I brought my king size comforter to this location without having any sort of clue what I was doing. I told the friendly woman that I had never been to a dry cleaners before and she was drastically helpful with providing information as well as being very easy to talk to. We chatted for a bit and she took my information, as well as my comforter, and then set me up with a little pamphlet that had some coupons and some other offers as well as some information about the services. She was professional and personable and I regret not asking for her name. As promised, my comforter was ready to be picked up in a couple days. The checkout process was easy and pick up was a breeze. The same woman helped check me out and set me off with a "have a great day". This was such an easy thing to do that I am now wondering what else I am going to bring in to be dry cleaned. I really appreciated the business and the staff, and my comforter came back with zero complaints or problems. I would recommend anyone and everyone to this location.

I went in as a new customer and the person behind the counter must not have had a lot of experience entering in this information because it took a minute or two for them to get to the correct screen. I am a consultant and travel a lot. My home in not in this state and it was difficult for them to enter in my information. What made me leave was when I did not want to give my email address, she could not think one up and wanted my personal email. I did not want to give it to her and she told me that the computer will not go forward unless they one, I told her to make one up and she told me she tried and the computer did not like, it. Which is BS, because I program computers for a living and you can make a VALID address without any issues. She just did not want to. Which is why I will never go back, if this is an indication on how custom service works, it was terrible from the beginning what is it going to be at the end?

I came in on a Friday morning about an hour after the next day delivery cutoff time with several suits and shirts that my fiancé needed for work on Monday. Mike, the owner, explained the cutoff time and that it is outsourced so the pieces wouldn’t be ready for Saturday pickup. I received an email Friday afternoon that my pieces were ready for pickup. Mike said he saw how many items I had and the panic in my eyes about the need and he underpromised and overdelivered. I absolutely love all of the management and associates at this classic cleaners. They have the scale of a large chain but the personalization of a small business. Mike and all others are very sweet and genuinely care about their customers. This is my favorite dry cleaners that I’ve been going to for the last few years and am very fortunate to have access to this location!

Don’t really have issues with the cleaning, and the prices are in line with other cleaners, however when a had a sweater returned with a hole in it, the first employee just kind of looked at me and then said “well we keep the sweaters in a bag so it wouldn’t have caught on anything.” I tried calling the office, got voicemail, and no return call. Finally I took it back again, and the second employee took care of it. They are also extremely fussy about coupons - if you forget to show the coupon when you drop off, they won’t honor it, even if it isn’t expired. All of that said, I am still a regular customer, mainly because it’s so close to my house.

First of all, the customer service “L” greets you with the friendliness that every establishment doing business with the public should have. I brought an expensive and special garment to Classic Cleaners because they are a professional dry cleaners. The store is calming, organized, and clean, and I didn’t trust my regular dry cleaners with my garment, but I did trust Classic Cleaners. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars, is because they cost more, but they do a very nice job on your clothing and they will take responsibility for any mishaps!

Larissa and the rest of the staff at Classic Cleaners exceeded all of my expectations! The sad 40 year old down filled pillows and comforter I dropped off are now full and fluffy and clean. My white duvet is crisp white again, pressed like brand new. My bed feels like a cloud! The Westfield Boulevard crew is fantastic! Thank you for revitalizing and consolidating my 5 sad pillows into 3 fluffy clouds. They are so much better than I had expected.

I really appreciated my visit and dry cleaning. I had an intricate item and they took great care in listening and making certain the product would be handled properly. I found them to be friendly for my drop-off and pick-up. I am thrilled I found a dry cleaner that I dont have to wonder if I'm going to receive my items back cleaned and pressed properly. Thank you!

I dropped off several clothes ranging from suits, wife’s custom made dress and kids suit, dress shirt and pants for dry cleaning. They checked all the boxes for me: Very warm and welcoming staff, professional at work and delivered on time. All the clothes were very well cleaned and packed to my satisfaction. Will definitely go back and highly recommend the place.

Well run and friendly people. The only reason I don’t rate it a “5” is because of their use of discounts and coupons. It seems a bit careless as I am always offered these discounts AFTER I have dropped my cleaning off. The only way a discount is applicable is if it’s applied on delivery. My last bill was almost $250 and any discount would have been a big help.

I dropped off a sweater that had obvious dirt on the elbows. These were marked at drop-off for special attention. I picked it up, paid for it and found that the dirt was pretty much the same as it was upon drop-off. I was told that it might be a color loss....? Waiting to hear if they can fix it. This was my first visit and so far, I'm pretty disappointed.

It was the first time I used Classic Cleaners, for green dry cleaning. I am thankful that they provide an environmentally-safe service, plus I had a very pleasant experience. The staff was helpful, they texted me to let me know when my blanket was ready for pickup, plus they texted me about their sale and gave me a coupon to use as well.

Very good customer service the day I took my bed linens in to be cleaned. And I was very impressed even more when the gentleman who was working that day helped carry out my big comforters and other bed linens I wasn’t able to carry out on one trip to my vehicle. That was the best customer service here in Indianapolis since I moved here.

I tried to find a dry cleaner that could add water repellent to my hooded jacket. Both drop off and pick up, the woman was very courteous. I found that not all dry cleaners will even add water repellent. I got it back in a timely manner. The jacket looks like it’s brand new And now has the water repellent that helps so much. Way to go!

I use the store located on Rangeline near 86th St in Indianapolis. Your employees are first rate, courteous and wise. If they have a moment, I will usually try to have a brief conversation about life, work and experiences. I keep coming back as much for the excellent dry cleaning service as I do for the people. I had bought a new dress for a wedding that needed to be pressed and have some pleats flattened. I got fantastic service when I reached out initially to get pricing, the service at the store front was lovely, and they got the garment back to me looking beautiful in about 16 hours. I have taken very old wool sweaters to be repaired and cleaned, and they back looking like new. No piling or matting, just lovely restoration. Clothes look high quality when returned, and sweaters are carefully wrapped. Also, excellent work in cleaning quilts - came back with color bright and clean. Highly recommend.

I was impressed by the way my shirts had tissue in the sleeves. That is going the extra mile. My suit had a little tag explaining that I was asking for the moon and stars on some stains and not able to. I got a little sticker shocked but was glad to see I earned a $5 discount on my next drop.

This place is so cool. I never knew I would say this about a place that does my dress shirts. Personal interest from day one and I never have to give my name. They just go get my shirts when I walk in. Plus, the checkout experience is so fast! It sure fits my fast pace!

I am always greeted with such warmth and friendliness when I go to Classic on Westfield Blvd. I brought a pillow case in and I was immediately warned that the yarn might run. I signed the waiver and picked the pillow case up and no runnning of yarn colors occurred.

They dry cleaned an old coat of mine and got it looking good as new. Service was super friendly and helpful. And they even got the coat done before they said they would. I highly recommend this location.
