No stars for this review. Despite the location and the Subway inside, my experience at this Circle K was Horrendous. A lot of my time was held up by an uncooperative, inept, arrogant, truculent, unwashed clerk named Joe whose main objective was to deny me the stellar service this company Circle K promises. A company who is allegedly committed to delivering fast and friendly service. Joe denied me of both. My request was not unlikely nor was it unreasonable. I simply requested a PLASTIC BAG for the boiled peanuts that I purchased at the same location. Joe stated to me that corporate would not allow him to give me a plastic bag at 12:14 am on 01/25/19. In awe that I was denied a PLASTIC BAG, I attempted to purchase other items just to receive a PLASTIC BAG and I was then refused service. Multiple witnesses can attest to the nature of this inconvenience, in my demeanor I was not combative nor rude however the clerk Joe was riled, raged and oddly amused of my dissatisfaction of his service. Joe refused my request for a refund for my gas and threatened to call law officers into the situation and to have me banned from the Circle K if I did not leave. If this company is so stringent on who they allot a plastic bag to who is to say that Joe couldn't have this done? I am fearful to go to this location again because of this night worker Joe. It is so unsettling to know that this company hires people that misappropriates the power in their position of employment. Joe's main job is to be fast and friendly not slow and fascist.

I was just in this circle k Alex is the cashier I was buying a chocolate milk n the 1st I got was sour so I took it to the cashier Alex and advisor of it once I bought the second chocolate milk I'll explain took the first one which is no good and has been open and put it back in the cooler and she had a bad attitude because I said ma'am why are you putting that back in the cooler it's no good and it's been open so I'll make sure that I will not be returning to the store if we're going to be selling merchandise to like this this is very nasty and very very unprofessional and Alex is very rude I asked her for a boss's number and she refused I will be following up on this incident

Do not buy any electronic parts from this store !!! I bought a phone chord from them yesterday which does not work I had my receipt to exchange it or get a refund and was told I could do neither. What a total rip off. I will no longer buy or stop at any Circle K store for this reason. They could have at least exchanged it so I could have a working chord. The clerk was totally rude about it as he asked me for a receipt then Josh told me i could not get a refund or exchange. The clerk Josh then came out of the store and used profane language directed at me just because I asked him his name. Worst customer service experience ever!!

I just now left this store !! Walked out without getting gas !! The man that was behind the counter at 3:50 pm ,on 7/28/20 Is the RUDIST, JUST MEAN PERSON, I have ever encountered at a convienace store !! Rude enough I left . I took my business elsewhere. He is awful. Actually this is the 2nd time I've had to deal with him the first time was just as bad, however i did stay and purchase gas that time but under no circumstances will I go back into this store. All because this man is horrible !! The worst part is he doesn't even think he's rude !! I'll go across to speedway. Good luck with this employee!!!!!

Jessica needs some serious customer service. Wanted to check my ID but swears I’m telling her how to do her job. Maybe yes because you don’t treat people like that. I witnessed her being rude to this man ahead of me and then me. She refused to serve me despite me being of age. She even made me pull my ID out and checked it but still refused. I’d appreciate a manager reach out to me because she needs an attitude check. Never had no problems with this location except with her. Then as I walk out her and the other clerk sat their talking about me. She’s was yelling at me over the counter.

I came here tonight (6/20) at around 2:30 AM. Extremely rude and awful customer service. The old lady at the counter gave attitude and refused to let us heat up some food with the microwave. She wouldn’t even let us heat up milk for a 2 YEAR OLD child. This is despite us spending over $60 for gas and drinks. When it’s late like this and all other gas stations are closed, it’s just common courtesy to help out paying customers. I’ve never had an experience like this at circle K and I hope changes will be made for the sake of future visitors

Pretty upset that a large coke icee went from $1.89 to $4. 50 in a months time. When I questioned it she dropped the price to $3.89. From now on I go across the street to the Speedway for my business. The instore Subway just lost a customer too

I won a free drink from a circle k promotion. But was told they would not take my coupon because they are a franchise store. But I have been able to claim circle k contest win at this circle k before.

You'll find almost everything here! Everything from car needs to female necessities. They've got it here! The other thing is, there's a Subway here!

This store does not honor any circle game prizes. So therefore I have not been able to get any prizes. Very aggravated.
