Cluttered, stuff everywhere, unorganized and no one on the floor helping. Also I was in line and decided I wanted to exchange a jacket i had just purchased from another location for something I saw hanging behind the counter I advised the cashier I would be right back. I went outside and came right back in and she wanted me to hand her the bag coming back through the door before I went right back into the line. I went to hand her the bag and I thought she had grabbed it so I let go and it slipped through her hands and just fell right on the counter. Clearly not intentional. I went right around to the line and when I was next with her she told me to wait for the other cashier and she would help me instead. The other cashier asked her why she couldn't just help me and she said with an attitude that she didnt want to help me and would tell her when I left why. I guess she thought I dropped the bag on the counter mind you not on the floor but right on the counter she didn't have to bend or anything to get it on purpose anyway she refused to help me and took the next person behind me

The lady who check me out did not give me all my bags . I spent 400.33 dollars she was bagging them behind the counter because the register was clutter … I get home and realize my daughter romper and a bra set was missing . I called up there and she told me she seen and to come back the next day she would be there . I came Sunday and the lady that was in there act like she didn’t know what i was talking about and claim no one told me that . And was RUDE!!! I did buy some good stuff from there but I know now to check everything before leaving the store . It was a loss .

I love all tha Citi Trend locations.. but this Citi Trend location is by far one of tha cleanest and better stocked of them all. I went in intending on buying 1 pair of pants and a shirt.. i ended up shoppin for over 4 hours... bought 2-3 outfits for both of my daughters, a purse, shoes, and 2 outfits for baby momma, and 3 outfits for myself.. just over $100!! U cant beat that with a stick.

I was addressed when walking into the store no one came to assist me in the clothing area to see if they could be of assistance but I did address the young lady behind the counter and she was saying that they did not have what I was looking for that they have not received anything yet so that was the end of that of this visit

This location is the Best in town ! I would let y’all in on some of my favorite brands that can be found here but I rather not lol ! Store is always pretty organized, helpful employees especially the girl who works in the purse area / perfume . I love stopping in each week to see what’s new !!!

Love this store. Great winter selection. The hats, track suits and two piece sets are out. I also love the home decor section. It has beautiful and girly pictures. Also art with black women, which I love. You can not go wrong here nice selection of clothing and other items for a great price.

When I came into the store they didn't ask any questions they just looked at the receipt and made the exchange I came in that day for a return and the lady at the front desk she looks African American she was very good at her job and very respectful

Citi trends is wack tired of looking at all the flowers close since the summer time no Christmas clothes no Christmas shoes no Christmas items pitiful still have summer clothes sandals out pitiful

I really don't care for this store at all. This store service a type of clientele who also enjoy club hopping. It's for the young. For a career oriented woman, this would not suffice.

Definitely better than the one in my city plus the store was very clean inside n out ...very organized and great customer service I definitely will make a trip back to shop …
