Recently went to see Dr Annie Dou who was highly recommended to me by a friend and a client of Dr Dou. I went in to get my teeth whitened. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by the friendly receptionist and Dr Dou who was on hand to greet me. Nice personal touch there. The clinic is clean and bright, as you would expect from a dental clinic. After completing my new patient form, I waited about 1-2 minutes before I was asked to go to the room. From there I had some x-rays taken of my mouth which was looked at by Dr Dou and her helpful assistant. Dr Dou gave me teeth a check and clean before she got the whitening underway. Dr Dou was very professional. Constantly checking to make sure I felt comfortable and talking me through each step before she began. Describing any discomfort I may or may not feel. Overall Dr Dou helped ease any nerves I may have been feeling with her professionalism. I can tell she really cares about her all her clients. The dental chair is very comfortable and as an added bonus, they have a TV in the ceiling with Netflix, so I could control the tv with the remote they gave to me. Another added bonus, I get to watch The Good Place ;-) I would highly recommend Dr Dou and Clear Dental Castle Hill.

In 2020 I had a routine filling replacement which led to 3 years of agonising pain. Dr Annie Zhang was the dentist, and neither she nor the principal dentist could either diagnose why or fix the situation. All they could tell me was that there may be an impossible-to-see crack. 5 other dentists across 3 years, each with their own x-rays and 3d scans have all independently confirmed no evidence of a crack. In the end I needed a root canal and crown to escape the pain. One dentist had the theory that Dr Zhang potentially drilled too deep during the replacement. What should have been a routine filling replacement for $100~ became a nightmare and cost many-thousands. In my opinion, the staff were rude and unhelpful, as well as the Dr Zhang. It took some time to have the principal dentist look at it, and the best advice they could give was to cover it in filling, file it off a bit, and wait for the pain to go away (it never did). They did offer to refund the original filling replacement procedure.

I would like to thank Dr Andrew Bui for beening able to take away my fear of Dentist Dr Andrew Bui was absolutely amazing he was so understanding and patient with me I had a bad tooth for 5 years that should have been removed, but due to my fear I just put it off ...until it broke in half This dental surgery took me in for a emergency I wasn't even a patient I'm just so grateful I have struggled all my life with anxiety when going to a dentist due to bad experience as a child Dr Andrew Bui removed my tooth without me even realizing that the procedure was done, that's how good he was Thank you so much Dr Andrew you are truly an Angel

Very bad experience in castle hill centre’ for both my daughter and husband teeth check! They did two times X-ray for my daughter and the first time they said it only need to do once and they will have record but next time, my husband took her in and they did another X-ray ( both have been charged) only use assistant to check my husband teeth when he said his teeth is feel pain but the assistant asks him to come back again! And washing teeth charged more than $400! They just took a lot of money and didn’t do too much jobs!

Great service and efficient. Dr Winnie Yiu and her team were extremely accommodating as I had issues with parking and ended up being late. The receptionist was lovely and understanding. Extremely gentle and considerate I would recommend them if you need something done properly.

The dentist was very patient and provided detail guidance on how to clean teeth. However it's quite expensive comparing to other Dental Centre I have visited. Normally my insurance can cover dental cleaning twice a year but can only do once here.
