Amazing professional, compassionate and friendly service. I was suffering from a severe toothache so I phoned the surgery as soon as they opened to explain my dilemma. Sensing the urgency in my voice and without an appointment they advised me to come straight down. They took me in right away to diagnose the issue and I was soon on my way with a remedy of antibiotics and pain relief to clear the infection before a more permanent solution could be done. A week later I was back in to deal with the problem tooth. I was given 2 options to have root canal or a tooth extraction, and it would be easy to be told that root canal is the best option as it’s more expensive but my Doctor advised the exact opposite and advised me that a tooth extraction is the best option. I was a little anxious about having the tooth out, but I can honestly say, other than a slight pinch of a needle when I was having the anesthetic put in, I felt absolutely no pain and was out the chair in only a few minutes. Normally visiting a dentist is not high on anyone’s priority list, but I can honestly say that this visit exceeded my expectations!! Highly recommended!!

How have I not discovered this dental surgery before? I called for an emergency and have not looked back since. Dr Ishak and her staff are absolutely amazing. The team are honest, genuinely caring, polite and the list goes on. My phobia for dental work has gone and there’s nowhere else I trust as much as I do here. Highly recommended. Recently, I have had ongoing issues concerning my teeth and once again, I found myself feeling extremely anxious en route to the dentist. However, upon walking through the front door and subsequently, every interaction I had starting from the front desk and right through to and post-treatment was, without exaggeration and in my honest opinion, the most pleasant, transparent, and informative experience I have ever had at a dental clinic and not to mention, what I think, was a highly impressive facility with on-site x-ray, etc. I am very grateful for the service and level of professionalism I received and without any doubt will return for my next treatment. My husband had to have all his teeth pulled out because his gums were affected by gum disease. He was extremely anxious about it and didn’t know how he would go through such a procedure. We found St Marks dental by chance. Dr David was so good from the start. He reassured my husband and took care of him each step of the way. He took few teeth out at each appointment, painlessly and without much effort. He is so good at what he does. He encouraged my husband to show up at appointments and made sure the dentures were made quickly for him. My husband got his dentures today. He is so happy with the results. It started with my mum visiting Dr Evet a few months ago who compassionately took care of her and let her feel so comfortable. For her denture, she's now being looked after by Dr Mina, he is so professional and kind. It ends up with the whole family going there, my daughter is so excited for her braces with Dr Evet during the next 18 months. A long journey, but all the staff are doing their best to make it enjoyable! The moment I walked in I was greeted by a lovely smile at reception ! As I was greeted by the gorgeous Dr Evet she has this beautiful warm nature about her that calmed my nerves and her gentle process was an enjoyable experience . Today I was with Dr David he was so lovely took good care of me in the chair Calming my nerves and always checking to see if I was ok I am having to get root canal done and I am one who is 100% fearful of any drilling and anything dental alike! Very professional dentists beyond imagination. I visited the practice as an emergency patient without even a booking, they took me in straight away, although they had a very busy schedule. The lady dentist gave me anaesthetic to relieve my severe pain. Two teeth were badly broken down had been extracted without feeling anything. The charge was so reasonable much less than expected. St Mark Dental provides a great professional service with simplicity and excellence. I am absolutely petrified of the dentist, therefore I required a lot of work. I was ready to have all my teeth removed and have dentures (a much better alternative to visiting the dentist ever again!) but I went to see Dr David and he was fantastic. Dr David and May were absolutely wonderful. They put me at ease and I didn’t feel a thing. They were very empathetic to my fears. All my teeth are now fixed and I will be going back for my 6 month check up without fear.

I went to David and was pleasantly surprised with the facility and the staff, because it was the best experience I’ve ever had in my life and so gentle and great bedside manner, but logical and very quick in diagnosing future problems due to the technology available. My dentist was outstanding! She`s very kind, gentle and highly skilled at her job. I went to visit 3 other dentists before meeting her and they all said that I needed to have surgery for my bad underbite. But once I visited her she took care of it without surgery, and I was really amazed at the progress of my teeth. She has definitely boosted my confidence to smile more.

Dr Bashout does an amazing job and has all the time for you to explain any work done. Dr Basilly saw me on short notice when I was in a lot of pain and appreciate it a lot. Super helpful staff all around!
