Very disappointed. Called up today to place an order for a family deal as we had visitors over. Was told the chickens would be ready at 5:30. So I placed my order and gave my name and said I’ll be there at 5:30. The girl on the other end said ok and bye. I went to pick up the order and the girl was telling me my order wasn’t confirmed. I was told that I would have to come back in an hour to get chicken. The most disappointing part was that the two girls just couldn’t care less about it. I had specifically placed an order and provided my name over the phone. It was just like…well tough luck and just come back later. Very very poor mannerism. Second time I have been burnt by this store and, specifically, the instructions of the staff. Sorry to say but I think that’s the end of my dealings with Chooks on Brady.

The girls in the kitchen were smart arses or maybe that's how they trained I ordered a chicken schnitzel burger and the shnitzel was so hard and old I gave it to her back and she said I will make you a new one. so I was watching how she made my burger and she gave me the exact burger all she did was cut the edges of the chicken and gave me the exact same burger but smaller burger in return I didn't want to say anything as I already returned once my burger was much smaller as she took have of the chicken out and made it look like She made me a new burger waste of money I wouldn't recommend

Couple of things really hampered the experience. The prices on the main display board was different to what was displayed next to the counter for loaded chips and what I was charged was a different rice altogether. Unfortunately the staff member who served me wasn't pleasant either so my observation which could've been dealt with in a friendly manner was instead dismissed and I was disappointed with this. PS - still haven't tasted the food but I wanted to provide some feedback. First impressions matter and judging by other comments it looks like the experience is generally much better.

I went to this store last week and bought a roast chicken for dinner for the whole family. I asked the young girl in the store if the chicken was cooked on charcoal? She asked the owner of store, and owner said yes. When I got home, my husband found that it was not charcoal chicken and chicken was over cooked, very dry, stuff full of rice , tasteless and had a very bad experience. I will never go back this shop again. We live in nearby

I was in there yesterday 16/5. There was this girl working with red hair she was so rude to me and my husband. We used to love going here and now I’m not sure if we will come again. Personally the worst part is when I’m trying to order and waiting and she is just standing there doing who knows what and she was laughing while I was trying to order I felt like a mockery in front of her. If I do come back I will make sure she isn’t working.

Chooks on brady, COB, greatest chicken known to man, I've been coming here for a good year now and every time I come it just gets better yesterday I came in and I got half chicken, chips and salad. This is the best time I've had it, chicken was tender and juicy, chips were crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle. I had the Greek salad which was crunchy and fresh, I will definitely will be coming back.

Highly recommend the Beef Burger! The major burger joints don't even come close, value nor presentation-wise. This is the way burgers should be. The 'Parma and Chips' is also great value for money, but COB should consider replacing the garnish (tasteless tomato slice and herbs) with a slice of Ham?

Honestly, best chicken I've ever had. the chicken was juicy and tender and it just melted in my mouth. I also got the rice, it was soo flavorful and reminded me of the rice my mum used to make me as a child. The staff were kind and didn't fail to smile .The BEST chicken shop I've been to in a while. Rice stuffing in the chicken!! Omg!! A middle eastern delight... so tasty and beautifully cooked! Luckily I have some yoghurt in the fridge...if you know, you know! would recommend that the owner make the chicken and rice pilaf for those middle eastern who no longer live with their mums. Highly recommended.

Not from this area, stopped by this place for lunch with a friend - was absolutely amazing. All food purchased was fresh, the chicken stuffing was delicious, chips did not go soggy by the time we got back to her house either. The shop was kept clean and the young lady serving us was also recommending which meal deal would be best for us to purchase. Highly recommend 10/10

The food's okay but customer service experience was quite disappointing, could definitely improve on that. I don't plan to go back after two occasions, both my partner and I experienced a bad attitude from a particular staff. Even though it's local I'd rather go elsewhere and be treated better.

Absolutely delicious!!! I had them cater my baby shower, everyone was blown away with how yummy the food was. My favourite is their Mac n Cheese Friendly staff, reasonable pricing and a wide menu. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

Chicken And stuffing is absolutely delicious. Tabouli is the juiciest and most mouth watering salad I’ve tasted, best salad to have with the chicken. Can not fault anything!! Even the rice inside the chicken is delicious, I order extra, chicken is juicy & tender, chips are crispy & gravy is yummo. Salads are great too! The owner comes out from behind the counter to have a laugh & a chat, super friendly, great to see, great customer service.

Awesome place. Very clean, and the staff are so friendly. Food is great and value for money is awesome. My chicken HSP was massive and the chook roll is so tasty. The shwarma was tasty too with just the right amount of middle eastern herbs and spices. Definitely will go there again.

This is the second time I have been here and it is just unbelievable! The 4 tenders and chips with the spicy Portuguese sauce is just the best chicken I have ever had. Can't wait to go back. Thanks for the great service too.

Great chicken shop, great chicken! It has taste, it isn’t dry, a great find. The service is generally always on point. Today, found the phone and shop staff a little unimpressive and salad a bit wilted, we also had a uncooked chip in out order. We have given our score overall.

Phenomenal.. Just phenomenal chicken.. The owner is a legend. They have a spicier version of chooks which are not listed on the menu. But the owner is willing to go beyond and prepare it if you order two or more chooks.. The best I’ve had in Melbourne without a doubt..

I love the salads here. Fresh and flavourful. Authentic tabbouleh, not oily and lots of lemon. Also have great veggie dishes, scalloped potatoes, cauliflower cheese and roast vegetables. Fresh and healthy

Absolutely delicious food and wonderful customer service. The grilled chick tenderloins were cooked to perfection, juicy and moist. The rice was really good too.

Delicious fresh chickens and salad. Huge fan of the rice stuffing and not the usual soggy gloop you usually get at other places. Great variety of sides as well.

Better burgers - so yummy - than Mcdonalds or Grilled and half the price! Romantic, regular date location for me and my wife. Staff friendly and accomodating.
