As someone who has been a dedicated customer of Club Monaco for over a decade, I can't help but feel deeply disappointed with my recent experience. I have always admired the brand's style and quality, but things have taken a turn for the worse. About a month ago, I purchased a beautiful black jumpsuit and a crisp white shirt. They looked perfect, and I was thrilled to add them to my wardrobe. However, after just one gentle wash, the jumpsuit started showing signs of wear and tear, while the white shirt developed a small tear. I couldn't believe my eyes. I have treated these items with the utmost care, yet they fell apart so quickly. Wanting to inform Club Monaco about the decline in their product quality, I reached out to their customer service. However, instead of receiving a thoughtful response, I was met with ignorance. They brushed off my concerns, citing that since I had washed the items, a refund was not possible. It felt like my feedback didn't matter, and they had no interest in addressing the problem. I must clarify that I never asked for a refund. My intention was to warn Club Monaco about the alarming change in their products and hope they would take corrective actions. As a loyal customer, I wanted them to be aware of the issue, but it seems they prioritize profits over customer satisfaction. It's disheartening to see a brand I once admired fall so far. I can no longer trust Club Monaco to deliver the quality I've known them for all these years. As a result, I'm reconsidering my loyalty and may look elsewhere for my clothing needs. PS: Both pictures were taken after just one delicate wash and no dryer use. I have a closet full of Club Monaco products, and this is the first time I've seen such a thing.

This store has the worst customer service. The employees, including the manager, don't greet you nor acknowledge your presence in the store AND good luck if you are a person of color. They will not give you a minute of their time, but its a different story if you are Caucasian, they will greet you with a smile. The employees are very unprofessional and i think thats all due to the manager that they have, because she is terrible and she seems to hate her job.

Worst experience. sales people don't leave you alone and they constantly nag you always saying the same things. music is too loud, and no one can speak english! Some short lady with dark black hair was yelling at another employee (tall, glasses and light dark skin tone) made my entire shopping experience absolutely miserable! Couldn't wait to run out of there!

i just had the most wonderful experience shopping with Nicole. I was looking for a new shirt and she was very understanding and patient. She offered me a couple different options and I ended up buying 2. The male sale associates were very friendly and polite too. Will definitely come back!

It was my first visit to Club Monaco. They carry high quality products and most importantly, this store has a very nice staff. The manager Viviane helped me beyond my expectations, she was very thoughtful, patient and informative. I highly appreciated it and will come back for sure.

I came in to the North Yonge location in hopes of finding a new work wardrobe. I left with many wonderful pieces to add to my collection and the service and styling I received was phenomenal. I’d definitely recommend here for a personal styling type experience.

This store wasn’t open at 11:30am on a Saturday in March, even though their website says they open at 10:00am and their storefront says they open at 11:00am. I had planned my whole day around coming here. Worst experience ever - absolutely ridiculous.

Very great customer service. I got a ordered a coat from the store and i'm so in love with it. Delivery was fast and on schedule. This particular store is one of the best i have ever come across. 10/10.

Fairly small men’s selection upstairs. Barely any employees seemed to venture up there. I love Club Monaco clothing, but the location was pretty dingy.

My wife bought tons of stuff there. She would probably rate this place five stars. I just followed along. Nothing for bored guys here, so four stars.
