I went last week and I was helped by a woman who was being trained. I really regret not grabbing her name because she was absolutely beautiful! For the first time in years I was able to find a dress and and strapless bra that fit me perfectly! Her help and general attitude made me feel like I was the most beautiful person in the world and made me feel confident in my body for the first time in a long time! I will definitely come back in the future!

I was so impressed with Emily's amazing customer service yesterday at Carindale! What a gem. She is friendly, kind and compassionate. She also truly listens and understands. On top of that, she has an intuitive sense for colour and was honest with me when one dress didn't suit my complexion. This is a rare ability. Nothing was too much trouble. Emily, you are a huge asset to that store. I can't thank you enough.

Best Customer service ever, the lady who's name im sorry I didn't get but you were fantastic, I had my 1 year old in her push chair and you carried the dresses I wanted to try on to the changing room, to offering If I needed another size, and asking if I needed help being zipped up, for my first time visiting that store as I always visit garden city, you made my experience one that I wont forget

Went to City Chic at Carindale today with my daughter, after visiting numerous other shops in the shopping centre we did not need to look any further. We walked out with 6 items mostly due to the exceptional customer service given to us by the store manager Claire. I cannot recommend this store highly enough and would definitely return for future purchases. 10/10

My partner and I took my Mum to CityChic Carindale looking for a nice dress to wear to my wedding and the two staff were so incredible. Great clothes. Staff are always really helpful. Have everything from bras to dresses. Their sales are always really good. Large sizes so a 16 is a small or extra small.
