Yesterday, a gentleman called Siya gave me such an amazing customer service experience at the pharmacy when I went to get my prescription. He went above and beyond for me in a way that no other pharmacy professional has ever done before. Siya noticed that I had a dry cough and He had so much compassion on me and recommended I get a cough syrup if I didn't have one at home already. I asked for a recommendation and he gave me one. But then Siya did something amazing- he said that he wanted to go and get a spoon for me so I could have some syrup before I left... My cough was just that bad! And he wanted to see me find relief. It was so praiseworthy. This mattered because I really was struggling. I was uncomfortable, unwell and I needed some relief for my throat and Siya knew what would help me. And he shared that with me and went out of his way for me. ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! I felt like Siya demonstrated Social Responsibility toward me In such a real and practical way. That was so encouraging.I thanked Siya for going above and beyond for me in the way that he did. Thank you so much!
First let’s look at the previous reviews. Clearly not a single complaint has been attended to as every single one is still valid. We waited longer in the pharmacy queue than we did to see our doctor and complete the full appointment. Only one pharmacist was on duty with five ore more assistants, all of which were incapable of finding pre-packaged medicine without multiple consults with said single pharmacist. Anyone who visits Medicross Kenilworth should not go near the Clicks on site. It’s a guaranteed waste of time and an incredibly frustrating experience. And from the Clicks support team who read and respond to this. Don’t give me the automated response nor the services@clicks email address. Instead, escalate this issue and take pride in resolving a clear issue with your brand and business.
This Clicks has to be one of the worst when it comes to service. On a normal day you will wait minimum 20 mins for service, even if there are a few people qued. Customers are always complaining about how slow they are. I therefore contacted them (12 calls of no answer later) and 3 times the lady hung up on me because we were not agreeing on what I was requesting. Which was please send my script to another pharmacy where I can collect because I will not be able to get to the one in Rosemead. Simple request, one hour later and I was still getting no assistance. This has been one of many terrible service experiences with Clicks Rosemead. I will do my best not to use them.
I would like to express my extreme disappointment in Clicks Rosmead. I am a patient at the Rosmead doctors and always get my Scripts filled at this pharmacy. I have now been diagnosed with a lung condition and need certain drugs that are difficult to source. I was given my Script back and told to get my doctor to change the Script and that the meds on the Script are absolutely unavailable. The assistant even checked with the Manager. I then went straight to Clicks at Kenilworth Centre where the assistant took my Script, scourced my medication and I can go and pick up in a day or two. The apathy of the Rosmead Clicks is mind boggling...
It is a pity that this pharmacy can't expand - it has great staff, great products and once you get to the front you are given care and considerate attention. However, it is right next to a very busy clinic, and its tiny space just can't cope. Please, Clicks, there is space in this complex (video store...), please try to expand it. Alternatively, get smart and at least get a telephonic service (the phone literally rings and rings and rings, never answered) and a delivery service in place. It is not rocket science.
Queue out of the door but 2 pharmacists go on a break. Assistants standing around giggling. The above was last month's review. Returned today for my monthly prescription and same story. Queue out of the door and not moving. I could not wait as I am a working person. Who has hours to stand in a pharmacy queue. Also, never get my promised SMS reminder despite requesting it twice already. Can't wait for my repeats to be finished so that I can go elsewhere and don't have to contend with this terrible service again.
I have tried to contact the pharmacy, telephonically, for over a week both on the advertised landline and through the surgery. nobody answers the phone. the queues after 5pm have been horrendous and this morning at 9.15am the pharmacy is still locked. I'm not used to this type of service from a pharmacy and I am going to be moving my script to another pharmacy
Placed an order and pre-paid for it. They said it would take a day or 2. I called back to follow up a few days later and they still hadn’t even placed the order. When they finally got back to me about the medication, I had to collect it from Clicks at Blue Route Mall. Went to Blue Route and they didn’t know what I was talking about.
Extremely slow!!! Get new management and more staff!!! Terrible at answering the phone! Implement the order and collect separate queue or do what the other clicks do and have that box machine thing where your medicine goes in and put your code in and it opens and boom you are off. Things to change seriously fast!!! Just appalling
I am absolutely livid. Came to Clicks Pharmacy to get my perscription. You have my 6 months perscription and you are closed. 11am on a Sunday. Your trading hours are until 1pm. No signs or anything! Asked at Medicross and they said its because you dont have a pharmacist. Good for your customers …
Slow services, not friendly to customers. They do not I dictate that they acknowledge you waiting in line, or give you a heads up that they are busy. Too many interns working over one pharmacist, leaving customers to wait on available pharmacists.
The wait in the queue is always excruciating, and you're likely to wait for just as long on the phone if you call. I've actually watched people in the store ignore the phone while it rings for ages, even when they're able to answer it.
The waiting time is just too much. Staff are great but this branch probably loses so much business from people just giving up after 20min in line. I myself have given up and left 4 or 5 times this year alone.
Must be the slowest pharmacy I have ever been into, and this is after many, many visits. Better to go elsewhere when done with the Kenilworth Medicross doctor, which I now will do. Clicks Emporium far better
Very disappointed with Clicks pharmacy in Rosmead Avenue. Stock standing everywhere blocking half of the shop. And half the time they don’t have stock. What happened to the good service???
Queue is always extremely slow even though you see 8-10 people working behind the counter. Also, instructions to change repeat meds have been ignored 3 months in a row
Why advertise trading hours when you don’t stick to them. 12:50pm on a Sunday and you are closed. This isnt the first time and don’t bother calling, they don’t answer!
Great staff but this clicks is often busy and carrying only essentials; primarily servicing the medical center. Best go to the Kenilworth centre for a standard clicks.
The staff at this pharmacy are really amazing! Yes you have to wait a while to get to the front, but their individual attention to detail is worth the wait!
My bad for waiting 56 minutes in a queue. No apology from Staff for the long wait. This pharmacy wins award for consistently providing slow service.
Always have my meds, but I feel like I'm going to die of old age waiting for them. The branch is incredibly slow and always seems understaffed.
Always a queue, Many staff behind the counter. Service is slow. Please do not send automated response, rather attend to the problem
Long waiting time outside. No customers inside and we still had to queue for over 20 minutes. Staff are great once you get to them
15 minutes in a queue and only 3 people served....this is just crazy when you're just collecting a prepackaged script.
Nobody answer the telephone have not received balance of my medication dnt even get a call from them shocking service
A very irritating system where you wait in one queue for assistance & a second queue to pay. Always a long wait.
You always wait 30+min. No sense of urgency...always only 2-3 people on duty. This is an ongoing issue
Both the number listed and the alternate number suggested, ring unanswered at all times of the day
Opens late, and always a very long que. Slow service, with 30 long waits even if the que is short.
Long queues. Staff do not answer their phones! The place is also very untidy...boxes everywhere
The slowest service of any Clicks pharmacy I have ever been too.Consistently slow!!!!
They have a very small selection of what I wanted, but staff were helpful.
Always a long queue and never quick or easy to pop in for OTC medication.
Very hard working staff. Never a minutes rest sometimes. Keep it up.
Always a queue Limited pay points Chronic medication sms unreliable.
Great service and help today - a public holiday! Thanks so much.
15 minutes waiting to n pharmacy. One pharmacist on duty at15h45
Staff always helpful although very often there is a queue
Waiting forever.. 2 pharmacists serving. Such a long wait
They didn't bother to answer the phone.
