This place does not deserve a one star. It should have a ZERO. This place is not organized and not a good place to do business. They LOST MY LAYAWAY. CHRISTMAS LAYAWAY AT THAT. This is not business like. Yes true enough they offered me my refund back but they did not take the time out to look for it. This happened today December 13,2017. The manager and staff were all lazy and did not look thats why they were so quick to say we will refund you your money. I did not even get an apology for their negligence. This place should have never reopened after HURRICANE HARVERY. THERE IS NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THIS PLACE. BUT ONLY IN THE HOOD THIS HAPPENS ONLY WHERE BLACK PEOPLE SHOP. IM NOT RACIST BUT IN THE WHITE PEOPLES AREA I DONT THINK THIS HAPPENS AND THEY ARE MORE ORGANIZED AND TREATED WAY BETTER. IM AM GOING ABOVE THE MANAGER TO GET THIS RESOLVED. ITS NOT ABOUT ME ITS ABOUT MY SON. HOW DO I TELL HIM THAT THE THINGS HE PICKED OUT GOT LOST. THE WORST THING A PARENT CAN DO IS HAVE TO BREAK BAD NEWS TO THEIR CHILDREN

I haven't been in a citi trends in over a decade so I really didn't know what to expect. As soon as I was in the ladies greeted me and welcome I appreciated it. The vibe was positive the store was clean and price very affordable. I only went looking for new born clothes but ended up getting a few dresses for myself as well. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for affordable shopping with positive vibes also the store wasn't packed at all.

I really like Citi Trends a lot of times I go in there to get sun shades I go in there to get costume jewelry when I want to dress up an outfit I go in there to get nice books Bibles inspirational books I also get shoes and nice purses in there and I also like to get their lingerie if I want to just surprised my husband with a little something something I love it

I love shopping at Citi Trends. I'm able to get in and get out. The store is clean. Except for the time I saw a roach crawling on the clothes in the women's section. Being that we are in Texas there are roaches everywhere. Great customer service and the employees are very nice. Great styles of clothes and outfits.

Terrible location. Went in that store yesterday for less than 5 minutes and came out to all my things missing out of my car and none of the neighboring businesses were cooperative. This location definitely needs real security. Vagrants patrolling the parking lot so be cautious.

Good prices you can put stuff on layaway, at your Pace long payment is made on time, everybody's courteous and there always have a whole bunch of different stuff one day, then more stuff another day so I really like this Citi trends and I really recommend going to!!!

these people are unorgnized all over the place sold me a jumper set 4x top large bottom connected then told that aint how its sold but still thats the way they sold it and would not exchanged been shopping with them atleast three years and service is trash

Very mad brought baby clothes and instead of flirting he left my buzzers on the clothes. Late night didn't pay attention until I was way back in Montgomery county.smh that's too much traffic a for me to travel . I got my receipts also

This is a very nice store and has a wide variety of different clothes for both men and women but more than that the price's are very reasonable and the service is great. So I defiantly recommend this particular store for shopping

I had not been in here in a long time. I was very surprised as to how many deals they had. My girls each found outfits, shoes and matching accessories for under $60.00 total! Definitely coming back.

I bought a decent amount of clothes and 3 pair of shoes and I'm satisfied with that I will definitely go back again when I get paid to buy more

Purchased 6 items for $46.00. Cashier was busy but was quick to open fitting room. There was trash outside along curb of this location!

I found everything but workers was to lazy to enter my card info because they havent updated to accept the chips in your card

I always leave with my 1 year old 8 to 10 name brand outfits & only pay $100. Very good store for local shoppers.
