I suppose it was the helpful explanation given by the gentelman on the phone the week before, that convinced me to book my vaccination at Clicks store Parow Centre. But what a let down. Clicks was one of the few places offering a choice between the J&J and Phyzer vaccine.. I arrived on time although finding parking is the first challenge. Stood in a que outside of Clicks, where 1 rep verfied my appointment. ( moving between seeing to you and back to somone else and back to you) . Anyway from there you through the doors...where another rep meets and collects you....and oh - so - slowly takes you through the isles to the pharmacy at the back. Another que. Standing with the same people buying OTC meds/ scripts and vax.. ..no social distancing , might I add, and no aircon in the store either. Fortunately the wait there didnt take long..and i was asked to sit on the side..but still extremely close( arms length) to everyone needing the pharmacy counter and clinic ( no consideration made for social distancing at all). The wait was not long though.....a young nurse called me in and asked for my left arm...( didn't bother to ask what my dominant arm was either , but did ask which vacine i preferred and proceeded to adminster the jab). I was discharged promtly with a parecetomol and flu medication antidote. I spent the next 20min in a que getting flu meds and Panado to take home.( I suppose i should see this as this as my 15 min post vax observation) from there to another que to pay. Again...no social distances( whats it with some people and disregard for distance in ques) people blowing their nose and coughing around me..with absolutely no regard for urgency amongst the cashiers at the till or the staff standing around in group , having a fat chat instead of helping at the tills. .....i just needed to get out of there as quickly as possible. Why did i go to Clicks, Parow Centre! Never again. Ps. Did i mention that i received an sms stating that Id received my vaccination, before even seeing the nurse...# most.disturbing. And this is not post vax side effects talking.
I visited the shop and pharmacy on 16 November 2023. It is on the first floor of Parow Centre. It is adjacent to Torga. TRADING HOURS: Mon - Fri : 09:00 - 18:00. Sat : 08:00 - 17:00 Sun: 09:00 - 14:00 There is abundant parking and wheelchair parking. On my arrival, there was no outside queue. The entrance to the pharmacy/ shop is wheelchair-friendly. The place is spacious and well-ventilated. Inside the shop there was no crowding. I went there for self-medication. There were sufficient, comfortable chairs to sit while waiting to be assisted. The shop/ pharmacy is on the first floor, but there are escalators and lifts to gain access. I addition, there are also sets of stairs. Click shop is very versatile: it offers professional pharmacy services , but also provides health products (supplements), jewelry, electronics, toiletries, clothing and many more products. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff is great and efficient. I would like to comment , particularly on my experience. I was served by a pharmacist, ANANDI. She went the extra mile to assist me by providing relevant information about options and pro's and cons of products. I felt like a king. The shop accepts both cash and cards. There are ample restrooms in the building; and they are well-kept. I rate the Clicks branch 5 stars.
Great new look, very pleasant staff but again really slow service. Lots of empty tellers and each pharmist takes quite long to assist. This might show that they're going the extra mile with the client... I don't know. Such a pity i can only rate 2 stars because the staff are friendly. The drop off collection also extremely slow. I'm sitting in the queue watching/observing, if I didn't feel this sick I'd drive to another pharmacy like I did the last time. . . Please improve on the service as you are in the business of assisting sick people. Thank you
Disgusting attitude from cashier Jessica. This lady was moody, when I got to the till, didn't even smile, just mumbled words, then it came time for the clicks club card, I didn't know that the card should be held a certain way, this women got so upset with me. I could hear the other cashiers explain to customer, how to hold the card and where to place it. Sies Jessica I'm not responsible for the mood you are in. You could have conducted yourself better and taken, the few seconds to explain things to me properly.
Edit again: Seriously! How hard is it to check a bank statement. Bunch of thieves Edit: It is now nearly THREE weeks...THREE WEEKS I am awaiting feedback from the store for a refund for a Snap scan they said was declined but have bank statements to prove it went out of my account...thieves Horrible customer service every single time I have been there. They're very disinterested in any feedback
Clicks Parrow center is an utter disappointment. I went to collect my cronic meds on 3 occasions and they are closed during load shedding. This clicks is not a inconvenience it is an embarrassment. For such a large organization nit to be prepared. And then you dont want to deliver to me either. Do you want to di business?
Bought kambrook blender online, received it early January, used it 5 times and when I was using it for the 6th time it only blended 3 seconds and it went off. I took it back to Clicks in Parow Centre they just said we broke it and there's nothing they can do without even checking it........
I enjoy using Clicks pharmacy stores, but the Parow center Clicks staff are very unfriendly and biased. That goes for some of their pharmacist as well. I'm so glad Dischem is next door because their staff and pharmacist are much friendlier and have a less hostile demeanor.
Got to the shop around 12h09 and got to the queue around 12h10. There was only 3 tellers and only one teller working with bank cards. The queue was pass the fridges in the snacks isle. I counted over 30 people. We finally got to the till at 12h35.
Thank you clicks pharmacy staff and floor staff who went beyond the call of duty to assist me and my daughter. I will forever be grateful for the staff quick response and constant follow up on emergency services .
They never answer when you call and when you go in store and you ask a question they have all this attitude. Like answer you blade phones so I don’t have to deal with your nasty staff.
Just called now to inquire about the clinic, the consultant was not friendly at all she drooped the call on me.
Called numerous times. Just to have the phone ring and dropped on me. Why have a number if no one is answering.
Clicks is not a cheap store I still like shopping there. Vitamins and meds need a review on prices.
The Clicks pharmacy Parow Centre never answers. I have been calling to no avail. Pathetic!
Really short lines. A bit difficult to navigate a trolley because space is limited.
Sesethu the pharmacist very rude, lady l would rather go to Dischem from now onwards
Nice store, no real issues other than the staff could be little bit more helpful
I buy from this pharmacy every now and then and I totally love their products
No answer when you call someone literally just answers and drops
Good customer service and always smiling and ready to help
Too small and no one to assist you with your purchase
Long queue….. most of the time???
Worst customer service!
Great customer service
