I took a huge chunk of my clothes and my kids clothes to be cleaned. The horror of getting my clothes back damaged was so heartbreaking. My son’s towel looked like a duster, the whites had stains, fabrics damaged. Either they mixed all the clothes in the wash or used a very harsh detergent. Also they didn’t refund my money. Would not recommend ❌

Just had my king size duvet cleaned at cleanfax laundry at Ciata mall. (Was officially booked by E Atieno and checked by Martha).It look amazing on return!(1day for the job as per my agreement with them)So clean and smell really fresh too.Thank you ? Excellent service. Definitely use them again and recommend them.

After staying with my coats nearly a week they came back ruined and worn out..stains now permanent, pulled out threads, broken buttons. Literally have thrown them away and they were still new What a waste You're better off giving your clothes to mama fua for handwashing
