A pet shop in Strathfield that I visited lately was so delightful and interesting that it genuinely delighted and surprised me. As a lifelong cat lover, I couldn't wait to peruse their selection of cat furniture and accessories; to my delight, I found a cat tree that well surpassed my wildest dreams. As soon as I walked in the door, I could see the owner had a real love for animals. During my entire stay, I could see that she genuinely cared about the feline residents. The store's layout was well thought out, so I had no trouble finding what I was looking for. This warehouse was like a haven for cat owners seeking cat trees. Variety in sizes, styles, and materials meant there was something for every cat. It's a must-see for any cat owner thanks to its extensive selection of cat trees, helpful staff, and focus on animal welfare. This pet store has everything a cat owner might want, from a quiet nook to cuddle up in with their furry friend to an exciting new adventure for their inquisitive mind.

Because Chokyo is online store, you do need to make an appointment to visit their warehouse. Gigi got back to us pretty quickly and we’re really happy that we got to see the cat tree we wanted on display in their warehouse, this really give us an idea of size/material and built quality. We can confirm that this is one of the best designed cat tree we ever bought and it was also very easy to built. The cat tree is sturdy and perfect for kitten to (larger) adult cat. I would recommend Chokyo for unique cat products!

Thank you Chokyo for answering my phone calls everytime. I highly recommend to everyone to choose the option to have the same day delivery (from $30), if applicable. They are kind enough to offer this service to me since its outside of my LGA to do a pickup. I really really appreciate the efforts of the whole team. They sell really high quality cat trees, yes it might be pricey but it is worth every dollar. I will be coming back to this company for more cat products ❤️❤️❤️

I am so so happy that this store exists - It literally has everything that you need for your cat! As an Interior Design student, quality and aesthetics are SUPER important to me and I am so so impressed with how beautiful and sturdy the cat trees and accessories are. Ordered a scratching post from Chokyo. Great product and good quality. The scratching post came in a large box and had simple instructions for assembly that can be done by hand and/or using the supplied tools. The company does its deliveries itself directly to your door. When I followed up on delivery, they came within 30 minutes of my email and delivered it to my door on a Saturday night at 10:30 PM.

Worst service and experience ever. They lie to you and will make you wait for 3 months when they said it will come in a week. Not reliable at all and cannot communicate or follow instructions. Never will purchase again and highly DONT recommend!
