Giving 1 star (cant review if not graded). This store is less than a mile from my home and I will NOT return. Lets forget the fact that the store is disgustingly dirty- I refuse to be accosted by the multiple vagrants that hang out in front of the store. Today at noon I witnessed a male vagrant (outside) follow a patron to the west side of the store where her car was parked. I have seen drug deals go down and different people pan handle on many different dates. Management does nothing to stop this. GROSS GROSS GROSS!!!!!!!!!!!! My next communication about this location will be to JSO. Clean up your act Circle K.... respect our neighborhood!!!!!!!! On 3/14 @3:20 the male who is always there pan handling got into a verbal altercation with a patron. This Circle K has progressively gotten worse. Something must be done to keep this neighborhood safe. 7/11 @9 AM my card was compromised at the gas pump and by noon was being used at an amusement park in NJ...

From my experiences as a customer and former employee, The customer service is terrible . At least from the General Manager. I’ve personally noticed the way that she treats employees and customers of color and I have to say it’s pretty disgusting. And on top of that her attitude is constantly nasty and she has no respect or tact for her position. She’s constantly saying rude things under her breath and I as well as many other customers have actually had to speak up and confront her about it cause it’s disrespectful. No one wants to come in at any point of the day to get gas or snacks and have to deal with a person who seems so miserable that they have to take it out on the consumer. It’s unacceptable and this location needs major overhaul in the management section.

I visit your location on the corner of Baymeadows and Old Kings Rd in Jacksonville, Fla almost nightly. I have been experiencing one of the rudest sales associates you can imagine. Being a retailer manager this is a person who doesn't enjoy her job or care to have it. I've always tried to get her name but she doesn't have her name tag on and then when yoh try to speak to someone else in charge they are too busy having personal arguments on the call phone. This is one of the worst experiences I've had. I will go out the way to another store so I don't have to deal with this type of unprofessionalism. You might want to watch your crew that's usually on between 10pm and 12am.

I would give it 6 stars because elise, kayla, kim, james THEY ARE AMAZING THE BEST PEOPLE EVER but since angela was hired it's a nothing but problems shes a problem she over charges on everything, doesn't listen to what you're asking for and it takes her 5 mins to bring you the wrong cigarettes from the wall. I LOVED this store until her and every other worker is amazing but due to ANGELA we bought a coffee pot for coffee and go across the street for drinks. When angela is working the coffee is always empty and pepsi or mountain dew WILL be out on polar pops its a given. PLEASE FIRE HER OR SEND HER ASS SOMEWHERE ELSE

Every night around 1am this store is either close for a few hours or not open at all. To mop floors they close store, to take a 3hr break they close store, never seen a circle K fall under poor customer service past 12am. When coming in no sign was put up saying it was close , lady ignore us while we were knocking on door to be serviced she looked and pretended we werent there. No gas , and couldnt get little things we usually buy at a circle K deff corporate has to step it up a little.

This GAS STATION cheats public by dispensing incorrect gas volume..I tried as I recently moved near this place,my car gas light has yellow light lit - low gas in the car..I had filled.for $20, it was still in yellow..drove for around 10-15 miles..still the same..then I filled at another gas station for 11$ and the yellow light- low gas indicator in the car..just vanished..I have already started avoiding this gas station since that day!!!!

.60 cents for a cup of ice!? I drive around jax for work & srop at all kimds of convience stores like kangaroo, shell,g at e speedway, mom & pops & etc and this is the most expensive cup of ice ever! Needless to say I didn't buy it. I won't be back again, I'll try my luck at the other store down yhe road, maybe there I won't be ripped off. Smdh.

I just moved into the neighborhood and this place has been closing earlier and earlier. Now its 10 pm and its closed even though it says 24 hours. I go to the door and get ignored by the two people inside. If your there to work then work don't just lock the door till your sift is over.

Not much of a convenience store..wait 15mins in line in the morning.. there is 1 person running a register and then she has 8 people in line and walks to the back twice leaving us all wondering if we should walk out or just take whatever we want?? I hate this is my corner store..

Right now one of their managers is a pure c*nt. I can't wait til she leaves. But normally the people working there are great! They do however run out of a lot of items too often. Not sure if it's because of COVID and the economy or because people don't put in correct orders.

Horrible store. Alot of the items I used to purchase went up 50% to 100% in the last couple of months Corporate greed at it's finest. Also they never answer their phone. I am sure they already know it's going to be a disatifed customer so they don't want to bother with it.

I just stopped in to the store for a root beer which I was having trouble finding. I ask Sylvia did the store have them. She tells me "that it right in front of your face". How rude. Is this how you treat your customers.? She really needs a customer service lesson.

The girl who was working there on the cash regester 9:30 pm was very rude and disrespectful. Other than that everything looks organized and clean and I can tell that the owner or the manager doing a good job.

I just stopped in for an Icee for my 5 yr old. Three employees outside smoking were dropping F bombs like there was not a child within earshot. Shame on you. July 6th @ 1:45pm if management would like to know

Came in for coffee at night. Every machine bone dry. When I went to ask why, girl in hipster glasses played on her phone for 3 minutes before noticing me. Never got an answer.

Came to this gas station at the hours that said it was open multiple times and when I come here it’s never open and their excuses that they mop the floor so I could come in

Stopped at this store this morning. No greeting whatsoever upon purchasing. No hello, how are you? do you need else? Stuff like that makes a difference.

I come to this store quite often because I live right around the corner & the staff are always very friendly, welcoming, & provide a quick service.

Cashed my tickets in and was told I only won 45 but had a winner for $75 plus more I was lucked out of money and that’s so wrong

Who closes the lobby of a 24 gas station? Sign on door says “lobby closed til 5am Have a good night”.

Plenty of stuff here that's why the call convenience store. Pay a little more but products are there

Great little store, employees are helpful and courteous. Great coffee, decent prices, and gasoline.
