Horrible Service - this particular branch is unable to separate Spicy chicken from Regular chicken. I had to make a big fuss today in person for them to do so. I have had similar experiences when I order meals online. I shall therefore not be purchasing my family - meals from this particular branch.

Worst service ever... was paying for my food using my Visa Card. The cashier says they didn't receive the money even after I showed them my bank statement. They completely refused to call their bank to confirm receipt. Worst service ever! I'd never recommend...Served by Jacqueline ...horrible …

It's just next to the cinema on first floor. I had mixed my order with Chicken inn TRM Mall,but the lady who noted this was kind enough to wait for me to pick up my order.Packing is eco-friendly . Only the coleslaw was packed in plastic . Overall experience 4/5 Zaidi
