I visited this house in March of 17. I am a firefighter from central Fl. I stopped by to simply take pictures of their rigs and admire the departments history. The last thing that I expected was to be offered lunch and a 4 hour tour along with a great discussion of different departmental policies as well as fire tactics. The crew from that day is by far the friendliest and most welcoming group I have ever met. I have visited departments all across the country. Big and small. These guys show true brotherhood.

They immediately called it in and sent someone over with some gear to test and ensure it was ok. Thanks for keeping us all safe!

I was taking a picture of the station from the opposite side of the street and the captain yelled for me to come in and check the place out. Beautiful old house and was given great FD history!

if you have a dog you must walk by during the summer for dog treat nice drink of cold water and friendly conversation with local heroes
