If I could give negative stars I would! Don't ever prepay gas and accidentally hang up the pump. You will never get your money back! I even gave the manager "Barbra" my bank statement showing the charges. She said the upper management had not responded to her (this was 3 weeks later). The manager originally said if we brought our statement in showing the charge she would give us a cash refund. Apparently, that was a lie. She doesn't have authority. Meanwhile, I'm out my $. I can not find a customer service number for this place!! I have emailed 5 times. I even went to another store. I waited 10 minutes to talk to a manager and just left. Geez! Gas is so expensive right now! Every penny counts!

Every time I go in this place, their prices are wrong, they have a price posted and you get to the register and it’s more expensive. This is happened to me every single time I go in there and then when I say something about it, I get an attitude from the cashier they clearly don’t want to do their job. They’re rude condescending and don’t care about anybody. I am a regular customer. I go in there every single day only because I live right around the corner. But now I’ll drive 10 miles to avoid having to go there.

At 5:35pm 5/9/22.The cook ( white older guy with tattoos on his arm was cleaning g out his dirty ears. Then continued to touch the fryer nobs and other utensils without washing his hands or try to use hand sanitizer . I was in line the whole time. I wouldn't recommend eating from here even if you're starving. Way better chances at a clean WAWAS. I GAVE THE TIME SO THE RIGHT PERSON CAN CHECK THE CAMERAS because I the people should know that's nasty

$7 for one slice of meatloaf scoop of mash and green beans....smh. Not to mention the foul stench of urine and poo looming around the fuel island and parking area. This place smells like a septic dumping ground. I'm gagging as I eat my hotdog. If I had the hours I would have bypassed this place as soon as I opened my truck door to get out. But I'm stuck to breath urine filled air. This is torture.

I'm a truck driver and only go to this store when I have no other choice. Every time I've been to this store there is no soap in the restrooms. When I ask about soap, I'm usually told they don't know why they don't have any or where any is for me to use. I bought chicken tenders here today and they were disgusting. I don't have many options on where to stop and hate when I have to stop here.

I went inside to use the restroom and there's no toilet tissue, urine all over the floor and every surface is grungy, filthy and the white porcelain is so dirty it turning black. Lucky for me my spouse was able to bring me napkins. The staff are just standing around doing nothing. I was going to get food here, lost my appetite and feeling like I need a tetanus shot

Please figure something out to stop being so bad. I really want to come here for convenience but it’s so hard. You guys can’t order, have attitude problems constantly, and why on earth are you playing that god Awful music in the background of the kitchen. Listen you need doughnut containers . This doesn’t work and either dog hotdog trays for the 3rd week in a row…

Truck drivers don't waste your time here for fuel unless you know to the penny how much you want. They're not prepay only. You must give them an exact amount for truck & for reefer fuel. They'll never have to worry about seeing me again. I'll go to Shell on Cassat instead.Yes, I even tried to hand them my Comdata card to hold while I fueled

We stopped here for gas on a long trip and the keys got locked in the car with our 2 dogs. The staff immediately assisted us as everything was locked in the car. These folks went out of their way to help get the doors open so we could get to our dogs. Thanks so much to a great staff. The store was one of the best we have been to.

This is a store when employees don't show up the one employee there works at her scheduled time no other third shift and put your employee shows up so a man has to call for a babysitter at midnight to come in and fill in a job spot that one of the four managers should be doing I will never shop at this store again

Been going to this store for about 15 yrs every single day they are always nice and on point. So take it from me, this place is definitely a good store to go to. They treat you like there ur own family whenever you go into the store. So it's ¹⭐²⭐³⭐⁴⭐⁵⭐'s for you Mr. Kangaroo on West Beaver & Chaffee st.

No soap dispenser in the men's restroom. This place serves food. Covid-19 running rampant. All associates must wash their hands after using the restroom. But no soap dispenser in the men's restroom. Anyone besides me see the problem here? Honestly with something like this I feel one star is too much.

This is the nastiest business I have ever been in. The male restroom was atrocious, liquid all over the floor, stunk, trash everywhere and the store had trash and supplies scattered all over the tables that looked like one would eat lunch at. Horrible, what a shame

Great place to stop fuel, grab a coffee and food! I would give higher rating except they never have any Truck Parking! They need to stop the "Locals" from using this place as their "Terminal" and leaving their cars blocking the Truck Parking! …

Never do they have their store together, I like Cajun peanuts , they never ever have them ready , the Coca-Cola never in stock.. (20packs) their lines are outrageous! (found another circle k who does it better! )

The forcing the cashiers to use the self check out machines is absurd. The self checkout isn't scanning correctly.... at either of the stores I shop. This may be the end of your reign as best gas station.

I’ve been driving trucks over 16 years and I tell you I haven’t seen a restroom this nasty in a looong time!! And at 3:21 Am when business hours are slow. My pictures actually does it justice.

This is a fairly good sized Circle K. They have a decent deli and reasonable diesel pricing for the truckers. Although they're not normally extremely busy, they are not sure, either.

Typical gas station convenience store with a tasty sideline. Really good fried chicken and sides. Even livers and gizzards if you feature them. Bathrooms usually decent.

Seems like for any youth black or Thug Life type people work this is the type stuff you get that paid $8.01 for this that's cold I live a mile and a half from the store

If your stopping for snacks and drinks, it’s passable. The men’s restroom is the worst I’ve seen in recent memory. Too bad really, everyone was nice enough.

It's a truck stop gas station conveniently has cooked food from the restaurant in there from breakfast to baked chicken the biscuits are pretty good.

I stop by there almost every day for a quick cool down. A little bit of ac grab a nice cold Iccee choice of about 6 or more flavors for under a buck.

Always out of coffee supplies, and there seems to regularly be at least one set of pumps out of service. Not a very convenient convenience store.

So I spend 700 in fuel and they apparently stole all the 5$ coupons for truckers who spent money. Said it couldn't even have a free coffee!

Woman behind counter was sooooo rude! Luckily got a nice one next to her!! Wont be back though! Totally uncalled for!!!

To me I like it they help me if I ask for help people when I rude it was a nice place to me That's my opinion

Circle k is great for many reasons, not so clean all the time I don't think they clean their bathrooms at all
