
The metro never runs on time. Either it's early and I miss it, or its late and I miss my change over. How it is so difficult to make a consistent and reliable mode of public transportation. Disappointing.
People parking in the ramps causes big problems exiting each afternoon. Very frustrating trying to negotiate the ramps down when people are trying to come up. There should be no parking in the ramps.
Great addition to CherryBrook but it's a failure for peak hours if you drive to station as car park will be full from ~ 7:15AM! Need more car park for sure but other than that it's all good.
Carpark full before 7:30am everyday. Direct bus routes to Macquarie University removed, forcing you to use a train station you can't park at. Formal complaints ignored.
New built metro station connects the northwestern suburbs to ths inner city, with a huge multiple storey car park. It's so convinient for the local community.
Great new station. Car park too small. If you have to park away from the station then it’s a long walk so allow plenty of time. Station is nice and modern.
The parking signage indicated 45 spots available, wasted ten minutes searching... all LED signage misleads.. no spots available... 12 .15 pm tuesday jan 7.
the carpark has like...2 staff reserved carparks and about 7-10 disabled spots. so why the hell does the sign in front say it has 40 available spots?
Great station, really clean usually and the cleaner usually gives me a smile as well, though I always catch the bus as parking is always full lol
It should be renamed 'West Pennant Hills Station'. But I suppose that would confuse people with Pennant Hills on the Northern Line.
Well designed and flashy train station with a severe lack of parking spaces. Get here before 8am unless you’re keen on walking
Other than there being WAY too few parking spots at this metro station, it is a very neat and well thought through place.
Cherrybrook metro station is located in a beautiful location. There is a cafe which opens only in the morning.
The place looks very beautiful and the design is top notch! Must say this is way more better than Victoria’s.
Greeted by Winnie Cheng, she was enthusiastic about us arriving at cheerybrooke station.
Stylish and convenient, but the power line next to the metro sits very high and ugly.....
Not enough services during non peak times the wait is too long.
Parking available, but there are no escalators
A great metro but it is missing something
Great station New and modern
