Jordan worked with us to develop a well-thought out sales strategy which in the end produced a sales result which exceeded our expectations to our great delight. Jordan gave us great advice specific to our situation and for our property including pre-sales prep such as obtaining pest and building inspection reports which were useful in immediately weeding out anyone with doubts so the final offers we received were solid. He also helped in advising on what was the most useful work to be completed in updates and repairs for the property to prep for sale so we did not waste money on unnecessary renovations or work which we greatly appreciated. Jordan’s pre-sales analysis was also very detailed and helped us to manage our expectations regarding price and to ensure we were fully informed with the relevant data for the current market conditions so we felt really prepared to make a decision when we received offers. Jordan is a great listener and took the time to understand what we hoped to achieve with the sale and was willing to take on our ideas and adapt the sales strategy. Jordan also has excellent negotiation skills which was showcased with how he managed the various potential buyers to achieve a great result for us. He kept us fully informed throughout the whole process, keeping in touch regularly and readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Jordan and his team were very efficient and professional, getting the house to market with minimal delays but with high levels of quality in the advertising. We were really impressed with the property description - above what we saw in other ads. Jordan took the time to showcase the unique and specific qualities of this property, accompanied by highly professional photos and a thorough walk-through video which was extremely useful and adapted well for COVID restrictions making it much easier for buyers. We highly recommend Jordan Cleland and his sales team and would use their services again without question.

Unfortunately our experience with Clark Real Estate was not overly positive. We initially placed an offer on a property that Clark Real Estate was selling, this offer was accepted seemingly on the proviso that this Agency would in turn be engaged to sell our own home. We were hesitant to engage Clark as they don't have a presence in our area, however as it seemed the only way to have our offer accepted, eventually agreed. After a month on the market, with low stock and a pause in interest rates the team were only able to obtain one offer on our property which was $350k below what we were willing to consider. We felt pressured to reduce the price, though we had received multiple valuations at a higher amount. Eventually, we decided that we would be better represented by another Agency and sought to cancel the agreement with Clark Realty. However they initially refused, stalling for weeks and wasting time before eventually agreeing with some rather unreasonable terms. The communication with Clark realty was poor. Jordan was good - a friendly guy and willing to communicate, but the principle Mario was very challenging to deal with, I cannot say in good faith that he acted fairly or adequately represented his clients (our) interests. The standard of ethics, integrity and professionalism shown certainly did not align with my own. Not only did he lose us as sellers, but he almost lost as buyers in the process... We were willing to walk. Once we were released from our contract with Clark Realty it took Ray White Clayfield a matter of days (off market) to obtain the price that we wanted on the home. In summary, there are some nice people at Clark (such as Jordan and Mel) which has stopped me from giving a one star review, however any positive interactions were unfortunately overshadowed by our very unpleasant experiences with the Principle.

My experience with Clark Real Estate, is truly awesome and a Heaven sent Real Estate dealing with rental properties because, of the following reasons. Their customer service is excellent. When I asked help, they are very obliging to answer and very willing to help even they are busy. My previous real estate did not properly show the Tenants deposits with Tenants complaining so the Clark Real Estate manager, helped me in checking all the statements covering for 3 years, even though, I have been only with the Clark Real Estate for only 3 months. The Clark Real Estate finance department had many hours working to find the mistakes of the previous real estates and showing me the documents where there was not properly recording , even in the night time Clark Real Estate finance Manager was working not even charging me all those hours used up in checking. This truly blew me to admire their sincerity and kindness that makes Clark Real Estate has bold integrity to look for truth though Heavens will fall. Clark Real Estate deserves Admiration and I recommend to every one that has investment properties that Clark Real Estate can be trusted because they incorporate honesty and transparency in their business system. That I can truly say.

4 words : Sincerity, professional, efficient and effective. I first met Ethan from Clark Realty in an open house about 4 months ago. During my conversation I told him I was interested to sell a property but it was not urgent at all. And as such I was very slow in taking further action. Ive been a tenant with Clark for just under a year, sadly my landlord has decided to sell. Our property manager Brooke Heideman has been managing the process. Given the current housing crisis, this is an extremely stressful time for renters but Brooke has been so empathetic, helpful and encouraging. Ive taken up a lot of her time and found her endlessly compassionate and patient. She has gone out of her way to personally recommend me for prospective properties. Given how stressful finding a new place and moving is at the best of times, her support and genuine understanding attitude has been a bit of a god send. While real estate is business, but its also peoples lives, making homes and security and Brooke clearly understands how overwhelming and important that it..... ive noticed she's really pragmatic at the same time, looking ahead and planning to make things smoother for both the landlord as well as myself. Frankly I've had a really good experience with all members of the Clark team I've had dealings with. Cant actually articulate my appreciation enough at this time.

My partner and I are currently rental tenants, and Clark Real Estate manages the property. Our experience with Clark Real Estate has been very positive, which is a rare occurrence in the modern rental ecosystem. They respond promptly to queries in a professional manner, and execute repairs and maintenance in decent time frames. We have had one emergency maintenance situation (ruptured hot water system), where we needed after hours assistance. The property managers helped us immediately, sending a plumber who was able to disconnect the old system and install a temporary system to get us up and running again the same night, which freed up the owner to decide on the best course of action for a permanent replacement. Where we felt we could make minor repairs ourselves, we have been largely free to do this, and provide receipts of purchased materials for reimbursement. All in all, our experience with Clark Real Estate has been the most positive of any with a property manager in recent years.

I recently sold my investment unit through Clark Real Estate. I would describe the overall experience with Clark as disappointing. The unit was managed by the rental team. I was happy with this management and have nothing bad to say about this side of the business. The problem was that when setting an initial asking price, it was obvious no conversation was had with the property management team or reference made to the most recent inspection photos. The result was the unit was listed at a price above its realistic value. This meant we had to go through a 4 1/2 month period of consistent price reductions. The result was a very stale looking listing on Realestate.com as time went by. The result was a sale price that was 12% less than the original list price. The principle was also very defensive when suggestions were made to possible changes to the marketing strategy or questioning if his strategy was correct. I would not recommend Clark Real Estate based on my experience.

I can report that I’ve had a positive and respectful relationship with every member of staff at Clark Real Estate. First, I purchased the property from this agent around 10 years ago. Clark has kept in touch since, which I appreciated. I moved the property management to Annette and her team a couple of years ago and immediately found them to be more thorough, more engaged, offering excellent communication and service; much improved compared to the previous property manager. I wished I’d done it sooner. I subsequently engaged Clark to sell the property for me recently. There were a few complexities, however my agent was committed and supportive. Mario and Jordan always kept me informed and returned calls. They spent a lot of time showing the property and seeking detailed feedback from potential buyers. In the end it all fell into place as they found a perfect match between buyer + property. My experience has only been positive and I genuinely like this team of people.

We had to call the office, half an hour after the appointment time, to find out whether the staff member due to meet us at the property to allow access, was still coming, as both the inspectors said they would only give us five more minutes before leaving without inspecting. Our overall experience though was very positive.

No one is perfect but Clark Real Estate do strive towards this. Clark Real Estate have managed my investment property for many years after I moved from another provider I was not happy with. Inspections are timely and a full report is always provided. Timely replies are generally received to emails sent and the team are excellent at organising repairs to be done and upgrades to the property organised. I believe they are equally supportive of tenants.
