The service from Howard at Clarks from Fairview Pointe-Claire was so bad, I would give it a 0 but that's not possible so I have to give it a 1 star. He was unbelievably unprofessional. I have never received such bad service, it really was shocking. He told me to ''call my lawyer'' and go there to talk to him personally so he could explain to them that he did not make a mistake while managing my mother's transaction (But he did make a mistake and we have all the physical copies of the receipts to prove it). He then went on and started to raise his voice at my mother which caused a scene at the store. My mother only wanted to speak to the manager but Howard kept trying to talk to us. I explained to him that we were going to wait for the manager to be done helping the people she was helping and he said that "she doesn't speak English well" to which I responded " Then I will speak in French" because I am a fluent French speaker. My mother just happens to only speak English, which is why I accompanied her to get her FULL refund back. All in all, we still support Clarks shoes and appreciate the Manager's service and patience. We are just in disbelief with the lack of professionalism we received from Howard.

Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional store conduct by an older male employee (name omitted for legal reasons). If this man is working when you visit the store, take your business elsewhere. He yelled at and harassed customers trying to get a refund for HIS mistake and discriminated against those customers by assuming they could not speak french when they requested a manager. He should be fired immediately.

Très beau magasin après les rénovations! Cela donne encore plus envie de magasiner. Merci infiniment à la gérante Isabelle qui a réussi à me trouver une paire de chaussure pour le travail, je suis vraiment confortable. Je conseilles ce magasin à tous!

Aujourd’hui je suis passé au Clarks Fairview. J’ai eu un très bel accueil. Les trois jeunes femmes très sympathiques et accueillantes m’ont essayé de trouver une paire de chaussures, mais en vain, dû à mes pieds compliqués, elles n’ont pas …

Older man that works here spoke to me only in French when I kept speaking in English. Seemed like I was bothering him when I asked for one size. Didn’t feel welcomed and didn’t want to spend my money there

I asked the staff if the shoes are comfortable to dance with they said it should be. I paid 100$ for these shoes and this is what happened to my feet will definitely return them.
