Well I have to say that my experience wasn't pleasant. The attendant "Bre" I believe was her name was rather rude when I dropped off my clothes. We chatted briefly about the previous owner of the cleaner's, but when I asked how much for the service she abruptly changed the subject & informed me that I would have them back the next Monday, this is Friday mind you. When I asked asked again about the charge she hmmd & uhhd then said around 35.00. I bought 5 pieces of clothing in & basically had to do the math myself. To make a long story short when I returned Monday my clothes weren't there. I asked what happened & " Bre" acted as if she didn't know what was going on & didn't recognize me, (even though I remembered her tattoos & she had on a name tag). After talking she agreed to give me 1/2 off my service but said I wouldn't be able to pick them up until Wednesday. I was a little thrown off because @ that moment she went back to acting as if she wasn't who took my clothes in the first place & said she would let the girl know to give me 1/2 off. I shook my head & left, the next day I came back & who's their? Bre. Upon walking in she gave me my clothes & that was that. When I got home & checked my shorts were thrown on wire hangers with no cardboard or anything so naturally they're wrinkled with a horizontal crease. My shirts were too, overall a bad experience I wont be back.

My first experience with Tide Cleaners was a good one. They made the entire process very convenient for me. There were so many available services that I wasn't aware of. Some of which I may take advantage of. What I liked the most was the 24/7 pickup. Sometimes I'm not available to get to the location during "normal" business hours. With the 24/7 pickup option, I know I can pick up my laundry when its convenient for me. In addition to that, they have staff there until 6 or 7pm I believe. Which is also nice. As far as my clothes, they came back just like I asked. I like heavy starch and they asked me if I wanted the "cowboy" service which would basically make my clothes like cardboard, which I like. While they didn't come back like cardboard it was heavy starch and I got that stiff look I like in my t-shirts. Overall, I would recommend Tide Cleaners to anyone who wants an affordable, convenient, quality dry clean job.

I had my Italian leather boots treated, they were in pretty bad shape over the years. I went to the Tide store located on 38th and Illinois. My boots look practically new now! The manager, Shelley, was the one who assisted me. She was very attentive to my needs and expectations. Although a large dry cleaning company through out Indy, I felt as though I was in my local dry cleaning shop and customers were known on a first name basis. I watched her assist other customers before it was my turn at the counter but she made sure to acknowledge me as I walked in. I immediately felt assured that this was a good place to take my boots (I was nervous, didn’t want them ruined) as I listened to her help other customers. She seemed very knowledgeable about the products and services they provide. Will definitely be returning to this store! Will recommend them to friends and family.

I originally began using Tide Dry Cleaners when they opened in Cincinnati several years ago. I simply like the quality of service that is offered. After relocating to Indianapolis a couple years ago, I noticed that Tide had opened a location a few doors down from Cheetam and Moore Barbershop. Based on my history with company, I had to try the services here. As always, I am impressed by the level of service that I receive. Now, I will admit that the prices aren't the cheapest and I've had to adjust my budget accordingly. I use dry cleaning services weekly. If you appreciate friendly staff and good work, then I strongly recommend Tide Dry Cleaning.

Getting my pants hemmed was a little confusing because I was told by three different people different processes for how to go about bringing my pants in but in the end I got it sorted out. If you need alterations go to the one on 38th and Illinois. The woman there who hemmed my pants was very sweet and did a great job. I always need my pants hemmed because of my height so I'm glad I found a company that does it well and at a fair price. I plan on returning with a bridesmaid dress in the near future, too.

I have been driving across town for several years,because I liked the way they cleaned my clothes. I spend big bucks for dry cleaning. The staff has changed numerous of times. Although,usually friendly the manager becomes frustrated and flustered whenever I am unhappy and complain about the quality of the pressing or cleaning of a garment. Instead of being apologetic she becomes argumentative. Recently,I have incurred some dissatisfaction in the cleaning and the customer service.

Pricing is high for the level of output. I brought in 2 hoodies and sweat pants and paid $27. All three pieces were very desaturated/discolored. I have gone to other cleaners who charge far less producing much better results. I'm not sure I'll be going to Tide Cleaners anymore. Suggested Improvements: 1. Lower pricing and, or 2. Use products/processes that preserve color saturation so that clothes don't come out dingy and discolored

Never again. Wash & Fold service is way too expensive. $43 for 15 pounds! And, be careful with your dry cleaning. Regardless of what the customer asks for, they will wash your clothes if the label says so. They washed my black Levi’s when I specifically asked for them to be dry cleaned. They were faded when I got them back. I won’t use Tide Cleaners ever again.

It was a Friendly, clean environment. You can definitely tell the place was under new management because of all the positive changes (Employee uniforms, the fresh smell throughout the entire place, it was brighter); just an all around better vibe. My clothes were ready on time and they did a great job cleaning them!

Rude. Not like Curly's at all. Added note, some of us do not like putting small amounts of exchange on our card accounts most times. Cash and credit should be allowed by choice. Much easier to just give the $5 out of pocket if it's a small item or separate item that didn't come back together. Thank you.

After my first trip I returned to get my clothes and a (couple) pierces where missing. When I brought it to their attention it seemed like they didn’t really care. I still have yet to get the clothes or even hear back from me about it. Never Going Again! Find another cleaners or buy a washer and dryer.

Do not get your clothing altered here! I took a suit coat in to get the sleeves taken up and they jacked it up. The lining is sticking out of the bottom of the sleeves, the buttons were sewn back on randomly. The sleeves pull funny when I raise my arms. I'm highly disappointed.

I sent a VERY badly damaged white suit to them for the burial of my Grandmother. Upon arrival, the clerk was very hospitable and kind. When I picked up my grandmother's suit, IT LOOKED LIKE IT DID THE DAY WE BOUGHT IT 20+ YRS AGO!! Let's just say, I found my new cleaners.

I was heading out of town for an emergency and needed a laundry service that could accommodate me at short notice. The attendant was extremely helpful. She accepted my same day order and recommended a tailor who was excellent. Thanks again for the fast, reliable service.

Ive been going since it was Curly's and Michael is so amazing. I've never had any issues and he even called me to tell me i forgot my favorite shirt there and he knew I had been looking for it since i drop it off every other week!!!

Both times I have taken clothes here there has been a delay, one time because their machine broke and another because they "threw it in the wrong bin". If you need your clothes to come back on time, go to another cleaners.

Process was smooth. Communicated through email and text when dry cleaning was ready. Clean store, price seemed fair. It’s a dry cleaner - It met my expectations of getting my clothes that I dropped off back clean.

Tide typically does a good job laundering dress shirts. Sometimes dress shirts tend to return with broken or cracked buttons on the sleeve. Tide will replace the buttons when replacements are available.

Very courteous and kind and had it done hours before they said they would. Whether or not I could pick it up at that time they sent me a text indicating that it was ready thank you appreciate that.

Tide cleaners does quality work and they have very quick turn around of 1 to 2 days. They are high on the cost side, but they send out coupons of 15 to 20 percent off every month.

We had items of clothing with mold from our basement. They seemed to get everything out, everything smells good, and folded properly when needed.

Did not get dirt stains out of my three pieces and still charged me almost 30 dollars .I left (after I paid) unsatisfied, and feeling ripped off.

Was told if you drop off your clothes before 9am you could get them by 5pm same day. Could not get my clothes till the following day after 5pm.
