This place needs to be shut down! My father was constantly being fobbed off by this practice, I don’t know why he kept insisting on booking appointments here, FOR OVER A YEAR MY FATHER WAS BEING FOBBED OFF EVERYTIME HE TRIED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. He was told they only do phone consultations and they always cancelled his appointments before the date he was meant to have this over the phone consultation. When he finally did have his consultation they always down played his issue and told him it sounds “minor” and “not to worry”, Even after he begged to come in they refused to book him a face to face appointment with a doctor, even after me complaining to the surgery receptionist that his situation getting worse, they insisted he have another phone consultation, he was never seen face to face by the doctors at this practice even after multiple phone consultation appointments. My father ended up in A&E at St Thomas Hospital where he was hospitalised as of 1st January 2024 he’s been diagnosed with testicular cancer. This practice is so unorganised and useless they ignored my father’s pleas for help and didn’t care to give him the proper check up he was begging for, it took him going to A&E in unbearable pain to finally discover the issue. This place needs to be shut down! if they don’t want to do their job then why are even open? IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH OR THAT OF YOUR LOVED ONES PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PRACTICE.

Staff are extremely polite and helpful and it’s very easy to get a telephone consultation. Since joining them a couple of years ago I have had no issues whatsoever. The last consultation I had on the phone the doctor was so caring and compassionate and went out of her way to ensure I followed her advise, she even arranged a call back from the gp the following day to confirm I had followed through and had been given an appointment by the hospital. In 33 years of living and the amount of times I’ve had to attend nhs services I’ve never received such a caring service, I usually leave feeling worst than I did when I attended. Keep up the great work Clifton rise! I left the Hurley group (new cross health centre) as the staff there were soooooo miserable and rude, you could hardly ever get through the phone line to book an appointment and the care was non existent with outdated notes. I made the best decision ever to leave that practice!

Sorry to say but there phone booking is terrible expect not for them to answer calls or wait weeks for a appointment or to be rushed off promptly by the receptionist.....not sure who to blame but its ridiculous and very unreliable I actually wanna move surgeries my daughter caught pneumonia and trying to contact my GP just for a appointment proved to be more difficult then meeting king Charles... by time I manage to get hold of the GP my daughter needed to be rushed to the hospital thanks to clifton rise lazy response and lack of actually wanting to answer important calls.....this behaviour costs life's I really think this surgery need to be investigated for bad practise and unprofessional response.....what a shame if you can join elsewhere.....

I would give 0 stars but I’m unable to. Such incompetent receptionists and GPs. They NEVER answer their phone which is disgusting as I needed urgent medication. I’m over constantly having issues accessing the medication I NEED. Sort yourselves out, I understand the Tories are pushing us away from the NHS but this is just ridiculous at this point. I refuse to constantly have to run around 111 & other services trying to get my medication, at this point I’m giving up and finding alternatives to the tomfoolery which is the ‘advanced’ western medical field. Disgusting, completely disgusting. I will be putting through a complaint.

Any time I have called or visited this practice I have never been let down, the staff are lovely and helpful and willing to support you. I would recommend this practice to anyone especially if you have children, my son also loves to come here and see the staff. They also do patient access which is quick and convenient, some times there is a wait but then show me a doctors where there isn't.

Came here twice trying to register as a patient and was provided different information each time. The second time I came in at 8 am when the clinic opens. As soon as I got to the counter, with one person waiting behind me, I asked if I could register, the receptionist immediately says "no. We're trying to run a clinic" No empathy or kindness, just poor customer service. I will never return.

The bedside manner of the doctors here are much to be desired. Dr Mary was particularly rude and unhelpful about my ongoing condition, which has forced me to find another practice. This is a real shame since the reception staff really make an effort to keep the patients happy, which is the only reason I haven't rated the practice 1 star.

I have had a very good experience here. The staff at reception is always lovely and very helpful, not only in person but also at the phone, whenever I call. At the appointments I have never waited for more than 10 min and the doctors and nurses are always kind and professional. They have helped me a lot. Dr Jeyanathan is excellent.

Absolute joke of a place. The receptionists are rude and don't have any manners either the exception of 1. The doctors are abrupt and don't have any sort of home training and for the life of me I can never get in contact with anyone on the phone. If I could leave now I would....
