Not the best place to read and study. I’ve been here several times and every time I see a group of babies and kids screaming and running around like a playground + parents that do not care what they are doing. I understand that this is a communal area for everyone, but why inside a library? It would have been better if they made a separate area for kids outside the library but in the same building. Otherwise the service is good and accessible.

Amazing service where you don't have to wait in line to return the book. Just put it in a return shelf and immediately your book loan is taken care of in a second. Kids friendly area available. Computers available to use. Easy and quick to join membership with your address proof. Taking book loan is easy and self service too with the smart monitor. All you need is your library card.

A hidden gem for parents of young children. We enjoyed the free pre-Christmas activities, and our daughter received a personalised response to her letter to Santa. The librarian drew our attention to the Christmas book giveaway which was a wonderful surprise. There's also a play/reading area for young children, which can provide a welcome respite during a shopping trip out.

I've been to every toddler time in Monash council and Wendy is by far the best! Fave song is the good morning train choo choo! Only let down is good start early learning Clayton rocking up 15 min late, moving their 10 children to the front and then taking photos with other people's kids in the background.

Great library! It's a bit small, but the staffs are very welcoming and lovely, especially Yuyu who came and helped us enroll our daughter onto the 1000 book challenge and signed us up for a library membership since it was our first time visiting after moving homes! Thank you!

The place is very nice and organised, whereas near the study area, it is very noisy as children and parents frequently come and go with so many noises, and children keep talks and screams.parents also talk loudly. Difficult to concentrate to studies.

0 power plugs anywhere in the centre. when it's quite full, all the spots left have 0 plugs, making it impossible to work
