Food is good but they've the worst customer service. Placed an order with them at 11am and was told it would be ready in an hour 2 hours later no communication on delivery until I called them. Had a bit of delay 1hour to be precise and back forth due to challenges getting a rider then finally I thought they had gotten a rider whom I gave direction to but an hour later my food was yet to be delivered so decided to call and find out what the issue is only to be told that they haven't found a rider yet... this is something they would have easily communicated or let me know to enable me make arrangements to either collect the food or get someone to deliver. Long story short I ended up cancelling the order after waiting for 4hrs 30min. Was a customer but after this experience never buying from them since my small money was not good enough for them.

If there is a place that gives value for money, it’s Marita’s Bhajia as well Dial-A-Koroga. The food is well prepared and the portions are generous. Whether you want to eat in or have it delivered it will be the same quality and portions. The bhajias (sold in KGs) are a favourite as well as the chicken that comes in a variety of flavours. The staff were very friendly and they brought the order in no time. There is parking at the basement within the building should you wish to drive here.

Bhajia's crispy goodness and Japanese teriyaki glazed chicken wings were absolute flavor fireworks! The Bhajia had the perfect crunch, while the wings were practically finger-licking good. The experience left me craving for more

Terrible terrible terrible. Ordered food via Uber eats and guess what? It didn’t arrive. I called multiple times and no answer. I understand being busy but just not to bother. First experience of ubereats in Nairobi and Kenya and all I can say it’s not great. Don’t bother ordering if you’re hungry. You’ll just get angry and hungry waiting!!!

It’s spacious with great lighting. The bhajias are delicious and served generously. A plate of bhajias costs about Kshs. 250 and for Kshs. 50 more you can get bhajias with about 3 wings of chicken. I liked the different flavors of chicken that are served here, anything spicy flavor is a great choice. They always provide dips with their orders. Servers are helpful especially with new comers to the placead are quick to recommend their most popular orders.

They are very inconsistent in their measures of food.. one day you order something or comes in a large quantity the next time you order it ... it comes half of that... They are also very very slow .. And I would advise it's better for one to order for delivery than to visit the place ... otherwise the bhajias are okay though inconsistent.. sometimes too good ..sometimes average

I placed an order for the full chicken combo on Uber eats. According to the menu, this combo includes Full chicken,Bhajia,Wings & a soda. When the order arrived, there were no wings included inspite of the menu indicating that wings are included. i call them and they say its a mistake on the menu. This is misrepresenting, i feel cheated!! Never ordering from this place again.

These bhajias remind you of glorious days gone by! You can taste the love and care that went into their making which makes them a long overdue relief from the turmeric potatoes mess most fast food joints pass off as bhajia. The rest eg burgers, wings etc are a hit or miss affair ie some days they get the recipe down perfect and others not so much (too saucy/spicy/dry etc)

Loved my Bhajias, and the kuku was well grilled You guys are thee bhajia gurus in town. However, I feel like you could do something about the portions, especially on the deliveries. I and my colleague hatuku shiba and also do something about the packaging as well, you can always make it much more enticing!

No one tried contacting me nothing ..anyways I don’t believe they were truly open now looking at reviews ..do not order on Uber eats !!

Possibly the best bhajias in town..... and generous portions too! For best bargains go in larger groups as they have special packages depending on the size of people and food preferences. Their chicken is also amazing. PS: They also have a chilli sauce made of blended chillies, tomatoes and other good stuff that goes very well with the bhajias

The bhajias was delicious plus the source no forgetting the service it was awesome I'll recommend it to someone who wants to eat tasty bhajias

Some of the best Bhajias in Nairobi. The quantity, quality and price are all great. Plus their various chicken dishes are amazing. Perfect for a date, group meal or family meal. Best advice is to order less plates of Bhajia than the number of people having the meal. Yes, the quantity is that good.

They false advertise on UberEATS and deliver what was not ordered. A total waste of money.

Bhajia Quarter Grilled Chicken

Ordered through UberEats. Rider claims they delivered at the gate, though we never got a call. The restaurant insists on defending the rider instead of finding a solution. The owner refuses to even give us the number of the rider. Terrible service! Very disappointing.

I had the bhajia and chicken, and they both tasted great! They serve big portions that threaten the waistline, and at an affordable rate. Takeaway is the option most followed (or delivery at a cost), but if you decide to eat there there's a food court available.

The bhajias are fresh and hot, service is quick and the spicy salsa just adds a kick to the bhajia. The chicken is tasty and generously spiced. The portion size is good, you can share a plate. Just wish the bhajia had more spice and herbs; dhania.

First time trying their Bhajia & Chicken. I was disappointed to say the least....the bhajia was okay, the chicken was hard and really dry...felt like i was chewing on a cardboard...:-(

Ordered takeaway food on a Friday at 11.30am, took around 15 minutes although was promised my order will be ready within 5minutes. The chicken is well done, with a distinctive taste. The portions are good and two people can eat to their fill.

I discovered it off Facebook about 2 years now and I'm still a fan. Their bhajias give the original Maru bhajias a run for their money. Their chicken wings too irrespective of style are finger licking. Good job.
