Felt like a guest in someone’s home. They anticipated our needs and asked all the right questions about how we would like our meals. Best service I have ever had and we are frequent cafe people. You just have to try out this awesome little place!!

Just had a lovely lunch at Chives in Sandringham. Cannot fault it. Great meal, great service and fantastic corner spot. Do yourself a favor if you’re in the area.

Wonderful cafe! The food is truely enjoyable and the atmosphere is extremely welcoming. The music is perfect and matches the vibe of the place beautifully. We stopped here for lunch and food was excellent - loved the iced coffee. The service from the staff was second to none, even after our toddler spilled juice and water all over the table. Lovely homely and casual vibe to the place. I'd go out of my way to come back to visit next time I'm in Melbourne again.

It's places like these, where the staff will great everyone with the warmest of smiles and make you feel welcome and you can see they value their customers and treat them like family, that make you want to come back! If not for the delicious food but for the warm and friendly vibes!

Beautiful old school cosy little cafe run by mum and pop. Fast and friendly service coupled with delicious foods that are affordable. Great combination.

Great service local hero. I was thinking after drop my son off school what can i do for hour and a half till appointment with hospital 10:30am, where would I go for breakfast but as I pull in to car park it's just right in the corner, how convenience!!!!

Great for a morning coffee, with nice atmosphere. Have had very nice fresh sandwiches made especially for us to take away.

We made a quick stop for coffee and was meet with friendly owners and quick service. But it was early in the morning. However even if it was busy I think they would of been all over the service thing.

Nice place good food I gave it a two as the man yelling out mum and the order to her at her was awful .. To see this very mature woman working so hard being screammed orders was very disrupting ..

The lady there was absolutely beautiful. Was very patient with me as i had no voice to order properly. The hot chocolate and food i had was great. I would highly reccomend this cafe

I've only been in a few times, but haven't been disappointed yet.Their foccacia's are fresh, coffee rich and creamy and staff are friendly... what more could you ask for?

This cafe is a super friendly, with great food and awesome music. I especially love the focaccia, they were delicious. Everyone there was very friendly and funny.

Very unusual, but laid back and great place for a catchup coffee or wine. Extremely good and friendly service. The quiche looked fabulous. Must try next time. Xx

If you're a vegetarian/vegan make sure they know. They will tell you what they have on the menu for vegetarian/vegan food to choose from.

This is our local Cafe and we have been going for many years. Very friendly, great food, family run. We can highly recommended it.

Relying on the traffic from the hospital a little bit too much and lack of competition is keeping you guys from doing your best.
